They do not set up appointments to go through your items with you, they donated over half the clothing I brought in. Some of those items were only worn once, they shouldve contacted me to retrieve my items if they were being donated. Bad service, they dont answer their phone, called 20 times and they never answered. They have a bad attitude and the items I got back smelled like moth balls. VERY DISSATISFIED with this consignment shop!!!!!!! Will NEVER go to this place again!!
