They have beautiful clothes. They are very nice. I enjoy shopping there.

I bought some shoes from Lavish less than a month ago, and on the third time of wearing them( at work where I sit at a desk all day)the bottom came off. I was advised by one of the Benton store employees that I would need to speak to the owner to see how she wants to handle. I have left three messages with the employees to give me a call with no return call. I advised when I called the first time that I didn’t mind taking a store credit, getting the same shoes, or however the owner wanted to handle. I know and understand that the owner has no control over the product but she can stand behind the products she sells and provide customer service.

I was so disappointed! I called about a necklace and the girl I talked to said it was available. I went to pick it up within 30 minutes after telling her I was coming to get it and they said it sold online. I dropped what i was doing to get her before closing. I don’t believe for a minute that it sold. I think they wanted it. I asked if i could buy it and they order the other person one and both girls said it was already gone. I think they need someone other than teenagers running this place. This is NOT how you do business. Especially in s small town.
