Went in looking to buy a refrigerator. Shirley immediately came to assist us. She was wonderful! She listened to us and our specific needs. They didnt have quite what we were looking for, but did offer us some temporary solutions to help in the mean time, if we needed. I cannot express how grateful we were for her time and for the information she provided. We didnt end up buying from here, or using any of their services, but I have to say the customer service here is outstanding. She saved us so much time and didnt do the usual sales talk,(talking in circles) if you know what I mean. I will definitely use them in the future when shopping for an appliance. Dont waste your time. I am on my 2nd washer from here & once again in less than 2 weeks - this washer has failed me! With the 1st washer the spin cycle stopped working. Tbey had to come out.. Ended up getting a replacement. This last washer just overflowed & flooded my laundry room. I have realized after time, money & headache that its best to buy a new washer! I have other details about this place I will just keep to myself.

The owners are so incredibly kind and helpful! Not to mention it seems to be family owned and they have so many nice things for cheap! Would definitely go here for all appliance/household needs. They have tons of other cool stuff as well!

The employees are nice but the washer and dryer set i purchased both ran about 15 loads and then both motors went out. Now it would cost me more to replace the dryer motor than i paid for it (250). I understand things break but it seems they were temporarily fixed just to sell. So ive spent $80 just for them to come tell me what i told them that the motor is out and for them to quote me a false price on a new one. Never again.

I originally wasnt happy with my service just walking in looking around. I went back a second time and they did right by us. we bought a used washer. It ended up not working to good. They sent out some tech guys to look at it. Decided to replace it and they gave us a great washer. it was hassle free, and they were easy to work with. The delivery guy that brought the 2nd washer out wash so customers service forward it was awesome! Shout out to Dillon! Thanks guys

Good: The people here were very nice and willing to work with me for delivery of a microwave as I did not have a vehicle to get it myself. And since I was unable to go to the location to purchase as well, Im glad they had a website that I was able to buy it on. Bad: Though, the purchasing part of that website was kind of difficult to navigate. Also, it had the microwave that I got advertised as 900 Watts even though it is actually only 700 Watts. It works well, though, and was very inexpensive, so other than the initial misunderstanding, I am okay with that. Also, the microwave I purchased was like used and returned or something, which I understand that this is an overstock type store, and so that is fine. But there was an inside part that had not been cleaned off, so that was icky. Overall: As long as you are able to actually see what it is youre buying and know what it is youre getting, I would still recommend.

Was gonna give a high rating cuz they did right by me..but they told me theyd be picking up there messed up dishwasher they sold me..2 weeks later still in my house..so in the yard it goes..not my responsibility to hold your appliances till u feel like getting it
