They had exactly what I wanted in stock. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The sales woman that helped us was very polite, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to see that we were satisfied and got the right product that we needed. I would definitely recommend this store.

Just came in, greeted friendly, but were standing around waiting for service. A guy standing closest to me on the floor was eating a bag of Cheetos, I asked if he could get someone to assist us and was side eyed, barely being acknowledged by him. Five other employees walked past us and we still weren’t serviced. We were ready to buy a $700 washer but left to take our business elsewhere.

It took at least 15 + minutes before an employee finally acknowledged my presence. Two other employees walked by without saying a word. Simply unbelievable. I had a wad of money ready to spend. Im go spend it on Amazon today.Its obvious the sales reps do not get paid commission.I remember now why I hardly ever go into Best Buy.

I was totally frustrated with a one drive problem on my laptop. Went to see the tech support at the Higdon Ferry Rd - Best Buy. Jacob understood what I was explaining and within 10 minutes he had it straightened out and working. Because he happily answered all my questions, I will definitely be coming back to this Best Buy in Hot Springs. Smart, nice guy that was VERY helpful. Thnx Jacob👍

I bought a $5 mouse pad and it was not put in my bag. Then came back today to exchange a mouse not compatible with my computer and ask about the $5 mouse pad. The CS rep said it’s not here and you will have to buy another if you want one. Long story short, this escalated to the shift manager asking me what would make me happy. I told him either another mouse pad or a $5 credit. He said there’s nothing we can do about this. I will NEVER go back to Best Buy in Hot Springs again.

I am not happy one bit. I was told my sons tablet wouldnt take more than a week to get fixed, its been almost 3 weeks!. I cant get a hold of anybody, we live an hour away so getting to the store without any other reasons are not doable. My son has a speech disability and all his apps to help him with that, is on his tablet. What is the point of even having a store number when its absolutely USELESS to call? The geek squad number is JUST AS BAD. 3x Ive called and have been on the phone for 20-30 minutes each trying to get an update on what the heck is going on! I wouldnt be AS upset if I can get a hold of someone but NO, I guess Ill get their attention here. Seriously guys what in the world is going on with your store? Cant talk to anyone on the store phone, cant get anyone on the geeksquads number, or on email!

So I order a deep freezer in an emergency bc mine had went out and I havent known it was out for 2 days! And I placed my order and went right in with my order numbers and everything. One girl asks me for my ID and I told her I didnt have it on me that I had left my wallet at home because thats were I placed the order. So she then asks me if I can give her the email. So I did. Then as Im pulling up my account she runs and gets another lady who then comes up and says she cant do anything if I dont have my ID. And as I explained my situation she proceeded to tell me that its not her problem that she is doing what she is suppose to do!!!! Very rudely!!! So I drive all the way home come back to get my item and to my surprise this guy comes out and asks me for my order number then asks where I want it placed!!!!! Never asked to see my ID or anything!! My point is some of these people are just rude and lazy!!!! And this was uncalled for!

I would like to thank the half dozen or so associates / workers at this Best Buy for saving me money. I went in yesterday planning to purchase a new 50 inch flat screen and wall mount. After not being greeted and ignored for over 20 minutes, without anyone ever saying a word or asking if I needed help, I left and went across the parking lot to Sams. Got a 55 inch for $40 cheaper (same brand) and a better wall mount for $20 less. So thank you Best Buy!

Could use a few more employees to help out with customers. But other then that this is an amazing store. Very nice sales people who are willing to help but dont really offer to show u things and demonstration of some products. They point and send u on the way or show u what u ask for then walk away. I spend alot of money when I go into places but dress like I have little to offer just to see if Im treated the same as others dressed nicer. Sorry guys u fluncked that test. But the products u offer are top shelf and that saved you in my review. And my reviews are looked at alot guys. U never know when I come back, if treated right I guarantee big sales that day.

Absolutely worst service from this Best Buy. 1st time went to purchase a phone and sale person too busy with internal matters to help. (Purchased from a competitor). 2nd time (today) went to purchase another another charging cord, phone screen cover and ear pods. Was able to get cord after waiting an hour to get it unlocked from case. Asked about screen cover for phone ( was holding one to purchase) when salesperson recommended a competitor, so I did. Wanted to purchase ear buds and salesperson didnt offer to show what was available. Dont recommend using this location. Easier order from Amazon.

Decided to leave and thats when the employees came out of hiding from the back. Horrible service and second rate electronics. I will never step foot in another Best Buy(threw away gift card). I have been trying to get some one to help me with my pc that I picked up this week from there repair service that I paid 200 for a full year and they fixed one problem only for me to find another after they told me it should work like new. Been trying for 5 hours to get help they changed default settings that had nothing to do with the issue and when asked they ended remote access. I have been hung up on and they wanted to change me 50 more dollars on top of everything else after this year I will not use them again.

For a store in a tourist town, where folks may be looking for items they have forgotten or need to replace while on vacation, this unit is disappointing--far too many things were out-of-stock or missing, and the selection of camera supplies was abysmal. Of course, so was the service. We waited for almost ten minutes at the checkout counter, while clerks walked past us without a word. That is inexcusable. We were masked, not invisible.

I love the freezer I bought, The one thing that really upset me about it was I looked at this exact same freezer a week ago and it was only $138.00, I returned to the store to purchase it today and the price actually increased to $159.00!! Same item higher priced than the previous week and to add insult to injury the previous lower price sticker was still on it under the newer price tag!!

I will never shop at this or any Best Buy again. My ailing father bought a computer, thinks he dropped his credit card there, and he and I both have been trying to reach the store to ask if it was found for HOURS with zero luck. Its a 50-mile drive I would be willing to make if I knew the card was there, but Best Buy Customer Service (I bet they have to say those words fast so they dont laugh. This is ANYTHING but service) cant even contact their own store. This is beyond ridiculous. No wonder Best Buy is a company on the verge of failure.

Helpful bunch work here. Needed a phone holder for the rig and I couldnt find them. Somebody seen me searching and offered some assistance. I accepted but this person did not have a clue as to what I was asking for and called over someone who did. Got what I needed and out the door fairly quickly.

Went in to get a new laptop. They had a fair number of display units, but they had none that I could take with me that day, and very few of those displays were available for purchase because most were not even available from a warehouse.I did find an available laptop at a reasonable price that was useable, it was shipped that afternoon and I received it the next afternoon, but my project was delayed a full day.

I love best buy we always buy most of our electronics from there if we have a problem their Geek Squad is able to fix our problem quickly and if they cant, they send it off to the warranty center. No hassles or give us a new product right away. My trip yesterday was a warranty call and I recieved awesome service as always

Just went in there to buy a soundbar for my television, planning to spend between $150 to $200. Walked around about 15 minutes, was never greeted or asked if I needed help. Ive always enjoyed Best Buy. Im sure the pandemic has had an effect on our local store having items in stock or display. Today within 5 minutes I ended up assisting two different couples. One was inquiring about a mutli-use home theatre system, while the other customers were needing a photo printer. I went to customer service and informed them where both couples were located for assistance. I approached three different CSRs and two were assisting others while the 3rd I did not see again. I assisted the first couple by recommending Sonos, explained how it works, ease of setup and how you can control via phone. He was short on time and I pointed them to their website for detailed product info. The second couple needed a photo printer. They wanted an Epson color printer. I looked up specs for one they had in stock, off of Best Buy site, confirmed with them it could print photos. A CSR then came after 18 minutes and contradicted what I had shared with customer, even though he admittedto customer from the beginning he wasnt a printer guy. He made an attempt to look for printer info but provided wrong information to customer. I hadto once again provide specs to CSR and customer to eliminate their confusion. Customer agreed to purchase printer and when he asked for photo paper, CSR simply reached for a pack of HP 4x6 photo paper, when Epson 8x10 and 4x6 photo paper were right there as well. When I recommended customer use Epson to see how the same brand could enhance their picture quality, the customer agreed again. CSR didnt say nothing. While CSR wasnt rude, he was ill-prepared. I shared this with GM Christian on my way out, however I received an indifferent response.

I like them because I know they are going to have everything I need, but the last two times I went I knew what I came for I just needed to find them, staff wasnt as helpful as I would hope they pointed me in the direction and rambled some directions of next to this certain area and left me to go on a wild goose chase. We went to the general location and began walking the isles til it was found. Coming from customer service and hospitality I would have taken is there and attempted to be available for questions about the product being purchased which I did need but referred to YouTube once I got home taking me over two hours to set up the device! So I give them a 50% recommendation
