I have never had such a bad experience! We waited over 2 1/2 hrs for our groceries to be brought out that we had ordered & then our order was cancelled!!

I went in on Wednesday with my disable mom and one of the sweetest workers was there and she help us out a lot. She didn’t get upset we ask her question. I just want everyone to know if you go there and you see talent working ask her for help.she will be willing to help everyone.

Food only. (with a few other necessities)Big parking lot.Serious about cleanliness.Fully stocked selves.

My cashier was amazing. Didnt catch her name it was flipped over.

Needed help wonderful lil girl named Chelsea! She was SUPER HELPFUL! Wish all the workers were just like her!!!

If I you had more check out isles open it would be perfect. Im 72 y.o.and having to check my self out and bag is just to much for me. It really tries me just walking thru the store.

Its neat and easy to find what you are looking for most of the time, however sometimes it is very crowded and attitudes fly everywhere by some of the employees. In fact, their attitudes are what makes me drive to the other Walmart. I cant complain about the selection of items grocery wise. If youre making a quick trip for an item, this is the place. If Im in there too long I walk out in a horrible mood due to the employees attitudes most of the time.

My cashier was nice and fast with ringing up my groceries

They always have fresh fruit and vegetables and great-looking meat! They just need to get more cashiers! The lines are always backed up. But the employees they have are super nice and willing to help!

Like the store easy to get in and out store very clean bathrooms clean I like that.

No one answers the phone, there are never enough cashiers working, no one is friendly anymore, there is no such thing as a quick run in because you have to wait so long to check out.

Everything seemed to be pretty stocked & neatly organized on the shelves, also around the store. I only wish they had more lanes open with cashiers. It can be pretty difficult checking out with several items through a self checkout.

Everyone loves Walmart an I am no different, I love walmart.

Pretty nice place for quick shopping. Its clean and the workers are pleasant. Only issue was there wasnt enough clerks for checkout and the lines were a bit long.

I drive for a company who picks up customers groceries and other items. I’ve waited a total of 4hrs 30mins today and had to remove myself from 3 orders because they would say it was ready but when I got there it wasn’t even picked or started. The management team was poor and has lack of communication between one another. I’ve now been sitting here for 55 mins on one order. 8 cars have pulled 10-30mins after me but all have gotten there stuff and gone. I wouldn’t recommend this stores grocery pick up it needs a lot of work and a new management.

I havent been in this store a lot so I was figuring things out. Everyone was pleasant even the costumes smiled, I think, hard to tell behind the mask.

Love the convenience of not having to go all the way to the big Wal-Mart.

Grocery is great, liquor store is great, gas station not so great ALWAYS have to keep putting card to pay at the pump..

The Pharmacy worker are not very helpful and they dont really seem to care about the customers need. I was very displeased on this visit

I prefer this place over the big Walmart as Im not too keen on shopping and I like the fact that I can be in and out quickly. What I dont like is that there are more self-checkouts than regular registers which I find as annoying as most customers do.

Pick up a few things while over on this side of town. Nice shopping experience. Nice service desk were you can obtain numerous financial items for fees. Its a lot smaller than the supercenter but have the basic items youll need.

The employees are always so friendly and helpful. We find ourselves going to the market place more than the superstore because of the convenience and its better for my elderly mother. The young man that always works at thecigarette checkout counter is the best. He always greets everyone when they enter and leave. Hes the best,I wish I paid more attention to his name instead of his friendly smile and conversation. Thank you.😀.

Closed Christmas Day. About time they let thier employees offon Christmas.

It has been open for a while but I think the laws of supply and demand have caught up with this location. That is a postive move! They have many items to choose from now, and in abundance.

Christmas and holiday time so the store was very busy, crowded and not quite enough personnel; but, decorated and a pleasant visit. Pickup was easy and the associate thorough, polite and friendly. Groceries mostly here...Market not the Supercenter. Well be back!

Very convenient place to make a quick stop for essentials including food, bottled water, and gas. Their gas station is always one of the least expensive ones in the area. They have pharmacy, and genuinely try to keep what people need in stock. The customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. Only one issue I have found is that the Walmart app will tell me they are out of stock in something, when that is not the case. Its happened twice so far and Ive notified their customer service team each time, hopefully that will help them improve their app.

It had what I wanted in stock.

I was surprised that they were out of a lot of the cleaning and disinfectant products. This is something that the publc needs to have access to because of the Covid. I also was surprised at how much fruits and fresh veggies had gone up. I am a senior citizen on Social Security and I sm worried about being able to eat. NEVER has the same foods that I get at the big walmart

This place is convenient, but the fruits and vegetables section needs some serious TLC - they don’t rotate it properly when stocking and a lot of it looks like it needs to be thrown out. I also noticed the other day on the shelves where the sour cream and yogurt is, there are TONS of dead flies everywhere. Um... gross?!?! Please, teach your employees the value of rotating stock and cleaning.

Theyre produce section could be a lot better. The fruit always looks old and unappetizing and I used to buy theyre filtered water, and the taste was not good like the other Walmart, so Im guessing they are not changing the filter like they should. Other than that I would give them 5 stars.

I found that the workers were great .i am very old and dont shop very often they were so friendly to help me and show me where everything was I am so impressed with them.

I went here specifically for Sunflower self-rising flour and self-rising corn meal, but Wal-Mart in Hopkinsville, KY no longer sells these products. I dont like any other brand because they do not produce soft and fluffy biscuits or good cornbread. Please rethink your decision to remove Sunflower products from your shelves.
