Good considering theyre going out of business and the whole store has been 50% off for the past month. Store is still organized and clean. Staff is still friendly and helpful.

I am new in this area and I was more than please to have Pennys Store to shop. They need to expand their commercials to let people how nice and affordable they offer their merchandise.Please not ignore them as they are more than good offering their service.I am one of them customers!!

Nice, clean store. Its a smaller JCPenney than Im used to but they maximize their space and have a lot of options. It seemed like there werent as many options for clothing for skinnier women and plus sizes capped out at size 18. Hopkinsville doesnt really have a mall anymore... but JCPenney is a majority of whats left of it.

This JC Penney is closing in Hopkinsville, Ky. They are having some close out sales. I found me a good leather belt at 25% off last week. This belt will last for years to come. It was worth what I paid.

The sales are a joke! When you checkout the prices are more than stated!!! Went back and found out it was on sale... They are a mess!! Then don’t get me started on the coupons, they won’t work on simple things. This is the most misleading place to shop at... just won’t shop there anymore since they Want to fool people on the pricing.

I needed pants and a shirt and only had a half hour till my function . Ive never had anyone help me like Pat did she found me a pair of pants and while I tried them on she found me a shirt and tie. they fit me perfect and looked great . Thank you Pat. I couldnt have done it on time without your help.

Jonya at JCP gave me some cross breed of a Joan Jett meets Carol Brady hair cut. Many people told me they have had the same experience. As I expressed my dismay I was told I would love it over and over. It was choppy, uneven, and cut with a razor. The layers didn’t blend. She put so much product in it to give it height that it was stiff and smelled acrid for weeks after from the flat iron. I will spend the next year growing it out, pinning it back, and doing damage control.

Selection for women, especially plus is extremely small. I went looking for a dress and they had 3 dresses to choose from. I ended up finding something on the clearance rack.

Actually just went to check things out. Got Levi jeans a few years ago from there. They mail order to my address they didnt have on the floor. Im looking at other brands of clothes as well. Have shop there for years. One of the original stores from 1972 till now.

I love the workers here or shall I say both Hopkinsville JCPenney or Clarksville JCPENNEY and its not just the workers the is always clean. But yeah it is mainly the customer service that makes me keep coming back and all the beautiful jewelry rings, bracelets and earrings yall have and its almost every time I go in there is some kind of sales going on. Thank you JCPENNEY and for the customer service.

JC Penneys IS NOT my favorite place to shop. They are NOT AT ALL HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. Isles are not wide enough, making it hard to get a wheelchair thru them. It will be a LONGTIME before I go back.

Looking for a rain coat and couldnt find anything that was shown on there website. Asked an associate and was told if there were none on the clearance rack they didnt have any!
