No express lanes. Forcing smaller purchases to use self check out. Why should i have to use self check out? Your not paying my by the hour Walmart. Why should customers do the work you should be paying employees to do !

Items clearly that are food arent paid for by did stamps. A friend of mine had this problem took the item and receipt to customer service when she showed them she said they told her receipt Im doesnt gave a f by it so its not food. Um.... Its cheddar chips and clearly an item you eat how isnt that food? Shes already shy about using the stamps but didnt have the money to spend but treating her like this she was embarrassed to ask for refund.No worries Walmart I gave her the money and we will be cooking with Kroger from now on!!!

I am a former worker (helped renovate it in 2018/2019) and former shopper of this supercenter. I really loved how much room there is with all of the aisles and departments. There isnt much short of what you can find here and I always preferred to shop at this walmart than the one Im forced to have to shop to now, locally. My local walmart doesnt even deserve to be called a supercenter because its just more of a makeshift acquisition to a part of a mall.But this dedicated walmart supercenter is what defines a good shopping experience. I really miss being in it.

Hate that no one wants to work or that Walmart wont pay anyone to cashier.We are forced to use the self checkout. 🙄

I would give no stars if I could. Why are there more employees walking around instead of checking out customers out when the lines are long? You dont pay me to bag my groceries. If I have to do it myself you better start giving everyone a discount.

Friendly associates, clean restroom, no long lines and I found everything I was looking for.

The women working customer service was completely rude. First there was 3 workers behind the counter and in true walmart fashion only one register open...well let me back that up a bit. When I first walked up and was waiting in line there was 2 open, one woman finished with her customer so I walked up to that register. She didnt bother to acknowledge me or say she was closed or anything but continued to have a conversation about the other walmart employees personal life after I waited for a few minutes I asked is this register open? To which the one who had been talking about her life said not at the moment....so they had me standing there waiting at the register that they had just finished with someone at for a register that was no longer open and would only open at their whim Im assuming, the other lady finished with her customer and then I was waited on by her. I DESPISE going to the HOPKINSVILLE location.

This store provides more of a selection of Hispanic items preferably Goya. Store is clean and the employees were helpful, professional and responsive.

Got an oil change. Pretty good exam being that i havent used Walmart in years.

Staff is friendly and helpful, most everyday items your need are usually in stock, and most importantly its clean.

Had all the things I was looking for and more. Sadly, there was just 2 checkouts with cashiers and a long line of customers. The self-checkouts were just as busy. I prefer going through the lines with a human cashier.

Buying couple new serta pillows these are awesome. Plus getting my oil changed in my Volkswagen Jetta diesel engine,so much cheaper here using same oil, I use in my big truck.Plus tire and balance rotation. Thanks walmart.

Have a good variety of name brand products along with the store brand that usually is quite a bit cheaper. Great place to go to do most of your shopping in one place

The pharmacy staff is always helpful they answer all my questions they are awesome

The store was well stocked, maintained and organized. Didnt see any empty shelves. They had a fairly decent selection of name brand items, meats and produce. Store wasnt overly crowded and there were enough employees to adequately staff the store.

Good, clean store. Other than that, its just Wal-Mart. No reason to mark it down or up.

Usually busy not many lanes open customer service is always backed up and they never answer the phone. Also the money center is never open. However they have everything.

While visiting my home town of Hopkinsville KY my classmate told me about these great gift items at our local Walmart for safety & support of my alma mater HHS 🧡 & other friends CCHS!

Not everyone was wearing a mask😐 and I had to check my self out. I have a bad shoulder and it was painful to do all that lifting.🤨 may try Krogers next time. They are more customer friendly.

Was given a mask as I walked in...thank goodness, since I couldnt find mine.. in and out quickly due to using my Walmart app to find what I needed..Used the self- checkout and out the door in 30 minutes..That is a fast time for me.

This Walmart probably best one Ive gone to several around the areas and it seem better stocked and wider variety of things and yes people there are nice too

This Walmart has a pretty decent variety of products. Good prices, not too crowded. The lines usually move pretty fast. The workers are everywhere so you shouldnt have to look hard to find someone to help you if you need directions to find something.

The shelves were bare...I was asking where is this...or do you have that?.. I even wondered if they needed help with keeping their shelves stocked.

Its Walmart. I mean what can I say? Shopping cart wheel was wobbly. Fast check out but Bathroom floor is always wet. Overall appearance was about the same as any other Walmart.

Many employees make on chin - no one monitering customers - now than 50% not makes at all in store. Did not have the unsweetened tea I wanted - altogether unsatisfactory visit. Plus hardly any cashiers pen. I do not like self check & had problems with the online shop & pick up. Not a store Sam Walton would approve of!

The young lady in electronics was very knowledgeable about TVs, mounts, and tractor semi trucks.She helped me choose the proper size TV based on a simple description of the mount.I will assume that the young men were knew because she didnt miss a beat.

Had to explain to a customer she jumped ahead of a few people. Also couldnt get my sale price correct at first however they worked it all out.

Went to the scan & go to check out. Starting scanning groceries. Had several small fidget toys that would not scan thru the scanner on the table, on the machine or the hand held gun. Asked the associate if she could help us. She was working on another machine and said just a moment. We scanned other groceries and waited 10 mins before another associate asked her to help us. She passed us 3 more times and never spoke to us. We finished and took a toy that had scanned for another item and used it to scan the 4 that wouldnt scan. We had 2 other customers waiting to use the machine. So we finished and left. If Walmart is planning to use the scan and go to phase out live cashiers they need to do better than the service we got today. Very 😞 disappointed.

In a nut shell, Walmart has made me become a Kroger shopper . I’ve always preferred Walmart but about a year back or so they did a “ reset” ( pull items they feel do not sell as well as the popular items to make room for new products ). There are so many items that I use to purchase here but now they no longer carry them . Examples .. duck sauce, Many speciality cheeses, sweet rice ( for making sticky rice), “simply done” grapefruit juice . There are many, many other items as well . I still purchase from Walmart but I find myself buying more and more from Kroger since they have everything I need usually. I have never shopped at Kroger until Walmart stopped carrying so many of the items I usually shop for .

There is hardly anyone on checkouts. We shop and dont want to check ourselves out with a huge shopping cart. They need to put more people on checkouts, or give a discount

Reason for the 1 star is I came to get two new tires put on my rims. They were finishing up 2 cars I waited about 15 minutes for my car to get fixed in a timely manner, so not a bad wait. Now the young lady that was working on my 2 back tire replacements wasnt quite sure of herself, may be new very nice young lady, but wasnt sure about listening to me, the owner! I assure you I cant put a tire on but I understand completely how it is done. Im not sure she understands it completely but thats ok. Now there were 3 people there this evening. I watched her after she finally quit ignoring me she decided to listen to me. She had not read the order so she would have completely messed up royally if I hadnt kept trying to tell her and the gentleman trying to help that I had 2 new tires to put on my rims. The only reason that happened was 1st she didnt read the order, 2nd she assumed I was putting another two bad tires on another set of rims. SMH (btw that means shaking my head). Now my daughter just let me know that the young lady with pink in her hair always walks away and talks to the other employees! Boy she isnt lying and now I am flabbergasted to find out shes not training and a littletiffed. Sheesh! Ok she gets all the tires removed properly and then leaves them sitting there without putting my changed tires back on and I would have been out of there in 30 minutes maybe 45 tops. Yet, I was there about 2 hrs and 10 minutes all because she was talking and Im assuming shes new. Not the case! Customers come there to receive prompt and courteous service but she was rude in wasting my time and your time just because she likes to talk! There could have been two other customers who needed theirs changed and thats more money for you. I suggest you swap her with someone else inside the store that may want to actually work out there! She may have wanted to work inside and thats understandable but not at my and your expense! I will not be using tire services anymore due to this irresponsible work ethic. We all gate to love Walmart. Their huge lines bc they only have 3 line open and 10 people standing right behind you 😒

No one greeted you at the entrance ( but the guy in yellow best just looked at you as came in) or asked if you needed help locating anything. There was a elderly man who needed a assistance and he tried to get someones attention but no one stopped until I said something. There was plenty of workers around but they were just focus on what they were doing? Customer service is and should be a priority in my opinion.

Never any associates to help you find anything. Had to pick up the phone to call and ask for assistance. Searched the store for 20 minutes looking for an associate to help me find something. 🤬

Long wait in electronics associate seemed more concerned with talking with her friends than waiting on customers finally asked for advise on product I was needing and it seemed to me like it was of no concern to her if I could have got what I needed any where else I would have but since I was there I went ahead and bought what they had

Just your typical Walmart. One thing they did that drives me crazy - moved nicotine lozenges and gum to the the only tobacco checkout. Now instead of grabbing a box in the pharmacy and cruising through the self-checkout, I have to wait in what is always the longest line.

Now not only are they forcing self check-outthey are limiting the number of self check-out stations open. Took Ray almost an hour of standing in line to wait on himself to buy 1 item. Im glad I have not shopped Wal-mart since 1989. I sat in the parking lot and waited on Ray.

We use online shopping and curbside pickup! We are so grateful for this service! My wife is 78 and I am 74! We both have health problems! It is a God send!

You cant beat the prices but they never have everything you need. No matter what is on your list, theres guaranteed to be at least one item out of stock. Happens every time.

I like to shop early,I dont like the fact that you only have Mabey 1 line open and the rest are self check out. Dont mind self check out but not when you have a bunch of stuff..waiting in line 30min is just uncalled for..Also dont like the fact that theres little mask wearing and lack of social distance. Numbers are still high and as a person that had cov.19..I take it seriously and dont want it again..

My go-to WalMart pickup spot. I never have to wait too long. When I shop in store they have a great selection of affordable toddler clothes and clearances. Its always organized and plenty of self check lines.

Ordered tires from Walmart.com with an estimated delivery date of a few days to get to the store. The day after they should’ve arrived and I hadnt received any notification or status updates I decided to follow-up with customer service only to be told my order was apparently “lost in transit” and I wouldn’t be receiving them...yet, nobody bothered to inform me and I wouldn’t have known had I not gone out of my way to contact them. This company is a joke and their customer service is far below average. I eventually got it resolved by having them process a “replacement order” that I now get to wait over 2 weeks to receive and have to continue driving on unsafe tires in unsafe road conditions...safe your time and go ANYWHERE else but Walmart for your future tire purchases unless you want to end up waiting nearly a month for what you ordered and jumping through hoops to get something you’ve already paid for.
