Had to wait in line to pay 10 minutes. 4 employees at the store and no one came to assist… one is in the back hiding the other talk on the phone and the other 2 pretending to be busy. Need more training in this location
I was going here regularly to fax forms for telehealth much of 2020 and into 2021. I found all of the staff I encountered extremely patient and helpful courteous and kind. Whether they knew it or not they were also with my coffee shop pretty much my human interaction for that year of furlough. I am grateful for their help and their smiles. I don’t usually write reviews but I have only had consistent courteous helpful kind support from this location. Thank You and thank you for working through the pandemic. Know you are appreciated!

We’ve been using this specific drop off location for many months now, and not once have had any issues. The guys who work here are incredibly helpful and overall super nice. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt, some people are too uptight or having a bad day in general. Thank you guys!!! You never disappoint!
No sign saying they don’t refund the difference on delayed shipments. Shipped something 2nd day for $70. It’s been almost a week and still not close to delivered. This was a birthday present. Won’t give me the difference in $ back between ground and 2 day.
The service was appalling. If you can send USPS, I recommend going across the street to the post office in Ala Moana shopping center. There are friendly people who are there to help. Avoid this FedEx store unless you absolutely have to send FedEx and cant make it to another branch store. It was really bad. I will never go back.See Wendy Ws review below. I totally agree.
Needed a shipping label printed, just had to do a quick pick up and pay. Sounds easy right? But unfortunately when I entered all three employees were busy helping one lady...so as I stood in the normal line that wasn’t for packing plus thinking I can be patient and after about five whole minutes I had three others come in that of course had shipping needs. But instead of anyone ever returning to the other register that was not blocked off they all ignored me and decided to help these other three people first because I guess they all looked more important. Not to mention no one said anything to me the whole time, So finally I go into the shipping line only to be brought back into the original area that I was waiting in the first place. This place is beyond horrible and I will never come here again, save yourself the headache the service is unbelievably bad.
Tried to mail some shoes to china, the guy said “everything ships to china requires EEI label” which is NOT true, i told him that my shipment is exempt from the requirement but he insisted that it’s government policy or company’s policy(again not true) pretty interesting that I don’t need that using usps.
I went into the FedEx store at 1500 Kapiolani Blvd, Honolulu yesterday around 530pm. I live here in Waikiki. Had the best customer service from a guy named Ayman. I went with a zip drive and needed to print out about 10 important documents to be sent to a States Office. All our government offices are closed due to Covid-19, so sending documents in mail can be very important and crucial. Ayman walked up and helped me right away at the self help copier, he made sure printing was right, a couple had to be shrunk in size and reprinted. He noticed that. He also made sure to help me get the right document carrier to send them in, and double checked my addresses from my paperwork sent from the State. He also was very friendly in conversation, not pushed or trying. He is a natural people person. Please give him a raise!! I will keep coming back now. Mahalo😁
Rude staff picking on customer’s accent. Taller guy with long hair was condescending and impatient.
I went here to drop off a pre-labeled package (returning something). The person working the counter was very short and insisted there was no way to get a shipping receipt and told me I should just take a picture of my package. After I insisted, he printed me a receipt he said was useless but clearly stated it was a drop-off receipt. When I have dropped off packages at any other UPS store in Hawaii, it is always faster with nicer customer service.

Guy working behind the counter was rude and not very helpful. Went to print some slides from a presentation and he took my thumb drive but wouldn’t let me see his computer screen to tell him what file to open. Got upset when I stepped behind the counter to point it out to him. Told me I should come back when I knew the name of the file for him to open. Wound up using the self service computers. Have used this location for years back when they were Kinkos and never had a problem like this before. They need to do a better job of customer service at this location!
Greg helped me out this morning, I had to wait for a few minutes while he helped other customers, but he was working solo this morning. He helped everyone before me calmly and efficiently. He’s very direct with a more quiet demeanor, which may come off standoffish to some, but he got it done quickly and without any hassle. Mahalo Greg.
Can someone please vacuum the floor? Yikes. Ive visited this store on different occasions; looks sad every time. In the time of a pandemic, no less. Theres hand sanitizer, theres face masks, but jeez dont look down.
The guy working was an absolute jerk. (Bigger guy with a pony tail.) I came to ship something to my husband who is deployed and he wouldn’t do it because he said he already closed the register for the day (25 minutes before closing). Maybe I cut it a little close but he shouldn’t close it that early just to go home early for the day. Can’t even do his damn job. I’m 7 months pregnant and walked all the way there and he told me I could walk to the other one (35 min walk). He was so impolite. Avoid at all costs if you care about service.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped by the staff. The woman at the counter was knowledgeable and helped me work through a multi document print order. I received an estimated completion time and it was accurate. They even validated my parking-which is great because it can be tough to find parking by Ala Moana mall. Overall, very satisfied.

I asked for assistance. Mike was very helpful. He offered to walk me through the process of signing onto their computers and downloading my files. He also greeted me coming and going and on my return trip. People that care are hard to find these days! Mahalo Mike.

It seems not too many people know this location. Its never too crowded. You can always find parking. The staff are really friendly and helpful. My favorite Fedex location.
We needed to print a very important document, somebody recommended FedEx on Kapiolani Blvd. The service was extremely bad. Actually, there wasnt any service. When I asked for some direction, the answer was, I dont know anything about computers, cant help you. It wasnt even what he said, it was how it was said. I will never use this center.
The staff is always helpful and friendly. I live around the corner and have used them for the past six years. They have always been able to take care of my needs.

Poor service! Makes you question, fedex mission statements first line is providing superior financial returns to it shareholders maybe it should read providing superior customer service so customers actually wont to return!
The most important thing is that they are really impolite. That’s not all, theyare really slow employees who take forever to finish their work.
The employees here always seem to be willing to go a little bit extra to help you out.
Didnt even know this was here until the FedEx guy dropped off a package there when they couldnt get ahold of me. Its clean, bright, and the customer service is okay. I was able to pick up my package in the evening, which is the main thing.
Worst customer service ever!! First the website said they would deliver sometime before 5pm, no delivery. So I change it to hold at King St. location for pickup. Website says its ready for pickup, guess what not there. Monday the website says its ready for pickup at the airport. I call customer service and explain, she calls them and says there is no answer but she can put in a request to move it or have them call me. WTF
Great service and creative solutions. I can email my color document to them on the go and pick up when ready.

Horrible experience. Spoke to someone on the phone they said I could bring down my order for folding and I could wait while they do it. Only to go down there find only one guy working and says he cant do it. Basically wasted half an hour taking my order down there for nothing!
