The Ulu family is just amazing! They care about their customers and give impeccable service. Clean spaces in a clean and safe environment. Close to everything and plenty of parking. Rented a uhaul truck from them to move some things. The service was great, I walked in on a Tuesday and they had vehicles available without advance notice. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a vehicle to move big stuff that wont fit in a car.

Its where I store all my personal belongings at & wont have to worry about it all being there still unless... The storage doesnt get paid that would be the only worry at that point of my things going out for auction.

Great customer service. Great storage rates for spacious units. They have all the equipment needed to move. They will be hearing it is the best storage spot in Honolulu.

Rented a 15 truck. Process was smooth and efficient. Paid a little less than I had estimated I would so that was a plus. $1.19 per mile and $40 for the truck. Parking lot was tight and had no spots available, but my representative wound up saying it was all good he will get it parked and let me leave it right out front. Additionally, he was extremely polite. I will return here again for future moving truck needs.I did not and do not have a storage unit here so I cannot speak about those. But the ones I did see through the glass of the office appeared well kept.

Met Chris who managed and worked this location years ago and now his Sons manage and work the storage facility now and then as now ohana. Very business oriented with management and employees as brothers are friendly, very polite, straight forward, and a no nonsense foolishness with policy or problems, etc, etc... Hours are tight, no bathroom privileges, but location is great, beaches close and prices affortable and the beach is closet and most important the facility is very safe and very secure. A comfortable plus is vibe with other clients tenants are no hazzles and friendly... Aloha! J.L.
