There was a line but got in quickly. Soo, my client advisor offerred a tour around the store that was a nice gesture but i was in a rush so i told her what i am looking for, and guided me to the right area. Soo is very friendly and patiently explain differences and details of the stuff i wanted. Thank you, Soo! Staff are friendly and nice. Store is very organize, neat and clean. Has a hand sanitizing area at the entrance door.

Miss Pauline is very professional and patient. She allowed us to try a variety of perfumes. She gave us a grand tour of the store as well. I love my purchase and Im glad I had an opportunity to meet her.

This is one place where u have to wait for long time out side line to spend lot of money... the staffs are very nice and not pushy at all... of course the store is very clean and up-to-date items... there were few items that was not there that is on the on line but Im sure u cant stock every merchandise...

I’m a returning customer to Louis Vuitton. This was my first time coming to this location. We had a sale rep. that was pushy, didn’t give us time or space to think and talk about the item we were looking at. We felt pressured and uncomfortable. I talked to the store manager about the situation and we got another sales rep that was friendlier and more helpful.

I usually love shopping at this location and the staff has usually been amazing to deal with, however this time the check in process has either switched or just become ridiculous. Came to pick up a watch that I had dropped off to have the battery replaced in. Was told just tell them at the front I have a watch repair and I’d be able to go right in…. Oh man was that false.The door man first asks me for a receipt and why I’m here. After I explain he says he needs my drivers incense. Then rather then letting me walk up to the counter, they had to get “the manager” to further assist me. What is going on at this location? Definitely not what I’m use to from LV. I hope this is a flaw because you’ve really dropped the ball today.

We had a very pleasant experience at the Ala Moana location. Nothing like the first one we went to. My suggestion is: if you want great service….go here!

I went in looking for watches and fell in love with some new and classic designs. The store was busy on the first floor, but the second floor was quieter. It was last minute shopping before we get back to mainland. I bought speedy ebene 25 and im surprised that they have instock. Id definetly going back on our next vacation, since the price and tax is a little cheaper compare in US.

Store employee followed us the entire time which was so uncomfortable. Especially if you want to shop alone. And it annoys me If someone keeps asking me do I need help, Especially if I havent asked for any or if I told you Im okay the 1st 3 times.Ive never experienced this in other locations- it was just annoying. If your procedure is that you do have to follow customers allow them time to review items and give them atleast 50 ft!

I was at this store with a friend on Nov 30, 2020 around 3pm local time. As soon as we entered one worker in black suit followed us around. Meanwhile, there were other shoppers who were not followed. We were the only black people in the store at the store. My question was, why were the white shoppers not being followed if that was the protocol. Thats disrespectful thinking were thieves or something. When I asked why someone followed us, the excuse was because of COVID which didnt make sense, my thoughts the rules are for only black customers. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

The assistance they provided me is almost unheard of nowadays. It’s refreshing to know that this type of customer service still exist. Highly recommend shopping at this store.

I had a great experience shopping here, with Jiao-Jiao as my SA. I went in already knowing what bag I wanted and she not only helped me find the exact model I was looking for but also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the bag. She also gave perfume samples for my boyfriend, my mom, and me. Louis Vuitton doesn’t have as crazy Hawaii discounts as Gucci, but I still got mine for 10% off the mainland price, and with the lower tax rate here compared to California, I ended up saving a couple hundred bucks. This location also seemed to have more selection than the Waikiki strip store, as the Waikiki location didn’t have any new stocks for the bag I was looking for but this store had two. I’ll definitely return!

Lots of pretty stuff. Good place to get fire retardant if wife is mad, usually. Good for fire prevention too (e.g. birthday, Xmas, Valentines). Might starve a little to get the goods, but dead anyway if no sacrifice upfront.

Already purchased on 2 different islands at 3 stores. Really wanted a wallet to match a purse they had in stock at this location. Was not able to even stomach the smell of POOP . The upper floor smelled fine however the lower floor smelled of actual poop. Words can not describe my actual disappointment in this location. I endured the common element to shop this location. It is an embarrassment to your chain.

My friends and I were young and white (referring to rude comment below) and we had PERFECT service. I had 2 friends stop in at the store and I shopped via video call. The SA was amazing and allowed us to video back and forth. She went above and beyond and helped them help me pick out 4 items, all limited edition and impossible to get here in Canada. Prices are the best in North America in Hawaii. 5+

Gorgeous store!I came into this LV store, enquiring about a backpack. In particularly the Josh with the LV Floral Monogram.I was greeted by an amazing lady whos name I unfortunately forgotten.She straight away offered me a seat while she checked the back for stock, and within a matter of minutes was back and had me try the bag on. I fell in love with the product straight away, she rang me up and within a short time I was on my way! Quick and easy, exactly how it should be.The store itself was second to none. The variety of stock was that wide, there were items that were not even on the website. Staff clearly take pride in their workplace, keep it clean and ensure theyre always respectful to their potential customers. Even those who are just having a look with no interest in purchasing.Like most designer brand stores in HI, the pricing is way below the main land, so if your travels take you to Hawaii, please prevent yourself from making a purchase else where if that item is available in HI.I highly recommend having a look in this store, even if your not interested in making a purchase. You never know what you may find.

Expensive and just a fad name brand for women. My other half bought an expensive bag and in months after barely using it the leather on the straps started to break. They wouldnt fix it and did nothing. She has several bags from here and she will not purchase one again.

I buy LV, yes for cheap eats holidays I do own 5 lvs.......this isnt a bargain LV as in Oz is cheaper plus gets trs when traveling outside within 60days.....go have a look compare prices. They have calculators. AUD so low was better when $ 1 to 1.
