The coffee is good and strong and super tasty croissants. Be there early to grab one before they run out. The chocolate loaf was yummy and also good selection of cookies. They have outdoor sitting as well.

The happy hour is always fun times. The pastry is incredible with great flavors. I bought some sort of smoked sea salt that never seen anywhere else and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend going here and trying everything they have

This place is normally pretty good. If there is even a moderate line its going to be a near 30 minute wait for a latte. My previous drinks have been pretty good, the lady who made my drink today doesnt seem to understand steaming and frothing milk. I asked for a 16 Oz latte and received a cappuccino with only about 8 Oz of liquid milk, the rest was all foam.

Don’t expect serious coffee from this place. Their beans have been there for ages. Check roasting date before buying. Nice vibe though.

You could easily improve this place by replacing it with a Starbucks. First, it’s not open until 7am. Second, at 6:30am THERE IS A LINE AROUND THE BUILDING. There comes a point where marketing becomes priority over basics including service, and here is a perfect example.

Love the food at Dean and DeLuca!! The Chicken Pesto Sandwich is super delicious. The cheesecakes are super delicious too. Even the macaroons are super delicious as well. Highly recommend Dean and DeLuca!!

Tasty pastries and light snacks. The wine and cheese bar upstairs opens at 2pm so youll need to wait around if youre there early. Food and coffee are a but pricey, but in line with Dean and Deluca offerings. The bruschetta upstairs are delicious. The space is small and a little strangely laid out...theres only 4 seating areas upstairs, so be prepared to wait. The service is courteous but they made so many mistakes when we were there...wrong drink, dessert, food order, and packed our take out wrong. They fixed all the issues, but we wasted time waiting around. Disappointed that this location does not meet the standards of other locations Ive visited...hope they improve.

Had a company event there recently. Ambience was great. It had a quiet and intimate feel yet interestingly open vibe. Food was delectable little morsels of goodness. The big draw back was the wine bar. Glasses were basically a half pour and didnt give enough for you to really enjoy. Worse it was the price of a full pour at any other wine bar. Selection was a bit minimal as well. Otherwise it was a good little touristy spot

Best flat whites in Waikiki! Know how to make them properly and also the cheapest price! Amazing deserts as well, underneath the Ritz Carlton so an oasis to sit and relax amongst the well manicured surrounds.

Small and cute version of its NY cousin. There is a little bit of everything, from pre-made breakfast sandwiches and wraps to tiny jars of condiments for sale. Upstairs, the wine and cheese bar plays modern/dance club music and has plates of delicious morsels available. Staff is very friendly.

This is a review for the upstairs which is a nice secluded wine bar with a nice selection of meats and cheeses. It is a nice little getaway tucked in the Ritz Carlton in the middle of a bustling Waikiki. Their happy hour is actually a pretty good deal.

Had a white mocha latte that was very good. Not too sweet. Nice place to sit around and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Slow service and pastries looked old. Cheesecakes and cakes looked ok, but the strawberry shortcake slice had icing that was not tasty at all. It was hard and tasteless. Staff was unfriendly and cashier swore in front of me.Very nice atmosphere and clean but would not go here for the cake.

Its not like the Dean and DeLuca stores in NYC or DC. This is mostly takeaway food and some food items for souvenirs. The prices for the food are good. The quiche looked great. I waited several minutes for someone to help me in the deli dept.and was ignored by the men working there.

Quality products and EXCELLENT service.

Some crazy customer kept screaming and yelling loud and constantly bothering other customers. Customers complained to the manager but nothing appropriate remedy done. Customer had to suffer thru for almost an hour. They need better security and area management.

Came here and tried their charcuterie and loved it. We were able to let our waiter know our preferences in terms of cheese and they were able to do their best to accommodate.

Outstanding food and great selection. Stayed in Waikiki for 10 days and not always easy to go out to eat with a little one. I grabbed a arugula salad from then one day and even a couple of their awesome espresso mugs.

Overwhelmed staff, slow service, disarray, terrible coffee!

I think they use high quality ingredients, but the taste is not as good as Whole Foods deli section. The portion is small and the price is higher side (two pieces of the sandwiches for $13), I will expect a wow factor. The waimanalo ckicken sandwiches was bland, it seems to be a sophisticated version of Vietnamese bahn-mi, but it doesnt achieve that intentions. Chard salad is too crunchy and stems are not properly cut, its very hard to chew. Neither of these was not outstanding.

Gorgeous coffee and bakery. Seems like it would be crazy overpriced as it sits at the base of the Ritz Residence, but it’s not! Blows most coffee shops and bakery’s out of the water. When your done endlessly searching for good local coffee, give up and come here.

Just another international light meal/salad chain that serves mainly western sandwiches that Japanese housewives seem to love. Otherwise couldnt be bothered coming in without said friends when theres countless more interesting food joints in Tokyo that serves much better food with a much lower price

Attended a private event at the Dean & Deluca loft and it was great! Wine and pupus were on point and sushi sho announced a partnership with them, so Im looking forward to returning during regular hours

One of our favorite spots to grab an iced tea and delicious treats. The service is hot or miss, but the quality of the food and coffee is high.

Overly expensive, slow service and confused staff; even by Waikiki standards. After waiting 15 minutes with only 2 patrons ahead of me, I asked for a large coffee and piece of coconut cake emphasizing emphao that it was for here. The server gave me my order in a to-go cup. When I repeated that the order was for here, she explained that she did not have a large cup. Displayed on the counter were a variety of cups of many sizes. I asked what size were these cups so that I would know for my next visit. She then explained that management had not taught her that and they were not keyed into the system. Dean & DeLuca, you need to know that the training of your staff is lacking. Lets not put anymore garbage into our Aina than needed, please.

Terrible service and the food and coffee are over priced for what it is. The barista didnt make the iced latte correctly so it was all watery and gross. Dont be surprised when there are 5 people working and 2 customers but youre still easily waiting 5 minutes to be served. The only think they have going for them is the beautiful facility.

Like so many places in Hawaii they hand you all of the things that you have purchased, but no bag in which to carry everything. As if people will hust stuff all of their pockets and try to balance the rest of the items. If they want to sell a bag instead of giving you one, then they need to do so prior to you making payment for the rest of your order. Trying to sell you a bag for 10 cents and having you do another credit card transaction for 10 cents in ridiculous. I vote down all businesses that do this.

You can have a good breakfast for less money and high quality,a great place in Waikiki,dont waste your time eating breakfast at pricey restaurants...

Amazing food and wine selections upstairs on 2nd floor. Great wines at very reasonable prices. I had a Molly Dooker Blue Eyed Boy and a Priorat, both were fabulous. The vegetable panini and charcuterie/cheese plate were exceptional. And the knowledgeable staff made the experience one of the best I have had in Waikiki. Anyone that appreciates good wine and food that pairs with it perfectly will love this place.
