I had dreamed of Haagen dazs milk shakes for years, Why did it took me so long to get one? Disregard that question and how was it? Maybe I had too much of a high expectation. It was nothing special and I’ve had better. It was a disappointing day.

Even with the cost being a bit much, banana split = yum. As a vanilla seeker, theirs is quite simple and not trying to impress like the artisian ones that try to hard at something so simple.

Very fast and friendly service! Cassy helped me and she was an absolute delight! The ice cream is always high quality and my shake was prepared perfectly. I love all their flavor options as well. This location is great too because its right in the heart of the Ala Moana food court. Thank you for your service HD!

Hulk scream or ice cream

By far my FAVORITE ice cream in the World. Friendly staff :) . They were really busy when I cam with my family, but everyone took their turn. I liked the large photos of the menu items, made it easy for us to order. There were many tourists who didnt speak english and they just pointed to what they wanted. Smart menu ! Ill be back again for sure!

Very poor customer service at this location. Given there was only one employee working I would understand it being stressful if it were busy, but there was no one else in line.The employee, aware that we were waiting left the front counter to clean and sluggishly wandered back out 2 minutes later. Took one portion of the order and fulfilled it with a poor attitude. Their behaviour and mood was that of someone that clearly did not want to be there and made it clear he was annoyed when he had to take the second item to order.The milkshake and cone we ordered did taste really good, so 2 star for that, but the service was so poor and I expeced more from this companys employees, retail or not, especially given the price of the items.

The first time I came here I thought it was a fluke that the scoops were so small. Moreless like half a scoopI returned again the following weekend and the same thing they are such a rip-off dont waste your money going there. The prices are way too expensive!!

$5.85 for a regular 2 scope of ice cream... while trying to pay, the Internet went down. (The card wouldnt work - they tried to restart the router, no luck). They ask if I have cash. I didnt. I tell them I dont really want to go, leave my melting ice cream to find an ATM, pay a 3.75 service fee to get money out... so they make me hand over my ice cream and ask me to leave. Nothing short of the WORST customer service by some highschool girls - Ive ever received. They have to throw away the ice cream, already scooped - and now they can answer up to their boss for getting a poor review. We went to Cinnabon and enjoyed the heck out of it!

Im so sad to write this but booo....my Haagen Daz, my love, was frostbitten. It was disappointing especially considering it costs an arm and a leg for a tiny scoop. I would give it 1 star, but its been good the other times Ive had dessert here. I just hope they fix their freezer.

Good ice cream, staff is friendly, service is very quick. Theyre located in the corner of one of the exits. Lots of staff, sometimes seems like theres too many of them, haha.

+JMJ. Having grown up in Texas eating Baskins Robbins (which is delicious ice cream), I didnt learn about Haagen-Dazs until I was stationed in Pearl Harbor HI. When my day was exceedingly stressful in my USNAVY duties, I would treat myself to a HUGE banana split!! Didnt have any favorite flavors. Just had the server prepare my stress reliever deluxe banana split, then I would select a seat and just engage in an all-is-right-with -the-world dining feast. Expensive?! Yes! But really worth it.

The ice cream shop in Ala moan mall food court is always delicious and delicious.

Since there are no stores in Japan, I almost stop by when I come to Ala Moana. I want to eat a gorgeous thing like a parfait with my eyes, but I actually ask for a smoothie type or ordinary ice cream. I cant find a flavor with a premium feeling, but I really want to eat Haagen-Dazs ice cream. When Im in Japan, I sometimes buy cup ice cream at supermarkets, but ice cream I buy and eat at a store is more delicious.

I ate sundae dolche something! Caramel makes me Sugar High! Its delicious, sweet and its enough to eat one regularly. ㅎㅎ $ 9.7 is expensive, but Häagen-Dazs is expensive.

I ordered a regular size dazzler sunday. It was very delicious, but the amount is amazing! It may be better to share one with two people, or order a small size.

Haagen-Dazs until you come to HawaiiI sometimes eat it but its ok
