You can actually taste the coffee in their white mocha lattes. The arrows on the floor could direct human traffic a bit better and their serving counting is in the far back left. Theres also a little bookshelf in the back right to check out.

Friendly staff. Knows my family and I by name. Recommend to anyone to stop in for their amazing ice blended drinks.

If you ask for glass coffee mug, they have ONE! Liked the bacon Swiss croissant, and small Americano. Satisfactory for the small size lunch I was looking for while repairing Htelom phone lines on Manoa rain.

Friendly staff. None of the Hawaii Coffee beans use the app. Do not put your gift card onto the app. It is a hassle for the baristas.

Even though the governor said 10 people can be together inside, the company policy says a max of 2 people per table. There are only a few tables and we 3 people total inside. We were a group of 3 and had to leave. Super annoying.

Hazelnut flat white has such a nice amount of foam. Fantastic flavor, really good espresso in my opinion. And the staff is always so friendly!

I love this cute little place. You can eat one of their lovely offerings, or drink your beverage inside or outside. Free WiFi is available. Everyone is always super friendly and they have superb vanilla lattes!

My friend and I were the only customers at the counter with simple beverage orders. There were 3 staff members behind the counter talking to each other and completely ignoring us. Talia finally took our order but was miserable about it, taking only my friends order..she walked away to talk again with the other staff members and when she came back she didnt listen to me as I ordered a simple iced tea. Her voice was so low I could barely hear her and she truly was totally disinterested. Later a group of her friends came in and she perked up, even sitting at a table with them. Starbucks is right across the street. Ill go there next time because service here was beyond horrible. Plus, the trash was overflowing and trash was on top of the trash container.

The staff was friendly and service was fantastic. Theres ample room inside and outside seats are also available. Theres a single stall restroom available inside as well. While they were out of hand soap, when the staff was informed they prompted refilled the soap, awesome job!

Great service. I had a small problem and the manager fixed it for me immediately. They understand the benefits of repeat business.

Went to the Manoa location today. I ordered a large Malibu Dream (my favorite). I usually love the flavor but today I noticed that there was a change in flavor and texture than usual. It tastes like water, and is sour. There are LOTS of chunks of ice; way more than there is supposed to be. Im very disappointed. Maybe this was just an accident but I paid over six dollars for it. Second time this happened.

Never really tried here until recently believe it or not. I love the ice blended drinks, but I also go for the teas. Plantation ice tea is my go to.

This is by far my fave CBTL location! I prefer CBTL to Starbucks and wish they had more locations. So it is especially nice to have one so close to home that is so great. CBTL Manoa really feels like a neighborhood coffee shop. Lots of regulars, friendly staff and tons of seating. This was my go to study spot throughout graduate school and even now is the place I go to when I have to get work done!My drink of choice has always been a quad espresso, but they also make a mean chai latte too. I also love their huge tea selection. When I was pregnant and had to cut out caffeine, the lemon chamomile was my fave. Their snacks and food are so yummy... Give the breakfast burrito a try one day, you wont be disappointed!And it doesnt hurt that you can buy gift cards at Costco which saves you 20%!

In my opinion this is the most equipped coffee shop around. Wonderful service, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The espresso never tastes bitter because the baristas really know what they are doing here. The lobby is neat and clean not cluttered and messy. And they serve you coffee in a mug so you can relax unwind and stay a while. The WiFi is fast and very accessible. They have a big selection of pastrys and bagels and scones. If I get the chance I am always sure to make this coffee shop a part of my morning

In spite of the strip mall ambiance, I find that the crowds, mix of tables, counters, and couches, indoor and outdoor seating, and the free book shelf give this place a comfortable feel. That, the coffee, and wifi make it worth my time. They offer a stamp card that earns you a free drink after spending $60 (too much), I believe.The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is a franchise of an international corporation (Intl. Coffee & Tea, LLC based in L.A.), much like Starbucks which happens to be just across the street.

Had an amazing experience with Shauna! I live on the mainland and all the CBs were out of my favorite coffee. Called CB in Manoa where I go when in HI. Shauna went above and beyond and sent it to me without a hitch!! Forget SBs! Im sold on CB!

They make a great coffee mocha.
