The only UNIQLO in Hawaii (so far). Full size store with three levels and an incredible selection of items. Bonus is that there are many prints and T-shirts that are exclusive to this store or Hawaiian inspired. A must stop for clothing when needed or fun items to bring back home after your trip.

Large store with a lot of product and well laid out. Plus some clothes exclusive to Hawaii. Good safety protocols in place.

Like to look around the store for everything that they have. Clothes and intimates are made of soft fabrics.

Clothing here is fine but this place has the worst employees. My goodness, I never see the same workers twice but it seems like they just get a fresh batch of new kids that don’t wanna be there. I always leave there angry. Too bad my family likes the prices here

Uniqlo is our favorite and it was nice to see some of their aloha shirts and tees from local artists. Unfortunately they didnt have our sizes in a lot of the things we wanted but that was good for our luggage. Make sure handle all of your returns and exchanges in Hawaii because you cant do it back on the mainland.

Great clothing, especially the Airism for Hawaii heat. Good prices and high quality, especially like that you can get a lot of plain logo free clothing thats great for mix and match.

This store has always been well designed, well lit, and full of a variety of clothing that fits most peoples budgets. What has changed:1) much longer lines than usual lines that snake around parts of the store2) fitting rooms are closed. But you can still make returns within I think 30 days if you keep it new condition with tags on3) apparently the free alteration services (for example, to alter the length of your pants) are still available, but you need to use something like a binder clip to clip where you want them to hem it, then drop it off with staff I think; turn around time of course will be longer than before COVID-19.

Two floors! Quality clothing with reasonable prices. Many of the clothes are perfect for travel wear. Some of their sales are better than youd get at discount stores. Also, very fortunate to have some local Hawaii artists work (featured on the clothes)I and other unique local paraphernalia sold in the store.

This is my first time visiting a Uniqlo in the United States and I was pleasantly surprised. I frequently shopped at Uniqlo when I lived in japan and also frequently order online on the mainland. Being a Japanese clothing store, it should be a good sign that probably 95% of the shoppers both times we have gone have been Japanese. It is an authentic experience. Here are some pros and cons of this location:Pros:-three floors of awesome clothes (never seem a uniqlo with three floors!)-great prices as per uniqlo standard (most of my wardrobe is uniqlo)-great service and huge variety of items-very large selection of sale items available handily throughout the store-very modern and cleanCons:-such a huge selection that it almost seemed to much-the store needs to be better organized; it seemed like a lot of items were found on both top and bottom floors. If it’s deliberate to get shoppers from both the first and third floor then that can be understood but kind of annoying-I had a hard time finding the right clothes in XL size which should be a standard size to keep stock in. Didn’t end up buying anything and will stick to online.Overall I was very pleased with the store and slightly disappointed with the lack of size variety (maybe it was just the particular clothes I wanted). My wife bought tons of clothes, however. I will definitely go back whenever I am in Hawaii.

Always a great place. This store is well organized and the staff are friendly. Just be aware that the sizes in the US are different from their japanese original

This is the first UNIQLO in Hawaii and caters to the Island Style. It is an entity of it’s own. There are outfits found only in Hawaii plus the other UNIQLO items we know and love. Be sure to check all levels in the store.Note, that if you buy an item from a mainland store, it cannot be returned or exchanged here.

Other than the ho-hum merchandise, be aware that they do not take online returns at this store.

One of the best stores in Ala Moana! If your looking for casual wear, or something fancy. I reccomend going when theres sales as you can buy something usually 50 and it would be 20.

Very neat and clean, workers always greet you when you enter store and when you leave. I love their customer service and checking out is also easy as we line up are spaced waiting and paying !

Great, 3 levels (technically 2nd level is half sized) with wide selections. Older items or clearance items were on the 2nd floor.I bought 3 shirts from the 2nd floor at least than $7 a shirt with tax.

Ala Moana mall UNIQLO like many other retailers was rather subdued today which from a shoppers viewpoint was great, no crowds, short lines and lots of choices. Got several UNIQLO Hawaii style Aloha shirts on 2 for 1 sale. If you need these now is the time to get them for Fathers day

I think Japan has better ones but this still has a good selection

I love UNIQLO but this store seemed a bit disorganized and messy for UNIQLO.

Fiance is a Snoopy lover so we went to check out what they have for the first time since COVID started. They had hand sanitizer at the door and monitor the amount of customers allowed inside at a time. Unfortunately for the Snoopy merch.. they had a great variety for Kids and Women but the Men only had the Hawaii styles =( So we did not get anything to our liking.

Wow what a store! Absolutely amazing clothes at fair prices. The customer service was outstanding. Really unique and beautiful location as well. Will definitely be returning!

UNIQLO is intended for young people who appear to be the spenders. I am not in that age-group. I want elegance and refinements. UNIQLO is not the place to find either one.They have, however, good socks for men that they call Supima Cotton. They are comfortable, they look good, they last for quite some time, and the price is sensible.

Great store with wide variety of apparel. Youll find a good variety of choices for all ages and tastes. Prices are reasonable but its great with discounts on sale. Definitely worth a visit for your clothing needs while at Ala Moana mall.

Line to get in, but the selection is good. Many items are made in China, so if you dont mind, not a bad store.

Large selection of clothing. Customer service is really good. Very organized and clean. Easy to find what youre looking for. Seasonal items change every three months.

Always a good place for a wide range of clothing selection.

Their outer and inner wear has a wide variety, their clothes are pretty cheap compared to other high-end stores. Although their style of clothes arent fitted towards every type of style, they compensate with a comfortable and stacked color palette for clothing.
