I had such a great experience going into the Oakley store in Ala Moana shopping center in Hawaii. The person that helped me was a woman named Yaya. The professionalism and courteousness from her was more then I had expected.

Terrific customer service in Ala Moana store from Yaya. Very personalized, she understood the needs that I had for tennis and found a pair of glasses that conformed to my face, with lens that allow me to see the ball better. She really knows Oakley glasses well and was an expert with her ability to ask all of my questions. I had bought a pair online that didnt fit well and she found me the right fit in store, I would much rather buy in store than online now because of this experience.

Before coming to the store I had zero experience with Oakleys. Trying out a brand with a large reputation can be intimidating/awkward but the employees at this store were fantastic.They greeted me in a relaxed manor and just let me browse for awhile without hovering or saying a bunch of sales pitches. Once I asked about the custom Oakleys it was all over, in a good way.The ladies in there were super helpful and together we got built a custom set of sunglasses that I am so stoked on. Thank you again the both of you! Anyone on vacation or a local just going in for the first time, you will have a great experience at this store.

Awesome store have had many great experiences here, but recently went in for a lens replacement and the Australian guy working the store was unnecessary rude and impatient, definitely left me unsatisfied with the customer service. But other than that experience absolutely great store, maybe he was having a bad day?

The technician Amanda at the Ala Moana store was very friendly and knowledgeable person. We have not received those sunglasses but have a good feeling that we are going to like.

Went in for a replacement part for my glasses and although they did not have the part, they were spot on at directing me easily to the proper place I needed to go. Also got great advice on an unrelated product by one of the clerks regarding a missing piece on my handbag. Really appreciated the information and friendliness of the staff..

I have been to a lot of stores over the years, but the staff in this store stands out. They were absolutely awesome! I came in the store to replace a nose piece that fell off of my glasses. The staff was incredibly friendly. They helped me get what I needed and gave me some tips on taking care of my glasses.Oakley should pay attention to what they are doing in this store. Service is excellent, but dont seem to have enough service reps working the floor. High quality product for the price point. They have an in-store eye doctor, but bring your own prescription.

I have been an Oakley fan for years since the old BMX days! This store, located in the Ala Moana Center near the Disney Store and across from Longs Drugs. They usually have some kind of sale going on, buy one get one 50% off, 30% off, 40% off and what have you. The workers here are friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I recommend you stop by and take a look, they have clothing, bags, foot wear, and sun and prescribed glasses.

They have shoes, accessories, glasses, and other style needs. It is located on the mall level of Ala Moana Center The employees are friendly and quick to address customer needs.

Next to the Disney Store on the second floor in Ala Moana.I sold various Oakley sunglasses and T-shirts.I came to buy sunglasses for road bikes at the end of December, and it was the second half price with 30-45% off sunglasses including new models.It was a lot cheaper than buying it in Japan.Im glad that the clerk was able to speak Japanese and responded well, but it took me a while to go to the warehouse to pick up the products.

If you buy one at the sale time, you will lose 2 to 30 dollars and the second 30% off.

I was saved because there was a Japanese staff member. I was worried because I didnt have the combination of sunglasses I wanted, but he taught me how to customize it, so I could buy sunglasses of my favorite combination for an additional $ 20.
