Tama and Ernie were extremely thorough with diagnosing the issues with my 2011 Cayenne. After the first repair and wash, the check engine light turned back on, and they did not feel comfortable returning my car to me until all the issues were resolved. I came to visit their showroom for my first time and brought my camera with me to take some pictures of the cars and was very impressed with their showroom! I am still waiting for the manager at Porsche to call us back after numerous calls and emails and spending 105k two months ago. (Ron) and (Ash). I bought an extended warranty and I’m still waiting to get contacted by above because I don’t have the data on it except the sales information from you buying it..... That is when everyone walked away and abandon us with no follow up at all. Not what I expected from Porsche. What is happening?This has been so disappointing especially since I drive a Porsche, (have forever) and now invested in a Maserati due to this kind of service. Never seen this. Hopefully JN auto group can fix these concerns!!!! Would be nice to have a call back at some point. Very disappointing especially after now 200k invested in JN in the last month.Maserati is awesome. Go there. My sales guy (Ethan) was amazing and ALWAYS available. The manager there was also awesome!!! He sat on the phone with me and explain numbers on his own time just so I understood the purchase. True representation of luxury service. Maserati, keep it up. Porsche service in Hawai’i is the best. First I called when my Macan S overheated and I was stuck with my kids on the side of the road. Even though I am past my warranty Tama, my advisor, was calm and told which tow company to use.After I called the recommended tow company they arrived with a flat bed within 30 minutes.My car made it to Porsche after they had officially closed yet one of the service techs who was still there made sure it was parked inside for the night.The next morning Tama called with a diagnosis, cost and told me it would be ready first thing the next day. And it was! Washed as well.The price was exactly what Tama quoted. No surprises.When I picked up Macan I mentioned it was my sons birthday. Another advisor said hold on, ran inside and brought out 2 Porsche Hawai’i masks for us! My son was THRILLED and he proudly sports his mask everyday at school.You all are the best. You treat your customers like family and it shows. I even spoke to Aaron - my sales rep - about upgrading to a GTS. I told him I’ll never own another car on this island other than a Porsche.

I work in the area and watch the mechanics speed around the block as they test drive the vehicles. MANY times they have have close calls almost hitting pedestrians or bike riders giving NO regard to others around but how cool they look in the cars. Please speak to you mechanics.

My expectations were very high, and they were pretty well met. One exception may have been my own misunderstanding; it concerned the nature of the complimentary service offered shortly after I bought the car. The second was that the car had not been washed as promised when I returned to pick it up. Those aside, Porsche can rest assured that I will have all of my servicing done there.One fine point: Most fine car dealers offer impeccable service, so it is difficult to find that one is exceptional in such good company.

Great group of Porsche professionals.  Had my 08 997 Turbo serviced here for the last three years...sadly my military tour is done and lm leaving the island. When compared to mainland authorized service centers, Porsche of Hawaii remains competitively priced and have technicians who know what they are doing. Considering the high number of Porsches running around Oahu, these guys are busy but keep up with the high volume.

Tripp and the crew did a great job. My first time back since Keith and Melissa who always were a pleasure to deal with. Great dealership. I needed to get my car in quickly, and actually was able to get an appointment for the next day. Serviced on time and since I was going to be late, the keys were left with the sales department for me to get the car later. My only note is that the oil gauge is a bar low.

Great experience with Porsche of Hawaii. Took my vehicle in for recall and service department was top notch. Gave me a loaner and off I went. The process was a quicker than renting a car. They keep me updated throughout the repair and returned my vehicle hand washed.

The whole sales experience and pick up of the vehicle exceed my expectations. Ash handled the transaction knowledgeably and with very insightful comments, which led me to pick several options I did not originally consider, and one that I decided I did not need. The finance exercise was smooth and professional.

The website says that this dealer opens at 0730, I was there at 0700 to beat traffic, but their sales didnt open till 0830. I waited until 0900 and there was not a single salesman who showed up, just a couple admin guys who immediately ran to their phones. Youd think in a dealership full of six figure cars these guys would want to actually sell a car. I showed up with a bank-check in hand for a specific car from an ad posted to craigslist yesterday, not only did no salesman talk to me, but I didnt even see the car that was advertised on the lot; it was a bait and switch. A pathetic display from a so-called prestige dealer.

Tama Nino was my service advisor, and he provided excellent customer service. He took care of all my maintenance concerns for my 2006 Porsche Cayenne S. Additionally, I needed a safety inspection. The young gentleman that greets you when you pull up to the service area was very pleasant, and he was a warm person to meet and left a good first impression. At the end of the day, a technician (I think his name was L.J.) offered to install the Porsche Hawaii license plate border on the newly installed front license plate holder even though it was the end of the day, and the shop was technically closed - I very much appreciated him taking the time and offering to entertain my request. My overall experience was excellent! I look forward to returning for any of my maintenance issues.

Went in a couple of days ago for an oil change. Was informed I was due for a two year service. My service was completed on time, and the final cost with discount was less than i was quoted. I left happy with my Porsche performing like new! Great job Tama. Just got my Porsche Panamera Turbo back after an extended stay. While my incidental visit for minor service turned out to be more serious than I expected Robert kept me apprised every step of the way. The virtually new Porsche Cayenne loaner kept me patient. Ive been a long time Lexus owner and have gotten used to their high standards. I bought a Porsche not because of the label or to make a statement but rather because I like driving cars. Im a car guy. So when I took my Porsche in for some really trivial service, I really didnt expect anything but these guys treated me with first class service. Now I get it, most people who buy Porsche today just want the logo and expect the high end service that they deserve and Porsche delivers. But for a simple guy that daily drives a classic Porsche because he loves driving, its sure nice to get 5 star accomodations for something as manini as a safety check. Mahalo boys!

This is my second car from Porsche, this is the first time dealing with Aaron the sales person he is outstanding, after purchasing the car he made sure I understood all the featuresThe day I picked up my car I knew he was busy, because they received several cars in at once and it was the end of the year. When I showed up unannounced, Im sure he had more on his plate than he can handle...but he was very polite and took care of me as soon as he could.I also want to mention the service department because before purchasing my car I went over and ask Melissa who I should deal with at sales and she introduced me to Aaron.I always got my car serviced here if Melissa is not around Keith will defiantly help me out and he is also very easy to work with.The car is always service on time and 100% of the time, they will give me an ETA and meet that deal line. This is not one of those service departments that you have to chase down to get things done they will chase you down to let you know whats going on.

I bought my Boxster 2nd hand from an independent dealer out in town. I paid a good price for it, but it needed some work done to it, not the least of which was my keys. Enter the Porsche of Hawaii Service Department! I have to mention Keith, one of the managers/reps in the service office. He was absolutely fantastic dealing with my car. Kept me in the loop the whole time, with estimates and new issues/repairs as they unfolded. Already recommended the service department to a couple of friends!

Some parking in back. They have a nice show room. Otherwise, it is the same as other car dealerships.

My wifes 2009 cayenne was running very rough and we dropped the car off early Monday morning.The car was fully repaired and washed by Wednesday afternoon.Once again excellent service!!MahaloPorsche parts and service department.JW

$450 for a 997 oil change. Refused to reset 2yr/20k service light. Asking me to provide proof of changing the oil myself is insulting. You lost a first time customer today. Wont be back.8/24/17 Follow up to the dealer response below:Dealer response is misleading. The service rep stated that hell start with changing the oil, which is $450, then move on and see what else is needed. This price is double what I pay stateside at my preferred Porsche dealer. There was ZERO effort on the service rep to explain the service or price, considering the 8qts of Mobile 1 0W-40 and OEM filter are ~$120.Previous Porsche service reps that earned my business let me do the work myself and reset my service light no questions asked, which is what I asked this service rep to do as well.Thank you for the follow up. For those reading this review, your service now light can be reset with several tools, including the Autel MD702 for around $200.

Parking is a bit different, they took my keys kinda like valet but I had already parked. Great service!

Efficient, prompt and communicative service for my Macan. The Cayene loaner helped make the required servicing absolutely problem/inconvenience/pain-free. The servicing did not affect my workday duration and schedule at all. Dropped off the Macan before work and picked it up right after.

Best experience. Friendly and courteous....no formality. We are in Hawaii and this is the best approach. The Macan courtesy car while my MacanS was being service was a superb touch. A free car wash is most appreciated. This is definitely a 5 stars rating. Special mention for this achievement goes to Tama, Service Manager. Im updating my review to this year. The service department at Porsche of Hawaii is criminal and I ask everyone to be extra diligent in making sure everything you pay for has been installed on your car and that what your paying for is what you need. They have proven themselves to be dishonest and down right deceitful. Dennis the GM, and Tama the service advisor will lie to you for weeks all the while doing nothing to own up to their mistakes.I took my car in for a simple coolant issue. Then my window malfunctioned and their mechanic hooked it up the their computer and couldnt get it to communicate wanted to charge me for a new window motor. Problem being? All windows were not going up but he didnt even check the other three. Insult to injury? He says I have an aftermarket motor in my window not knowing VW, Audi, and Porsche all use the same exact motor for my SUV, I even sent them pics and they couldnt own up to it.Gets worse. I get my car back, FOB not working, parking sensors, rear tailgate, etc. He fried something in my electronics. Then best one yet they never even installed all the coolant hoses, but I paid for them!Car went back in and for 31 solid days I got nothing but lies from Tama the service advisor. We are fixing it blah blah then get it back still nothing works except the key FOB. He said it lost programming. You mean your mechanic screwed up my FOB.They never admitted they did anything wrong. Best part is yet to come.Reached out to their GM Dennis who just sits on the phone being condescending and disrespectful saying you got this and that but has no idea what hes talking about. Then he likes to exaggerate and say we gave a 1000.00 bucks in parts for this, and free stuff for that etc etc. He did nothing but lie.Not only did they not install all my coolant hoses, when my car was back in there, Tama, the service advisor sent me a pic of a part and said hey Justin this thing looks bad, we are going to go ahead and replace it for you no problem.I find out 2 weeks later that it was never replaced and he stone cold lied. Lied out right. Never even apologized!I have filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs and I am in the process of trying to see what, if any, criminal charges can be brought but please head my warning.Porsche of Hawaii has some good people working for them. Truly do. As a long time Porsche owner, and the owner of 3 right now I can still say they are the best cars ever, but this dealership? Sales guys great, sales manager great, GM is a con artist and a crook, service advisor is full of it, I dont technically blame all the mechanics, because some of them are decent but Please Please check your invoices, communicate with Jason the service manager and make sure your not overpaying or being ripped off. I already have 5 people this year alone this has happened to and I hope to find more. Mahalo
