Traffic is fast and sometimes dangerous. Crowded and computer systems are slow for some transactions -- Melaleuca really needs to beef up their in store systems to streamline purchases.

My friends showed me this store and I just love it! Im a little sad though that they discontinued the doggy treats and a wax melter that I wanted to order again, but its okay there are other things in here that I keep buying like there dish and hand soaps! I just love how good they smell!

Staff are excellent, store is always very very clean and neatly arranged and maintained. And the staff is very professional, helpful, and have great product knowledge. Parking provided, and restroom in the facility.

Phone number leads to corporate so if you call after 2pm you will just get a message and be hung up on. But it shows the store is open till 7pm on island????

Having been a Meleleuca customer for over a year, I thought I knew everything. I was wrong.The workers here are knowledgeable, the friendly and overall very helpful.

DONT FALL ON THIS TRAP!!The makeup runs over like Giulianis hair on your face! Everything else is low quality too but they will paint the picture as if youre buying high quality products. AND YOUR MONEY!! theyll take all your money. Dont waste your energy, dont waste your time with these brainwashed nuts. Scientology has a match with this companys vision! Its totally like a cult. Sad.

Very clean store, hand sanitizer available upon entering, and staff are actively restocking products. Check out staff are helpful and friendly. My only negative would be that floor staff dont greet shoppers or ask if they need assistance in finding a particular product.

Good quality product

It’s great they have a store in Honolulu. Saves on shipping. Prices are competitive and quality is superior. I suggest trying some of the flagship products like Peak Performance supplements, Renew lotion, and their shampoo. Those I can assure you work great. Cleaning products are not toxic and work just as good as the chemical cleaners but are much safer. Think about that when you are using Clorox and have to wear gloves and inhale fumes.

I been shopping with Melaleuca since 2009 and locally since the open of the Honolulu store. The ladies are always so pleasant. Kahala in particular. Its always a blessing to see her. The flight attended is still in her. The bathrooms are always so clean. Love the pridu selection and everything about the Aloha from the Honolulu location.

My happy place. When we are on Oahu, I have to stop in and say hi to Carol. So many great greeters as you walk in the door. Its like your own private shopping here. Clean, great product for my son, me and our puppy. I love the new oils. I cant get enough Melaleuca. This is a great product. Wish we had a store on Big Island.

I love how organized the store is and how helpful the workers are. Ive been using Melaleuca products for years but it wasnt until we moved to HI have I ever been in an actual store. I will say, I do not like the weird side parking lot situation. But its a very minor issue in the grand scheme of things.

Very disappointed today, I can understand how some things can be limited, like hand sanitizer and disinfecting products, but we have a cleaning company and we come buy supplies from you monthly, so when we tried to buy 4 small bottles of Tough&tender we were told we could only buy 2.Really, I could see if were buying it for personal use,But now we are going to have to go to Home Depot and figure out whats comparable, Not Happy!!

Another store that creates a safe and clean environment with great products of health, including magnificent fragrances. Parking can be a challenge.

You do need to be a member to go into Melaleuca, but lots great products.

Parking is an issue, as it is difficult to park in their lot, and if you cant parallel park to easily, good luck.Their prices are alright for people who have membership, but most of their products seem to be of quality. Also if you like naturally made things, they have that as one of their main selling points.An issue is that it is MLM (mass level marketing), BUT you can be a member and not sign people up under you. So its a give and take, if you like selling to people, take the opportunity to be apart of this company, if you dont, and just like their products and what they stand for, then sign up and shop.Only thing is, it is MANDATORY to spend 35 points worth of items, usually around $60. If you dont shop in the store, the company sends you a box of items worth 35 points.

Youve gotta get a membership. The products are good. But, as this is a Mary Kay or Thrive style business, this is a great way to save on monthly shipping costs. The products have a distinct scent from the Melaleuca plant, but its a pleasant scent, so it doesnt bother me much.

I love being able to walk into a physical store to touch and smell the products. Theres also a full makeup section so you can find your shade!

Its always good as usual I have no complaints products are good. But I only use about a dozen of them. Cant complain

Great store with Awesome products. Located near the airport off of Nimitz Hwy. Only downside is the parking situation. You are only allowed to park on the side of the bldg and on the street. Do not park in front of the store unless you have a handicapped placard.

Great shoppers club with a variety of household products, personal items, and nutritional items. No problem meeting our quota each month and staff always friendly. Parking can be inconvenient but the visits are usually short, we know what we want!

A membership store with super products. You cant park in front of the store even if there is ample parking. Parking is on the side and along the private street with reserve stalls.

Id never heard of this company/brand before and came here not knowing it was members only. I was struck by the weird, cultlike vibe. Theres a whole corner dedicated to a glassed-in display about how awesome the company and their products are, and their customers loyalty. The products were unfamiliar and there was​ something off about the whole thing--the prices and location said outlet while the layout of the store said boutique. The line was enormous and every transaction was taking forever. I walked out.

Ive had to edit my Review.I understand the Holidays are busy but Ive driven to the store twice and theyve been out of stock of several items.Regardless of the time of year members still have a quota that must be met every month. Why do you not consider having members ship items to your store for pickup during Holiday Months? Do you have a limit in place on people who come in so that one person doesnt buy 15 bottles of lotion in one transaction during the Holiday Months? What other options are we as members supposed to ultilize?_______________________________________________________________________My first time buying from a Melaleuca store.I am new to the island but learned fast how bad finding a parking spot can be here. But the store has reserved parking for its members! 👏💓The staff was helpful, pleasant and the store layout was quaint. Not to mention they had a wonderful aromatherapy section that made the store smell DIVINE!The prices are the same as they are online which is such a convenient and honest way to do business. I love ALL the products . Especially the Cleaning ones, I dont have to work hard to scrub anything ever since my mom started getting them . Havent used any other cleaning product since . The workers are really nice . I just wish there were better parking & line wasnt so long most of the times .

Omg this changed how we buy cleaning products. Trust me I deal with a loved one who has dementia with behaviors. Because she wanted to she grabbed a cleaning product and drank it. We were horrified and terrified but we called poison control and found out the products are way different. They said keep her hydrated and the worst would be vomiting and diarrehea luckily she just vomitted a bit but no rush to the hospital and no major damage done..that was when we got rid of all chemicals in the house. Strictly melaleuca now.
