A woman I believe is the store manager yelled at my husband and was very rude to me. We parked there for me to shop. My husband was going to H-mart across the street to buy a drink, while I shopped. She came out and started yelling at him and proceeded to threaten to have our vehicle towed. I was a customer, which means we were authorized to park there. I informed her that she her yelling was uncalled for, and that she should not tow my vehicle. As I explored the store - almost immediately - she raised her voice at me again. She was telling me not to enter the part of the store that was for professional stylists. However, I wasn’t even near the section. I was extremely upset, and my husband returned confirming that he did not want us to spend our money in the store, and I agreed. Her behavior was completely uncalled for. She did not apologize. Instead she double-downed on her rudeness. She didn’t make amends for her error by being polite to me. Just awful and rude in every way. If I could give zero stars, I would!

So i was out of that place quick because of the help they gave me to find my products. The prices are good on products not high at all. Ill definitely be coming back.

I asked which HARD WAX was their best but then between 3 staff members took 15 minutes figuring out which ones were hard wax vs soft/strip wax then proceeded to tell me “the ones that say hard” I replied by asking once more which is the BEST? one finally just chose the cheapest wax for Brazilian. OMG

When I first moved here from the Mainland, I thought itd be harder for me to purchase my products for my career. I always feel welcomed by their friendly staff and they ALWAYS have what I need for nails in this store. (in most cases MORE than what CosmoProf has within their store behind them).They always have a large and decent selection so youre never worrying if stuff gets sold out. All in all, a great supply store.

Horrible customer service. Came to buy makeup but was by my car getting directions to my next appointment. Employee took it upon herself to run out and say Im not allowed to park because not enough spots. Lol guess they didnt need customers if theyre denying them access when they come to shop. Off to another store that appreciates their customers.

Awesome place to shop . It was only open to people that are beauty licenced but Its now open to the public . The public is restricted to shop on The professional are but is cool plenty things to look at and buy The staff is so sweet and very welcoming and very helpful .

Staff r friendly. as massage therapist i can buy anything. However at Cosmo around corner, they told me i am limited to the products i can buy. Pricing is similar. Cosmo has far more shampoos and conditioners selection.

I used to like this place but one of the employees changed my mind. When I was checking out, I asked the cashier a question about the discount with a professional licence. I am not sure she was having a bad day or something . The cashier answered me back, but her tone of voice was so rude and grouch. I am not sure that I am coming back.
