I think the customer service is very nice, theyre very welcoming from the time you walk in until you leave. They have services for us guys as well.

Overall a quick and friendly service, no matter who I book with. Although they say all staff are well experienced, Ive found some are more thorough (and with less pain) than others. Love that I can get in and out in 15 minutes.

Absolutely, hands down, dont even bother for competition; BEST WAX CENTER ON ISLAND❤ the staff are all very professional, in both customer service and esthetician knowledge. Any questions I had, they answered with no stalling. Super polite and patient.The wax they use is very different, and what makes your experience even worth it is how painless it is! Ive been to many waxing spots on island, and all have come with the uncomfortable redness and burns; but their wax and procedure of removal is almost non existent. The staff even will tell you on proper post wax care to avoid ingrown hairs and bumps.I am super pleased to have given this place a try and I do encourage any and all (especially if youre looking for a brazillian wax!) to do as well. My esthetician is Sophia and I highly recommend her!Thank you so much❤❤❤

Came in for an eyebrow and lip wax. I usually go to Kahala but was in the area, so thought Id give it a try. Boy, was that a mistake.I thought I was being a wuss about getting tweezed since I dont do it or have it done during my regular waxes much anymore. I didnt realize anything was amiss until I got to the car and my eyebrows itched like crazy. When I looked in the mirror closely I realized why - she had taken my skin with her on FIVE different spots on my brows. Its been 4 days and I still have scabs making it look like I cant pluck my own brows, but I PAID to have this done.A few positives: my brows are a pretty good shape, the place was clean, staff friendly, and their location is convenient. But either way I will not be back.
