Love this Mac store. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, last time I was there an associate named Michelle was so sweet and helpful. Mac lipsticks are the best, never dries out your lips and color lasts. Brushes keep their shape forever, i never do my eye makeup without the paint pot base

Excellent experience! Paris did an amazing job! My daughter enjoyed the time spent and LOVED the makeup. Being able to purchase the products to re-create the look in place of paying for the makeup session is wonderful! We will be returning customers.

I felt like I was getting judged. Kept asking if I needed anything. I was just trying to buy a concealer I had ran out of. And when I was trying to walk around them because they were just standing still giving me little space and staring down at me the whole time.

I never go to Sephora anymore because you cant beat the excellent service that the employees here provide. I love that they are so helpful, and always take into consideration of what my needs are, are actually very knowledgeable about the products they carry, and know whats best for each skin type. The employees at Sephora have no idea what theyre doing, just saying.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Only ONE lady there said hello, & helped me find what I needed. She was allllll the way in the back of the store. The two ladies in the front didn’t say a word to me when I walked in or walked out. I would have spent way more money if I felt welcomed but I walked out with one thing only because I absolutely needed it. I will never go back to that Mac store & if I had never been to a Mac store before I would never step foot in one ever again.

It was very good because it was an American brand and could be purchased for half the price of Japan.There arent many specialty stores in Japan, so I felt that the number of products was large.

Beware of those who use gift cards! There was a staff member who lied that there was no credit or lied and did not return the gift card with the remaining balance. We negotiated with the manager and returned him, but there were no words of apology. Going to the police is a theft case. Please note that there are no staff members who can speak Japanese.
