Literally the best Sephora I’ve been to and I’ve been to several! The store manager (Shakira?) was beyond pleasant and nothing short of amazing. Both sales associates Jay & Ko (I think her American name is Cyndi) were awesome! Keep up the great work ladies! You made my visit to Oahu even better!

ALWAYS a helpful & friendly staff. They are still managing the customer flow into the store ... Im totally for it. FYI, mask requirement is still in place while indoors ... State of Hawaii mandate! Almost forgot, the item I was looking for was in stock. I was also inquiring about different lines and product recommendations ... All questions were definitively answered! Now, if we could just wear lipstick again ... Ive had to hold off purchasing any for over a year!!! 💋

My first time in Hawaii for my wedding with my wife to be. And I cannot put into words how satisfying it was to see how well the manager Sharika and the assistant Bella took care of my wife. Step by step and not a rushed minute. Time and effort from them both helping prepare her for better days and every answer to all her questions. They were just phenomenal. My partner wanted me to review this store as was too good not too. A huge store in the heart of Waikiki. All the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable . The selection was quite impressive and prices that were very attractive.If you love your make up then this is your store.

Nice being strict for Covid-19 in-atore shopping.

I really wanted to shop for a hair brush in real life because I finally have long hair again but the door girl talked down their selection, warning me that they have predominantly boar bristle. I actually prefer boar bristle but I felt as if I was being driven away. Is it because my hair is bleached? I understand the necessity of covid restrictions, but I felt bad about myself.

Bella, Melodie, Bridgette, Saf, and Shereka helped me find some great products and Im so thrilled! They knew a lot ablutnskin types and how each brand made their product whether it had more food based formulas or more naturally occurring chemical based compositions!

You can always find fun items away Sephora! I hate to ask where an item is but everytime I do the answer comes with a smile and extra help I didnt know I needed. Thank you Sephora!

The staff are always so friendly and helpful here. I never have to find someone to assist me because they are so attentive. Ive been in once looking for something specific and another time just to browse. Both times the staff were super courteous and didnt push me to get anything yet also introduced me to new products I might like to try.

A few days ago I got all the way home with the wrong colour lipstick. The salesperson didnt double check it was the colour we discussed before I paid for the product. It was irritating to have to find my way back to the store to change. The next day, I went to use another product I purchased - a new mascara. The colour was white!! They gave me some type of primer mascara. I feel totally ripped off. I still have no black mascara and have thrown the box away. Not impressed with this store at all.

Good end of the year sale.

Sephora has anything and everything makeup related. A little pricey but you can always find what you need.

Im in Honolulu for two weeks and obviously didnt prepare for the shine fest about to ensue on my face after landing here. Virginia was so helpful and got me set up with the right products to get me through the day without an oil slick on my face and some great makeup artist tips. Virginia is amazing, sephora is amazing. =)

Awesome Customer Service.

Fantastic selection of make up and brands! All the staff are super friendly. Go and see Alyssa for any advice - she even gave me some local tips on where to dine! If the store is busy during the day, come back late evening and youll practically have the place to yourself. Store closes at 11pm so a late night shop is your best bet to avoid any crowds and queues.

I was on vacation in the area, and I stopped in to see what I could find that would help my acne. Alyssa was requested to tailor to my needs and she went above and beyond. I’ve been so insecure with my acne and was having trouble finding a product that would work best. Alyssa was not only so knowledgeable but incredible patient and helpful. She had similar experiences that made the process a lot more personable. I found the perfect coverage and serum that I’ve now been trying for over week. I’ve seen a huge difference!! Thank you Alyssa for making be feel more confident in my own skin. You have no idea the difference you’ve made :)

My favourite make up store in the world. When travelling always visit Sephora. Great selection and the staff and very knowledgeable. Im a makeup artist but ask for there opinion.

No comment. They just dont know what there doing there. There are 3 girls with are amazingBut KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS dont grab me anything and especially if I have the package in my hand.

A fabulous store. The staff were lovely providing efficient and friendly customer service. Prices are great and there are lots of items on sale so you can always pick up a bargain.

Overall a positive experience. I had just about every staff member ask me if I needed any help... I really dont mind one or two, even three, Ive worked in retail for a long time and I totally get it (and I really appreciate helpful, kind, approachable staff) but it got to a point where it was annoying and seemed like there was a lack of communication between staff members. That said, the woman who I dealt with at the cash register was so lovely and was maybe the best, friendliest cashier Ive had at a Sephora location. Way to go Waikiki!

My shopping experience was great. This was my first time and what ever I had questions about they had experts to answer and even give samples so I can see if it works for me.

Staff were friendly, stopped children from running around in the store which was good of course. Great range of products, though apparently the Ala Moana store has even more brands. It was just a really easy shopping experience.

This was my first time reserving a FREE mini session with a staffer at Sephora. Bridget (and her awesome hair) was the employee who did my eyeshadow session. She did an amazing job and was super friendly and helpful, as were the other employees. I would definitely recommend this Sephora!

I’ve been a Sephora member since 2013 and I dislike this store.my boy friend took me here for my birthday and the first thing I noticed was a employee that was standing by the door she greeted me and she was quick to walkie talkie another worker across the floor.I knew what I was looking for but Sephora wasn’t carrying my brand so I started looking around for another brand of lip gloss and lipsticks.the worker comes towards me and said “ oh that’s 12 dollars” and I replied back “yes I know I can read” so she stood so close to me about 2ft from me and watched me look at lipglosses and lipsticks thinking I’m going to steal.I had a bunch of shopping bags with me and my boyfriend looking around with me and every time we was looking at something she was right there staring hard at us.for MY BIRTHDAY.She made me feel so uncomfortable! You guys shouldn’t be judging the way people look ! Or dress ! That’s not how you give good customer service! That was so rude!

Service is great they are so helpful! i was a first time shopper there as there are non here in Australia, and as my first time it was so nice and they were so friendly!

Took my daughter in to look at make up and found a pallette she really wanted. TSB did a wonderful job showing my daughter how to use different layers, brushes, angles, and colors to bring out her eyes. She also showed her how to angle the mirror so that my daughter would be able to do this herself at home. She did a fantastic job and blew my mind with her creativity. We bought the pallette and some brushes and my daugher was glowing all day thanks to TSB!

My name is Brittny and i have go to say its been a long while since i had internet service cuz my internet was always off and on so im way over due to write a review.i have to say i love the Sephora in Waikiki every body there has awesome customer service, everybody is so nice and friendly and is always happy and excited to help every time i got there i always see my friend john he is really nice and always helps me when i need advice on prodcuts he helped me pick out the best starter brush kit for make up and the one he reccomended was perfect it has every thing you need, i think if it wasnt for him i will still be looking for a brush set to day sad to say.but he is really good at his job and is very sweet. he always recommends the best person to help me one time i had a eye shadow demastration with ashley she did an awesome job and was very helpful to teach me how to apply the naked line,make up and the best eye primer mars.. love it. she is also nice and friendly. as for skin care goes i got help by this lovely lady who works there to i think shes a manager or supervisor but i cant remember her name she helped me pick out the best skin care line korres she was helpful and nice too my skin went from dry and itchy to blemishy to nice and smooth and healthier looking skin i love it espically the mask by glam glow she helped me pick it out for my skin its amazing. its alittle pricy but soo worth it in the end. but all i got to say is i really enjoy comming here and you have so much to choose from and it can be alittle overwhelming if you dont wear makeup and dont know much but dont worry every body there is always willing to help and i know theres some people i missed but im sorry i want to put down all my best expriences that i had but i cant remember there names but i promise you everyone in sephora in waikiki is nice friendly and cares about each guest that comes in and makes you feel special.. there is also this other lady named ashley i think she sometimes eats at my job, and she is so sweet and is always friendly when i see her she helped me pick out a toki doki brush set and it lasted for a whiel then got ruined cuz my son got hold of it. but it was cute and glamerous looking lol.. but yes like i said im way over due for a review but i love comming here and i know you would too.. thanks for reading ..

This is a fun place to go to any store ๑❛ᴗ❛๑ (๑❛ᴗ❛๑) ۶ There are many cosmetics not yet in Japan! I like fresh lipstick and gloss ᐠ (ᐛ) ᐟᐠ (ᐟ) ᐟ

It is priced, but most of the staff are friendly and active! I can not speak Korean but I do not speak English well. The staff who gave us a gift for the amount of the purchase, I was annoyed at the front number, and I thank all the staff who helped!

Now, due to the number of people, even a group is not allowed to join.If you enter one by one, the staff will guide you 1:1..haha

A fun place for young girls. A place that is not very interesting for aunts. But when I enter with my daughter, I usually buy cute cosmetics, even though I was fine with Hyakuuni.

Its cheaper than Korea and you can get makeup, but you have to pay. Its cheap when you get makeup here

I do not know about cosmetics at all, but it is useful because my wife can enjoy it best.

I was worried about UV rays, so I bought the base and liquid here, but it was good even after returning to Japan!

Sephora is always exciting. It was comfortable to have Korean-speaking staff. It seemed like they were giving free gifts for each price. They say they are preparing to enter Sephora in Korea next year???
