I schedule an appointment for vehicle inspection and was told they dont do them anymore. They need update this on their website because I called a week before and they say they do them.

At Goodyear waialae location. Ryan was very knowledgeable in what they needed to do. He called me to explain what they need and why they should do the repairs. This is such great service. I hope all yout employees are just like Ryan. If not he should be training the rest of the crew on customer service. He also reminds the customers to give him the keys. There were 3 customers before me and 2 of them were thanking Ryan and getting ready to walk away. But Ryan seemed to be interacting with the customer, but not forgoting the most important thing before starting the repair. Keys to the vehicles. I would definitely be coming back and telling my friends and family about Goodyear because of Ryan.

Goodyear Kaimuki has THE WORST customer service ever! Over a year ago I gave them a poor review due to their deplorable customer service then. Sadly, my recent visit to their store once again found their customer service absolutely appalling! I waited for over an hour for the store to open and was the first in line only to be told Id have to wait from 3 - 4 hours to fix my leaking tire. Not once was I informed that an appointment was needed, especially when they used to operate on a first come first serve basis. Dave (Manager of Waipahu Goodyear) and a customer svc. rep named Ronnie (?) from Goodyear Kailua are the ONLY 2 people who exude excellent customer service, Goodyear in Kaimuki deserves their reputation of being the lousiest Goodyear store EVER!

I went to three different places to try to get my flat tire repaired. Someone finally suggested I go to Goodyear on Walaiae Ave. They are the best! Super nice and they fixed my tire and didnt even charge me. When the time comes that I need to buy new tires, Im going there.

Outstanding service. Went in to get a slow leak tire fixed. Took a little while but they were busy. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

I did not check the quality of work because it is too early to say it, I will see, but this review is about the customer service for this store. The cashier there will try to over charge you as much as they can and meanwhile do as little work as possible. I made an appointment online for oil change. I get a list of prices for different oil options, but I prefer to choose oil in store. When I get there and let the cashier people know I made appointment online, the price is higher than the price on their website. So I have my question asked, he did not admit it and ask me what is the price online with an I dont think so face. So I thought I made a mistake on the price. After leaving the shop, I double checked online and it turned out I was right. So I went back to the shop to show the price, then that guy finally change the price. So, my advice is that you need to argue everything you can, they try to sell you as expensive as they can and treat you like a fool. Dont try to be nice or polite in this store, or you will get over charged. BTW, they offer free tire rotation and brake check for oil change, and they will not bring that to you, you have to ask!

Awesome service and very fair

The team at Goodyear quickly and efficiently fixed my 25-year-old Volvo 740. The starter failed and I had diagnosed the car myself at home by tapping on the starter with a crowbar and getting it to spin.The mechanics here found the part and fixed the car within a day without a prior appointment. They were also willing to part-slap the starter and save me the diagnostic fee since I was 99% sure about the issue. I think this was a nice thing to do.

Got there 30 minutes prior to opening and was waited on within 15 minutes. My car was done within 1 1/2 hours after I got there. Good quick service n curious staff. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

When it comes to tire shops this place goes beyond awesome! The staff here are helpful and friendly and went out of their way to fix my tires which was no small task. I own a big E450 and blew 2 back tires and had to limp here on sheer will and a prayer. This location borrowed a jack big and heavy enough from another location as well as found the correct weight rate tires to change and replace my blown tires. They saved me from having to get a flatbed tow truck and saved me money on each tire...needless to say I had all 4 back tires down in under 1 1/2 despite being a VERY busy shop. This shop normal can not handle a vehicle as large as mine, but they made it happen anyways! Thank you Lem :)

Took my Infiniti in twice for a oil change. second time one my valve stems to a tire broke off and I had my car towed to their lot. They tried to fix it and even warned me not to take my car to a dealership because they would charge to replace all 4 tire sensors even though I only needed one. All in all they put a new valve stem on my tire and put it back on and didnt charge me a dime. Great service, friendly and straight to the point.

These guys are great, especially Ryan. Had to take my car in with no appointment for a flat tire. They squeezed me in and had me on my way to work in under 2 hours. Definitely earned my repeat business. Much mahalo, guys.

Quick to change my tires and saved me some money by allowing me to buy all of tires at once as well as getting them put on even though I only had one. Brought that one back home threw it on and brought in my car to get the other 3 done.

Excellent, fast service. Would go here again, but be cautious if you dont know your stuff. I had Ryan help me out last time. On one hand he helped me a year ago or so patch my tire for free and its still going! He wasnt exactly Mr. Nice about it, but the patch was stellar. On the other hand I specifically helped an auntie get two tires installed and I spoke to him again. Lets just say he uses every sales tactic in the book. So make sure you know how these places work beforehand. He pulled the bait and switch over the phone. He said the tires I wanted were on sale and gave me a quote. Go in for service the very next day and suddenly theyre not on sale? But, the quote he gave me was for the regular price any how. Just shady saying theyre on sale. He tried to up sell as much as he could and my auntie would have fell for all of it hook, line, and sinker. Just know your stuff and what you need beforehand. Theyll sell you and try to confuse you by changing the subject and offering unneeded extras. One amazing thing is the other day my splash guard split and was dragging. I pulled right into this place and an employee lifted the car, zip tide it up for free! I tipped him nicely, but the moral of this review is that they can be shady as well as extremely helpful. If you dont fall for the sales pitch, you get good tires and good service.

Whats the purpose of online scheduling when everything is supposed to be a 9am dropoff?Me: I scheduled a 4pm appointment. Can you check whats wrong with my car? It has some loud noise when I move forward. Maybe there is something wrong with the tire?Staff: No! You gotta drop off the car in the morning! You just made a schedule yeah? Everyone drops off the car in the morning.Come on! Remove your online scheduling thing if its nonexistent! Just announce outrightly that you want everyone who needs a mechanic to drop off the car first thing in the morning. Despite my confirmed schedule, you didnt even bother to quickly check the car.

I had a problem on the road when I was near by, pulled in and asked for help, they helped me and didnt even charge me. It was just a simple fix and told the guy to charge me but he said it was ok.So a couple days later I sent them a couple of pizzas and two 2 litre sodas to show a lil appreciation for what they did, Mahalo bruddahs
