We showed up for a simple repair and the manager there informed me it is a part of their services for free tire repairs. They were more than happy to swap the primary tire back on from the spare we put on for free. Workers were friendly and helpful even though they had no prior business with me.

Big mahaloz to da braddahz at Discount tire Waipahu. I recently bought a second-hand truck and needed my tires replaced. Called all over the island looking for a good deal on some 35s, and these guys didnt disappoint! They beat out their competitors prices substantially! While getting my truck worked on I get a call from Brian (sales person) saying my rims arent sitting flush due having the wrong spacers left on my truck by the original owner. The lugs were held on by only 2 turns. Basically deeming the truck unsafe to drive. The manager Craig made the decision to take HIS OWN spacers off of his truck and replace them with mines free of charge just so that I would be able to drive my truck home safely. Big Mahaloz to you bro! I want to thank the mechanics Jeremy and Loyd for identifying this issue and bringing it to the attention of their Manager. They treat you like family here and It is because of the customer service that these Gentlemen display, that i will continue to be a loyal customer and refer as much people as I can to these guys! My truck was also completed within a timely manner even with the issues at hand. Best tire shop on the island hands down!

All the super corporate companies I called told me that they didn’t know whether or not that they would be able to see me to repair a nail in the tire, but Discount Tire told me to walk in and they would fix it. Within 30 minutes and their high work load, they were able to take care of me. This is the type of customer satisfaction that allows a business to thrive. On top of all that, they did it out of kindness. Love you guys.

Excellent service! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I bought my front tires here a while back because I just bought a car and discount tire gave me a really good deal . I went back today turns out I had a screw stuck in one of my tires (not the new ones ) which I had no idea but there was air leakage so I trust them so brought it in. Larry and Jay fixed it in like 5 minutes! Staff is always so nice and helpful . I will be going back to buy my next set of tires. 😄

Talk about fast, convenient frictionless service. I have been coming to discount tires always since 2005. These guys are amazing. I got a nail in my rear passenger side tire. I called, was greeted by a super sweet employee, and I drove down. Got me in 3 minutes, tire patched in 5, out in about 10 minutes and no questions when I said I got my tires from them less than a year ago, no charge since this is where I got my new tires. Great service and honest workers. Called earlier because I was quoted $550 for a singular tire that my car dealership wouldn’t patch/plug because I had a nail in it. Wanted to see if they could do better on price and was asked what was wrong, told the employee about the nail and he asked that I come down before he gave me a quote. Picked my car up and headed down, one of the workers told me they could patch it free of charge. I will recommend this place to anyone I know.Thanks for helping me out guys. I really appreciate it! Had to get a tire plugged at the last minute and they got me in as soon as I got off work. Best part was it was free! everyone was incredibly nice too, will definitely come back.

I have had a slow leak in one tire for a couple of weeks. Ive had to add air several times. I finally got around to taking it in. These guys took in my car right away, repaired my leak (nail), and returned my car in about 20-30 minutes. When picking up the car, I pulled out my wallet and credit card, and the manager said, Oh no. No charge. We dont charge for this king of thing. I was very pleasantly surprised. Nice people!

I went in today expecting to be there for hours, as usual when at a tire center. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. The guys there were super quick and the service was so friendly. Truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!

I changed my 4 tires here on my 2018 tacoma. My truck has only 37k miles. They reported the miles by as 162k miles to l CARFAX. Now my car fax report has their name and miles as 162k miles. They said they will take car of it right away, but they didn’t. The wrong info still there. I am moving and need to sell my truck and this is error made me lose the potential buyer I had.

Friendly, prompt, Plug tires for free, the only problem is according to a very reputable 60-year-old mechanic, the plugs they use are not durable, and you cannot replug them, so you end up needing to buy a new tire! This is what happened to me. At the very least you need to inside-patch the filled plug area of the tire so you end up going twice to fix a tire, and an inside patch is absolutely not recommended as far as I know by the Internet. Is this a coincidence? Do you want to sell tires, not fix them? I think so.

I wish I can give them no stars. Bunch of uneducated workers and criminals. They broke my tire pressure measuring system and did not fix it cause they had no idea what happened. Owner got nasty with me saying I broke it and didnt want to solve the problem. I took my car to a dealership and they fixed it. Like I said uneducated dropouts and criminals that work there.

Discount tire get action!!! I called a mobile tire service and they couldnt get my rim off the hub to change my tire. I took my truck to Discount tire and they got my rim off my hub and changed my tire. The boys are hammaz!!!!

Best place for all your wheel and tire needs. Craig and the rest of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Guarantee the best price for name brand tires on island. They also do wheel alignments for a fraction of the price that Sears charges. Just make sure to let them know if you’re getting recon so they can give you the proper paperwork needed for the inspection.

I had bought tires from here a few years ago from the previous owners so when I needed 2 new tires I called them first and got them here for a great price. They had them mounted and balanced in no time. The new owners have made some really good updates to the setup and the added air conditioned waiting area is a plus! Called the day prior to get 4 tires. Gentleman on the phone said “I have them come on down tomorrow at 8:00 and we will get you all set up.” Went down at 8:00, Discount Tire did not open until 8:25 and then only had 2 of the 4 tires I needed. Zero customer service.

Came in for a wheel swap.They gave me my car back with one wheel stud completely snapped off and another severely stripped. Was told another shop would help with the repair and when I called the other shop told me that wasnt true.I wasnt gonna leave a negative review because I usually keep to myself, but I just opened the boxes for my older wheels and found that the center caps are missing.Super annoying. I paid more for repairs and replacements out of my own pocket than the service was even worth.

Came to change 1 tire on my 20in rims cause I had a nail in it,and firestone said it isnt patchable. But when I brought it in and showed them the tire, they said,they could patch it so they did it no charge. Gave the guy who did it a nice tip! Everybody happy. Shopped around, got quotes from 5 stores and landed with these guys:$60 a tire(new), fair labor costs, and only a $5 tire disposal fee(Usually $10 at other shops)I was in and out within 10 minutes, their techs were friendly, gave me some insight on what to do to avoid excess/uneven wear. Overall a pleasant experience.

Went to repair nail in the tire, and they were fast and we were in and out of the door. Even got a decent quote for our new tires. Was a little awkward with the workers and front office, but they do work hard and got the job done.

I had a flat in Mapunapuna, changed to my spare, google mapped the nearest tire shop & Discount tires popped up a mile away. I walked in with no appointment and they took me right in, changed my flat, balanced it and put it on my car. After that I went back to get my other three replaced. This store is not associated with the discount tire franchise on the mainland. Ive done a lot of business with discount tire on the mainland and theyre a respected company.Here, I was sold a road hazard warranty but they didnt tell me that the manufacturer provides a similar warranty.In my case, Walmart sells the same tire for about $50 less than what I paid here.

I went there cause their tires were cheaper then every where else I called. the service was super fast . But after leaving the shop my car kept saying check tires they filled my tires to all different psi levels all in the 40s when there suppose to be in the 30s. Then my wheel would shake while on the freeway so I took my car into Goodyear come to find out they never even balance my tires 😒😡 I found out that Goodyear would have matched their price and would have done a much better job!! Dont go here Im very disappointed!!

Best alternative to the membership club warehouse stores. Unlike those big stores, this place does full tire service to include alignment. Another plus is that they use regular air not that nitrogen stuff.

I went there to find my tire size and they told me no more shipment will be in on Monday we will call you on Monday.Monday came and there was no call, so Tuesday morning I called to ask if they were any news on my tire size yet she tells me no not yet sorryI just said thank you bye I didnt want to hear something one day and then wait and find out no more like are you kidding me...

Been getting my tires from them ever since. Customer service is fairly average for a locally run business. When theyre not too busy, cars/trucks go in and out pretty fast. Its a first come first serve basis which is fine, its Friday morning 930 im in and out. They dont charge to plug your tire, But their service and easy going staff pretty much won me over, ill be coming back to them for all my future tire needs. Again amazing staff, and service.
