This was back in November. I called for a flowmaster 40 series which I’ve been told that that they do have so I made an appointment with them and quoted me about 350 bucks. When I brought my truck there. They started cutting up my exhaust with a sawzall. I was told after that they don’t have the right pipe fitment to run a 40 series on my truck so they gave me an option to run different muffler instead which I did. I was also been told that my catalytic converters was bad. Everything came out at to about 700 bucks with new a new muffler and new tailpipe.I drove home that day (which I should have checked) and realize that my catalytic converters is gone. So they pretty much straight piped it and I can’t put on a new one anymore now since my flanges are cut out and been welded with a thicker pipe to my previous existing pipe just right before my O2 sensor. They even have a sign in their shop that said by law it’s illegal to remove a catalytic converter and that’s pretty much what they did to my truck. So now I won’t be able to pass safety

Undecided at this point. Felt I was overcharged for a simple job, but just wanted the job done, so I paid the invoice and left. I dont think I would go back, unless I had to.

Reasonably priced and quality work. Ive been there twice now, once for exhaust repairs and the other to weld on some high flow cats. Both times, theyve been very courteous and professional and had no problem getting me in and out in no time.

Called first thing in the morning, and was able to get my truck in same day. Within 2 hours, I was back to pickup my truck. Rick was extremely helpful, offered me an estimate over the phone, and the exhaust was installed professionally and beautifully! I definetly recommend this over other shops on the island, just from my experience and their customer service alone!

Best Shop in the State BY FAR!! Best customer service ( far better than other locations), best weld quality (even better than other ESH location) and fast turn around. Ive taken all my carsthere to do full custom exhaust work. I never once was disappointed unlike other shops.

They did a 3in manifold back exhaust system with supplied parts. Good welds and attention to detail, like on o2 bung that was needed. Would recommend this to anyone who needs exhaust services big or small.

Me and my husband both had our full catback exhausts here. Theyre very good! Very fast yet did a great job on our cars. You really get what you pay for.

Called for a quote. They quoted me 300 bucks just to take off the stock muffler and put on an aftermarket muffler. A muffler costs about 100 and the labor should not be more than 100. So should be no more than 200. My last car had dual exhaust and I got customs mufflers done for 300. They want 300 for a single. Thats ridiculous.

They are very inconsistent...I go in for a quote to do my exhaust...they quote me $460 plus tax. I go in a couple days later wanting to do it...They tell me its going to be $540 plus tax. Ridiculous. I wouldnt recommend this place. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Booked a 9:00am appointment to replace my resonator and was out the door by 9:40am.Good prices! Other repair shop quoted me $400+. Paid $140 (labor & tax included)
