Always get my car serviced here. Would take my old 05 Camry here and now my 19 Camry. Its very convenient and always a good experience. They have a shuttle, or if youre like me, its a nice area to explore with SALT, Kakaako in walking distance for a quick bite, walk or just to explore the cosmopolitan neighborhood.The staff is always courteous and keep you posted on the progress of your cat via text. Its by appointment and if there happens to be a line when you check in, they move it pretty quickly. Theres also a little lounge with coffee and a TV if you choose to wait. They are also Covid compliant in a lot of ways. Go for it! Theyre a really good option for your car maintenance. Oh, and they do safety inspections for about $25. Not sure if they do all models. Call and check. 🤙7/29/21Took my car in due to fuel part recall. Checkin 2as very welcoming that early in the a.m. Layton Yee noticed I was due for regular service as well. He kept me informed throughout, estimated correctly how long it would take, was diligent, followed through and made sure I was taken cared of. Shuttle drivers were very courteous as well and made every effort to insure I was on time here and there. Checkout was also quick, courteous and painless. Thank goodness for this location! Again - 🤙✌

Over the years I have a owned a Ford and dealt with a Ford dealership and a BMW and dealt with a BMW dealership. While they are all good, the Toyota service from here is the very best. Specifically, Jason from Motor Imports Toyota goes above and beyond for his customers. Highly recommended.

I am a Toyota loyalist. My car is a Scion FR-S RS 1.0. It is badged as number 473 of 1500 made. (Photo 1) I have tolerated long waits for car service with Servco for the past three years because I could always rely on quality. That is over after my last experience.After returning from a six month military deployment I brought my car in for service and multi-point inspection to make sure all was well. I stated that despite filling the tires the low pressure light kept coming on, and suspected a slow leak. I told the service representative that if I needed no tires it was no issue, just call and Ill authorize it. After service I was told all that needed was an air filter replacement. (Photo 2)For a month more the tire continued to leak, and the wipers obviously needed to be replaced. I reached out to the service representative who told me to contact him with issues, and never heard anything back. (Photo 3)Finally I called and scheduled an appointment and was setup with a different representative at the Kakaako location closer to home. They confirmed what I already knew, and replaced four tires and the wiper blades. They discounted me $150 for service. (Photo 4)When I came to pick up the vehicle the alloy rims were covered in dirt and grime. I couldnt believe they wouldnt even wipe them with a rag.Upon further inspection I noticed scratches on the rims and complained to the service representative. He told me I could take it to another place out in Waipahu to get an estimate and they MIGHT cover it. He insisted that his staff could not have scratched it, and were so meticulous they would report if anything was damaged. This is untrue because they lost one of the custom valve caps and replaced it with a piece of plastic. (Photos 5 & 6)Its no longer about money. Now its about time and an understanding of what a car like this means to a customer. I will not take my valuable time to get an estimate to fix a mistake their shop made. They also will not be making Scion anymore. So those custom valve caps are now irreplaceable. Ive already looked online.Do not go to Servco if you actually love your car.

Never go here. Its really more expensive than anywhere else. All the employees lie and the time is longer than normal, so they get more labor charges. I really dont want to go again. He lied to say that there is no discount coupon, too. Dont really use it here.

Last week I stopped by Motor Imports to get air for one of my tires. I was helped by a boy I named John, and he was very friendly and even took the time to check the rest of my tires despite the fact that it was raining and he was getting wet. Customer Service job well done.

My 2004 4 Runner has only been to the dealer twice in the 13 years I’ve owned it; partly because I do my own maintenance but mostly because it’s a Toyota. Both visits, including today’s, were for recall items corrected at no cost. The customer service I received from Motor Imports (today) was exemplary, from the competent and courteous gals who arranged my visit (which I rescheduled TWICE) to the huge Aloha shown to to me by my service consultant Kawika M. I could not have hoped for a better experience. This business obviously places tremendous emphasis on customer satisfaction :~}

They good but if you ask them to do something like blow out your air filters because you have those permanent ones that dont need to replace they wont do it but theyll be happy to charge you and replace with their brand. A good customer service company will certainly do what customer wants but in these revenue driven days that goes out the window.

I will never buy another brand new Toyota van and bring my car to Motor Imports Toyota for service. I bought 2013 van in December 2013, Original battery needed replacement within a year. Second battery replacement in second year. Front two tires were gone after a year. The staff from this location told me that there is no warranty on the tires. The staff also gave me stink eye just because my van is dirty. I ended up calling Michelin manufacturer myself and found out that there is warranty. I ended up replacing my tires at another shop and paying only 25 % of the cost of new tires. This van also had blind spot where pedestrian can be missed when crossing street. IT really sucks to have a van that eats tires like nothing. The first three years warranty, dealer does not change the vans engine oil and as soon as three years is past, you have to pay a leg and an arm to change oil. please do not trust the staffs there because they lie. They just want to pay them all the $$$ you have and here you go with three kids living in the super expensive paradise, it really doesnt help. You think that you buy new car and it should be less money in maintenance but it is not true at all.

Took my truck in on a Thursday and my original service consultant, Michael told me that it would be done on Saturday. Saturday came and got zero information on the status on my truck. Today is Tuesday and I called their service line only to be put on hold for almost half an hour, told me that a service consultant named Angie was going to call me back to update me on my truck... NO CALL. I called back later in the afternoon, again, was told the same thing. “Angie will find out the status right now and she’ll call you”.... it’s currently 7:30pm and they’re closed. Angie better still be at work trying to find out where my truck is!

If you go to their website, you can make appointments online which is my favorite part about their service. I hate having to call and figure out times, this way you can pull up a calendar and find a day that works for you. Easy to drop off before work and then pick up afterward when theyre done. Staff is always helpful and cheery. They do a good job about telling you what is necessary vs what can wait and I dont feel like they try to upsell me on stuff. Only had to do one major repair so far, mostly I get my safety check done here.

Regina sure was a pleasure to work with! I had my sons care towed in and she was on top of it from the get-go. She saw that the car was received from the towing company in good order, set proper expectations as far as when the technicians might be able to work on it, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process with phone calls and emails. Convenient location to downtown if you have to get your Toyota serviced, but theyre always busy and appointments are booked months in advance, so good luck if you have an urgent service need. Prices are high too (of course). Also, the shuttle service needs better coordination - waited almost half an hour for a 10 minute ride back to downtown; I should have just walked instead.

Been coming here for years. Its an old facility but does good work on my Toyotas. Prices keep going up but I guess its just a sign of the times.I like the shuttle service and friendly staff. I hope that they stay open for many years to come because of all of the development in this area.

I own a 2017 Corolla.The low tire pressure indicator light came on on several occasions so I brought in to Servco to have it checked out. They said they could not find anything wrong with tire. Now today (2-22-2018) will be my third time. I hope they find the problem.

I have been here several times, but did not observe customer service! Yesterday Dec 29 I did take observation of customer service! Greet me, reintergrated what was going to be done! The airbags needed to have another thing in there which would inflate airbag. No charge, because there was a recall to fix airbag! I am glad I made appointment, Toyota fixed it! Total wait time one hour and a half!

Pretty busy and run down facility. Besides that, customer service was great with Keone. May have to update rating after pick up.UPDATE:Rating probably stays the same. Heres what happened after I left.I didnt schedule shuttle service and it was packed so I told Keone no worries because he was very busy. After I walked over to Ward he called to see if I still needed a ride. I said no worries since I already called my wife, but o appreciate the call.They were able to do additional work for my car by the end of the day. Thankful for that.When I picked up my car the service manual was on the center console. I want to put it in the glovebox and realized all my compartments were empty. I soon discovered it was in a cardboard box in the back of the van. Not a big deal, but a heads up would have been nice.

This location looks to be an older auto repair shop for sports cars which was converted to a Toyota servicing center. There is no car wash or car sales like the full Toyota dealership . . . It is a servicing center with about 12 bays and they offer shuttle rides about 10 miles out. This location is conveniently located in downtown and has a shorter wait than Maupunapuna and other locations but it is still about 30 days before you can get an appointment. The waiting area is crowded and older but is is cleaner than most autonplace on island with a large screen TV and a coffee pot. Dont expect luxury like you get at a dealership and be courteous and reasonable and you will get some pretty good service. They consistently repair and maintain our Toyotas.

This is the worst, we came here to fix our ac and when we wanted to take the shuttle home they say no dogs allowed and it was our service dog and so they say do you want to take a CAB and so we said no so we are planning another appointment. So it any of you have a service dog dont go here just to warn you 🙂😡

There should be an option to give zero (or fewer stars). They are always completely booked and apparently dont even have flex time in their schedule to deal with unexpected problems. In my case my Toyota Prius gave a check hybrid system and wouldnt start. So I had no choice but to have it towed to Servco, as the have a monopoly on Toyota service on Oahu. All they can tell me is that if they get through the 60 appointments they have every day then they might be able to get to the standbys. Nobody there cares that Im having to pay $40 a day to rent a car while my car sits in their lot while nobody looks at it, and they can give me no estimate on when they might ever look at my vehicle.I also had a check engine light come on a couple months ago, and they said I could have an appointment in 4 weeks to have it checked. FOUR WEEKS!?!?!?!?!?!?! Are you freaking kidding me. They seriously suggested I just drive it around for a month with the check engine light on. The light eventually went off by itself, and for all I know if they had actually been able to look at it, it might have avoided the more serious problem I have now.My recommendation if you live on Oahu is to never, ever buy a Toyota, as you will eventually have to deal with the Servco monopoly. If youre on the mainland and moving to Hawaii, sell your Toyota before you come.
