I could be more happy with this company. They accepted my vehicle when most auto body shops were giving me a 2 month turn around time, use only genuine part for my repairs and the work they did was amazing. They even completed some personal repairs for me.The repair took just over 30 days due to back orders on the OEM parts, no fault of their own. They even tried to get my rental extended due to the delays. I appreciated them trying, even tho the insurance company declined.I dont give out 5 stars easily, but they deserve it.

Went in for a repair estimate. Location is convenient and parking is not on the side of this busy industrial street. Made an appointment ahead of time so I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Overall experience it was fast and convenient. Will definitely return.

Tracie and the Global Auto Repair Team are the best body shop on the island. I had an accident that required repair and this organization completed the work in less than 4 days at half the cost other shops estimated. Their customer service is unparalleled and their efficiency is of the highest quality. I will go back to this enterprise any day of the week and would recommend them to anyone!

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would, avoid this place like the plague. The main guy, the one with the crooked eyes, is rude and aggressive. He cusses paying customers out for asking basic questions about their service. Even on the DCCA website their license status isnt even valid. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Terrible paint work on a new bmw. The vehicle was not re-assembled correctly when I was told to pick it up. They also ruined one of my window tints. They failed to finish the agreed job. Most unprofessional experience of my lifetime.Update: I did not have an issue with the time it took as other reviews have mentioned; however, they did call me week after week to say it would be ready “tomorrow”, only for it to be delayed. they ordered the wrong parts and clearly did not know how to re-assemble the vehicle. In addition, I had to schedule an appointment with the dealership to have basic features re-enabled

Progressive auto insurance repair. Took a while to get a wheel replaced. Rental car in meanwhile cost me nearly 1000, since it took about 2 weeks for a tire and side panel replacement. Didna good job with repair however.

These guys are solid. Had to go to them twice for 2 separate issues, (rear ending repair and a front bumper repair due to rock damage and windforce).-They will communicate with you on a very real time basis whats going on with your vehicle.-They wont give you an unrealistic timeframe. -They are incredibly friendly.Not only that but I also had an aftermarket splitter to install - they referred me to an auto body shop without hassle.Highly recommended.

Great customer service. They all greeted me when I went to drop off my vehicle. They were all willing to help me while I was waiting for my vehicle to get the initial inspection before they drove the vehicle for service. Once the repair is done this may determine if I have to change the five star rating.

They did a fabulous job on our 2015 Mustang after a really bad accident. The car was rear ended and not driveable. The work they did was amazing and you couldnt tell it had ever been in an accident. It also drove just like the day we drove it off the lot. The staff was really nice and extremely polite, always attentive to anything we had a concern about. Questions we had were answered right away. We were always treated like a priority and never like we were bothering them. We will always request through our insurance company to have any of our vehicles fixed at Global Auto Repair!

Do not take your car here. Brought my vehicle in for repair. Two weeks later I got a call saying it was ready. Showed up to find that parts they said they replaced with new OEM they simple put my old ones back on there I assume guessing I wouldn’t check. Paint defects all over the bumper. So I refused To accept the car as is, the next day they called me saying it was ready. I asked if it had been cleaned and inspected before I waste two uber rides coming to reject it. They assured me it was good. I showed up to find that instead of my bumper being the problem they scratched up my fenders. Proceeded to blame it on prior damage and told me I was SOL. I can’t prove that they weren’t there before I dropped it off, now I know when I drop off a car for body work to take pictures of everything myself so I can prove these sorts of things. I will never come back to this place again. Stay away!

Honestly one of the absolute worst experiences of my life was having to deal with Global Auto. They were lazy, and lied all the time about the progress of my vehicle, what shouldve taken a matter of 2 weeks took 4 and a half weeks to complete with them fully knowing that was my only method of transportation. Then after taking it back to them again for more repairs since they didnt fix it all the first time I was treated with so much direspect not only from the front clerks but the owner himself.. after another week went by and I came back and picked up my vehicle and they had yet to fix all the problems. The last problem being my window not being able to roll up and down which isnt a big deal for the short term but when I got to call them and schedule a time to come in, they changed their policy and turned me away telling me they where no longer going to work on my vehicle... my vehicle is a 2016, its not that old nor hard to work on. They are lazy, disrespectful, and complete liars. They are a den of greedy snakes ready to strike. This is my very first review ever due to how mistreated I was from Global Auto Repair...

They are very courteous and professional here. I got calls to update me on my car repair status. They are busy but will make sure the job is done right.

So far, this is a TERRIBLE business! We had our damaged vehicle towed to this repair business on the recommendation of our insurance company. They do not meet their commitments - they promised to have an estimate to me 2 days ago. They did not even do the estimate until I called them 2 days later. They do not return phone calls - I asked to speak to a manager, I am still waiting to hear back from a manager. This company does not seem to care about the customer - only that they get the insurance payment! VERY disappointed!!! I am hoping that the repairs are compete on time and with high quality, but I am not getting my hopes up.

Referred here by insurance 2yrs ago, and they helped me find a shop to meet my needs. Since then they have started charging and scheduling appointments for estimates. Too much demand for their time, perhaps.

By far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company told me my truck would be fixed in five days. I was told this by two different people three different times. Now it appears that it will take seven days to fix and I am without a vehicle and for those two days I was never informed about. Not to mention they wont cover a rental car for me due to their mistake and poor performance.

Global Auto Repair has helped me keep my old car running like new. I trust them implicitly for all my car repair needs.

Customer service is terrible. They do not look over their cars before they come out of the shop. Car came out with grease spots all over it, rubbing compound caked in the window seals and damage still left on the car. Would never take my car here again.
