The kind store manager was willing and creative in helping ship fresh eggs from our backyard hens to our son in college out of state.He packaged them perfectly and they arrived today 100% in tact. Nothing like fresh eggs from home. Thank you.

Terrible customer service I came to the store to return an item I showed my QR code and it was not working. I was told to send an email. Got my retrieve code the system went down right after I gave my retrieve code and then had to wait till the lady up front come around to print a paper. Waited for almost an hour. Do not recommend to come to this store. They dont see to be willing to help customers.

The store was very clean and the staff all seemed very happy and welcoming.

First off one of Fed Ex driver stole my package and I order a box spring with it and the box spring was coming the following day. I decided to get it shipped to this location and when I arrived the man handled me my package which was a box spring so the box was long big and heavy I’m a woman for one didn’t ask did I need help or anything. I literally dragged the box out the store by myself smh this location customer service is trash.. This was last Saturday afternoon as well..

The lady that looks like Iggy Pop is not nice at all.

I have tried several times to utilize their services. Unfortunately, they make it very difficult. Don’t waste your time here!

The employees here have never been anything but kind, even when overwhelmed. Valencia helped me on my most recent visit and her calm and professional attitude was a blessing. Despite multiple customers walking in at once, she managed to make the experience quick and pleasant for everyone. This location can get a little busy, but the wait has never been outrageous. That being said, having your items ready to go, or easily accessible on a flash drive if needing a print job, makes the experience better for everyone. I will continue to use this location and to recommend it to others.

I used this facility Sunday night and found it clean, light and pleasant. Service was efficient and I have no complaints - I rather enjoyed this FedEx location. I had to go back Monday at noon and insert an item in my package I left for next day shipment, and the staff was most helpful and very pleasant. I will use this facility again compared to the downtown facility where I have found a certain female employee most abrasive and unpleasant.

They wouldn’t accept my package because the box was damaged.. even though the box had no holes or rips, just a dent on the side and I told the lady that my items weren’t fragile.. Just an inconvenience.

Came in for something simple. Person didnt know how to do it even though I know it was something they can do. Undertrained staff.

Often time I come to this location because of the professional atmosphere however today it appears that we have Night Club Kinkos on Lakeshore Drive. I mentioned it to one of the staff that the music was too loud however that didnt take care of the situation. In the future I just asked for a little bit of consideration.

Only 2 copy machines. Printing jobs were lost even though I was charged for them. After scanning a dozen pages, tried to print and it logged me off and needed a card swipe again...lost the entire job again. Dont go here, its terrible. Ended up going to Office Max instead

The Caucasian guy with the curly hair blatantly ignored me after looking me right in my face. He simply refused to even acknowledge my presence when I came to the counter... I ended up just walking out. Terrible customer service.

Had a very unpleasant experience with employee named Vee. She needs some serious attitude adjustment training when dealing with customers conducting basic transactions. She should NOT be working the front desk.

Ive been using this location for simple print jobs on and off for the last five years. I have always experienced good service, and fair pricing. Its where I go in a pinch.

Amazing! Im so grateful for the employees walking me through my rushed project. I came into FedEx completely unprepared and they helped me with everything. If I could give 6 stars to the staff I would. (Alice-it was her first day on the job-shes get 7 stars.)

Way more expensive than USPS or UPS. When asked to ship a Halloween costume the cheapest way possible it still came to $25!! When pressed about price they said you hate to see the other options! First and last time at FedEx

Terrible service on multiple occasions. I wish I could say ALL and deter anyone from ever using this location. However, If you must attend, ask for any of the younger employees. DO NOT allow anyone over the age of 35(ish) to help you, unless you wish to be insulted, treated as if you were burdening them, and then told a favor was just done for you.Incompetent and untrustworthy staff.

Lady was super unhelpful and had a rude tone in her voice when telling me she couldnt help me. Also wanted to charge me $10 to ship an item that was less than half a pound. Didnt need next day shipping or anything like that. Also didnt get my package with my name on it because there was nothing she could do without a tracking number. Thats a lie.

The worst place ever the people at Fedex are trained to tell you what you want to hear but do nothing to give good service I will never buy a product that is sent by fedex
