Can I just give a shout out to the staff at this store? They have THE BEST service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. So thankful for these folks!!

Very helpful and willing to work with you on any project, large or small. I have been shipping things here for a long time and have never had issues. Recently I needed business cards...quick! John, who works at UPS store was such a huge help. He designed them, sent me an email for approval and printed them out. All within about 36 hours. And theyre exactly what I wanted and needed! Thanks again for the help!

Love this UPS store! Staff are always friendly, fast and helpful. I’ve shipped everything from certified letters to Amazon returns and I rarely have to wait long in line because they’re so efficient. Store is clean and organized and there are plenty of supplies for purchase and complimentary packing tape if you need it.

Ive been going to this store regularly (4 miles from my place) and its awesome. There are parking issues on the front sometimes though but theres parking on the back side.The only reason I am not planning to go here anymore is that they have stopped accepting USPS packages. Last time, the store guy was hesitating in accepting my USPS package which I brought with me along with UPS package and indicated that I should not bring USPS packages anymore. I confirmed with them via email as well.

This franchise provided the worst customer service experience I have had by any shipping company. I shipped a package for next day 8 AM delivery from this store at great expense. It did not arrive and when I used the tracking feature to find it UPS indicated it had not left the store. When the UPS Store did not answer their phone I took time off from work to go there personally. It turns out that the store owner has no real affiliation with UPS he just pays to use their logo. He has no ability to refund my money - that comes as a check fro UPS - and he didnt want to refund the $2 packing fee. His position was that the loss of my package inconvenienced HIM because he had to spend time locating it! Yes, thats what he told me - that his business partners inability to provide the service inconvenienced him. While my money was taken very efficiently it will take days to get it back in the form of a check - on top of the not having an important package shipped. This business owner does not seem to understand that the customer trusts that they will keep their promise of providing a service. He also doesnt understand that when that promise is broken it requires a swift refund of ALL the customers expenses - including the packaging that was purchased in vain. Im sticking with FedEx from now on.

Awesome customer service at this UPS store!! They are incredible friendly and super helpful. Seriously, they were just so nice to me I had to share the news. If you need to ship something, bring it here. They will help you get the job done with a smile on their faces.

Ive been a customer at this Homewood location since 2012. Everyone in the office is great. They are positive and upbeat and I rarely have to wait longer than 2-3 minutes to be served.I used to ship/mail everything overnight. One of the employees suggested that I consider using Ground Mail next time to save some money. When I told him I thought Ground Mail would be slower than snail mail he explained that that isnt always the case. The difference in price was significant.Im a small business owner and I rented a mail box at this location. What a timesaver! I love getting emails telling me that my packages have arrived. Weekend access to my box makes it all the better.I have no complaints about the customer service. Im a high-maintenance customer. If you can satisfy me youve accomplished something.
