I went out with my friend to hot topic store in Holyoke mall Holyoke and I was very impressed with how the employees help customers find what theyre looking for and if they cant find it theyll order it for them and theyll call and let them know when it will come in and I was very impressed with how the employees keep the store clean and the shelves stocked and I will be going back there again and I would recommend hot topic in Holyoke mall in Holyoke mass to everyone to go to for good customer service.

Hot Topic is awesome. It has all my favorite stuff. Anime merch, band merch, TV show merch... Theyve got it all. I shop here for most of my clothes. I had a major emo phase when I was 9, and Ive been shopping at Hot Topic ever since, even after that phase ended. Heck, Im wearing a shirt from Hot Topic right now! Their clothes are super nice, their jewelery is high quality, and any extra accessories are also great. I recommend shopping here, for anyone, of any age. Rock on! :)

This Hot Topic store was great. Right away I was asked if I needed any help with anything, which I thought was great since I didnt have to ask. The guy who helped me was awesome, he was very friendly and really seemed like he wanted to help. The other workers in the store seemed to be in tune on helping others but this guy had such a cool outgoing personality which was nice especially being a store like this one. Overall great experience and I like the fact that they dont look miserable when you walk in, since it just ruins the shopping experience. Great job, I would shop here again.

Store was really clean. Lots of cool stuff. The 2 girls working were really nice it was closing time and I was just checking out and they realized I had bought 1 item that was part of a buy 1 get 1 for $1 sale and she told me I should get my $1 item and I said I didnt want to hold them up from closing any longer than I already had, but they both insisted I go get my item and told me to take my time and then also one of them came over to show me all the different racks and sections I could pick from and helped me find something decent for my tween age daughter and they made nice conversation the entire time were both super polite friendly and went above and beyond (I feel considering what they get paid isnt much over minimum wage) their expected job duties.....highly recommend this specific location.....

Great store, staff was very knowledgeable. We found great sales at labor day weekend. Lots of great selection and the staff knew what stuff was coming out soon, and where I could find specific stuff inside their store. Very friendly.

Jam packed with t shirts and LOTS of other pop culture goodies (funko dolls, figures, backpacks, stickers, jewelry, and more). As a collector of comics, action figures, and other pop culture items, this place has been added to my map whenever I do my monthly toy hunt.Its a bit tight in the store, so be prepared to squeeze by people in just about every aisle. Turn back if youre claustrophobic. Other than that, its a great store.

This place has literally everything, from band shirts to pride. The workers were helpful the whole time! They reminded us of sales going on so we could get more and save money. The entire visit was pleasant.

I went to hot topic today to check out their clearance and to see what is new.There were some new Funko pops but I ended up buying four pieces of clearance at buy two get two free. I got three Disney pint size heroes and a Star wars bobble head blind bag for $8.49 total.

I miss the old hot topic that sold actual goth attire, real gothic pants that cant be found anywhere else except for maybe online. This entire store has become a fad that only sells whats popular including cartoons, movies and tv shows.Other than that, for what it is today, it is doing fine hiring helpful staff and keeping their customers happy. I still venture in to see what they have although they cant beat now what they had in the past.

DONT GO IF YOURE CLAUSTROPHOBIC. Extremely tight aisles that can barely fit one person. Regardless the staff is super friendly and the products are quality.

The staff is always helpful, productive and always seem to be in a good mood any time I stop in. I have to admit I dont shop here a lot but its really fun to browse, you can find something for any fandom. Always check the clearance section theres always a ton of things at better prices.

Originally gave them 4 stars the more I do business with them the worse it gets. After I pick up this order from this location Ill NVR be returning to this location. EVER!! Ill just dhip to home or find an equal or better merchant. Awful customer service rude sales reps. I spend my money with thrm yet Im apologizing more and more for their attitude. No THANKS

All their band shirts now are weak and stupid compared to back in early 2000s...its now a place for boy bands that play guitar. No longer for true Metal heads.
