So the portraits they do in the back of store were really great! The lady who took our sons pics was great,quick,and efficient. They came out wonderful!! We had a coupon for an amazing deal!! Check for coupon deals and it makes it more then worth the time and money

This store is dirty, cluttered and inventory is hard to find. The staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than greeting and assisting customers. They closed our local, clean, and friendly store and kept this one. I was disappointed.

Its ok. A little messy in the women department. Some staff just stay at corners chatting away. They need to learn how to whistle while you work.

There was alot of clothing unfortunately nothing that I liked and nothing that was nice for my daughter.The store was too cold, we couldnt stay too long I was shivering.There was no staff to ask for help to find what we were looking for.Disappointed

Was looking for a dress, but unfortunately the department was such a mess i was not able to gind a dress! bought a few baby items, the associate rung up same item twice, ehen i realized it, went back to sane associate so she can fix it, she said i would have to go to the returns dept, she wasnt able to refund my $$!! Never heard of such thing!

JCPenny can have good deals and prices and the clothes look nice. Unfortunately if you are big/tall the place has nothing thatll fit. Im a big guy, but they dont even have 2XL shirts, which doesnt seem like an outrageous size.

Huge location with a lot of clothes to choose from. Clothes are high quality though a little on the pricey side, so make sure to watch out for promotions / special deals.

Only went there for a pair of work shoes. But to my surprise upon my arrival when I thought they didnt close for almost 2 hours they announced that they closed at 5:30.....so instead of buying something in a rush I just left. Just wish theyd post the correct hours before I drive 20 minutes in the snow.

They have good sales. I just wish I was able to find the 3 pack of 12x12 black picture frames that I bought earlier...even if it were from another JC Penney store or online.

Good prices no tax and clothes

I went to jcpenny with my friend and I bought some beautiful clothes and the employees did a very good job and I would go back their again and I would recommend jcpenny to everyone to go to for beautiful clothes and good service.

I was happily surprised by the selection 2 days after Christmas. Bought a few items, checkout was fast.As for Covid, they have a table at the entrances with staff, sanitizer, thermometer, very nice. Plenty of stand heres signs, plenty of room in the aisles.I was happy with my entire shopping experience.

I went there today and bought cloth napkins, place mats and a table runner it was marked down 50 percent the sale lady did not give me the sale price. Now I have to bring them back if you have something on sale your cash register should know it. Disappointed

I was shopping with the family when I came across a sunglass clearance stand. I saw a pair of dockers sunglasses that had a clearance sticker for 7.49, they were nice so I took them to the register. They rang up at 20.99 so I pointed out to the lady at the register that it had a sticker for 7.49 so she called the department manager Darlene. She was very accusatory from the start and insinuated that I put a clearance sticker on it. I was so upset that she was accusing me of trying to steal with no proof. There’s a camera maybe two feet away all they had to do was look if I was so guilty, all this for some glasses! I just spent 200 dollars on kids clothes come on! I will never shop at jcpenney again and make sure everyone I know steers away as well. So disappointed!

Brought a coupon and saved 4 times the amount I spent. Oh and the coupon didnt apply to clearance

I had my hair cut at the salon the styleust did a good job cutting my long hair into a short Bob style. I do have to say that I was a bit disappointed with the Christmas decor and orniment section it was very small and very limited

I went to the salon there. I was really impressed. My stylist, Natalie, was friggin awesome! She took her time listening to me and helping me figure out what I even wanted. Didnt try to influence me into getting anything unnecessary or currently trendy done. She was really great.

Was disappointed the package I went to pick up had been returned. An employee had called earlier in the week to see if Id like it to be held longer than Tuesday, to which is said yes.I did find a couple cute items on clearance though.

Decent store. Big clearance selection. Prices rang from $-$$$. Lots of brands to choose from. They sale women, mens, and kids. They have clothes, shoes, accessories,etc. Usually well organized.

Im starting a new job and needed some dress clothes. I ended up getting $365 (3 pairs of dress pants, 3 shirts - 2 with ties and a sport coat) for only $131. I love this place.

Optional department has excellence service and pricing.

Most of the dressing rooms were closed. Aisles were clean, but clothing was thrown about all over the shelves and sizes mixed all over. Less than typical experience as their dressing rooms were closed. I normally expect better from JCPenney. Perhaps its time I lower my expectations.

Stopped in to have eye glasses repaired. The optician on duty fixed the frames like new. Always purchase frames and glasses at JC Penney. Prices are right and service has been excellent. Selection of mens frames are good..I recommend them.

We had a great time getting photos done. However....this place is very busy! appointment times are booked back to back. The lady helping us had to keep stopping to answer the phone or check in the next customer so it took a super long time to finish up.

JC penny is one of my favorite chain of stores. They have two storey premises in Holyoke mall. Best thing about them is great discounts on almost everything and the variety and quality they offer is pretty up to the mark. Plus, if you are a member, you are eligible for amazing discounts. I enjoy shopping here.

Store was well stocked! and organized pretty well for a department store. The line to cash out was long and waited a bit, however the sales associate (0615) I wish I knew her name made the best with a long line. She was patient with each guest, and friendly. She ended up working both registers so that the line could move quicker. She was selling those credit cards too, which made it longer but WORTH it since I saved an extra 40%! I hope she can be found by her associate number since she was wonderful! I will be returning. This review is for the JC Penny in Citrus Park Town CTR in Tampa, FL NOT the Holyoke Mall. Not sure why that one popped up.

Great service, reasonable prices and great promotions.I think they have new buyers as the clothing lines appear updated.I do dislike as I do in many other stores their petite clothing selections are horrible. Not ever short person is an old lady!Customer service good, hopeful they will update their image so they will not leave the mall.

Hundreds of toys supposedly on sale, not one item has a price tag. NOT A SINGLE ONE. The whole section of the store looks run down and completely uncared for.A customer shouldn’t have to bring each and every individual item they are interested in to the register to get a price. That’s just lazy management.I expect more from this company. They used to be on top of this stuff.

Enjoyed my time in the salon. Couldnt find something I needed for a new job. When I asked for help she didnt listen to what I needed. Not her fault they dont carry it. What I needed was a button down Oxford shirt short sleeves with a button down collar.

Love me some JCPenney sale stuff ....full priced stuff is a big NO for me....but wait a few weeks or a month and itll be on the almost 70% off racks....I buy next years stuff at the end of each season on the clearance price and I leave happy with my purchases almost every time....but make sure you check to ensure they remove all security tags Ive gotten home an hour away a few times to have to get out power tools to carefully remove the security tags they left on stuff I definitely paid for....

I rated the store okay because their displays mix sale items and regular priced items together. Thats confusing. The primary way to see if an item is on sale is to look at the sign and match it to the merchandise. More effort than I want to do.

I like their Stafford line of clothing, good quality at great prices. They also have great prices on jewelry and a large selection of footwear on clearance. This is the only Pennys left in the area, hope it stays.

Great Black Friday jewelry deals! This ring was 65% off. We had to wait about 45 minutes to get help bc they jewelry counters were understaffed. A couple were even empty!
