This is the first time Ive been to this store and it was very clean and neat and the staff was very friendly and helpful oh, Ive been searching every Family Dollar for a specific chemical and no ones had it except for the store

Very little product on shelves. I see alot of bare shelves. Its been like this for months now. Staff are helpful and nice though.

It was awful. No prices on items. An organized aisles. Debries covering the main entrance in store.

Wow, very nice cashier, wonderful people skills. Wish I couldve asked for her name. She was too nice. Been there many times and honestly never really seen a cashier like her there. She would greet everyone and make conversation. Its about time. Definitely recommend. I had went a lil after 8pm on the 7/6 and she I think shes a white American young lady. Hope she doesnt change.

I had to pick something up quick and last minute and this was the only place open. So, they get a two star for at leased being open.Nothing was stocked. The coolers were practically empty. The place was dirty. 3 Minutes into the store, I had to take a step back while some guy rushed passed me with a pack of white tees. RIght out the door! The cashier said he was in there the night before and did the same thing, for something else. Hopefully it was pants. Than he has his outfit.

You will never get a cashier without a bad attitude

I went to go buy some batteries and the cashier took ages to come to the register she was on her bluetooth talking about going to night clubs instead of cashing me out and she was very rude has no hospitality. Never again shes lucky i didnt give her a piece of my mind.

I my never go back. To the family dollar on South street. Manger is mean and very rude. He was on his private phone and I wanted to ask a question and he didnt answer me at all very rude.

Its Holyoke so expect it to be ghetto as hell. Messy and disorganized. Finally this applies to all Family Dollars, when certain products run out they take way too long to restock. Pretty frustrating when you go week after week and still missing certain products.

Family Dollar store on south st. Holyoke, Mass. 01040 has got to be by far the worst store our of all the onrs ive been to and believe me i spend a lot of my hard earned money there. The store is always messy, under staffed, they always have only 1 cashier working, the waiting is horrible, some of the cashiers are very slow and act like they dont want to be there. Corporate Really needs to stop in that store and check out there workers and look at howsloppy the front of store looks. Imso sick of going there. I will not give anymore business to this store.

The manager was arguing with customers. One lady left without buying. The other customer was threatened by the other employee. Horrible customer service. Its family dollars way or the highway. Manager should have rung to at least get the line down. Employees just standing around. Sad.

Just went in no customers all carts taken by the workers and would not give us one. Walked out will never shop here again.

No shopping carts for customers whats so ever & the store was extremely unkept. The cashiers are usually always kind.

Ghetto, dirty, worse customer service. Employee named Pam I believed kept talking about how she killed a guy Made feel really uncomfortable and she made a few racial remarks towards me. Other employee had head phones in and pretended not to know English when I clearly just heard her speak English. Only one who helped me was a guy I believe name was Steve. But not going back to that family dollar

In this Family dollar they are very spoiled and not professional at all. You dont know how to talk to your clients, much less solve problems they cause themselves. The experience I had today was that they put the soft drinks at four by five and then when we had to pay they told us that there are three for twelve, we went to show them the sign that they themselves had, which clearly said four to five, and they called the manager and Guess what in a very bratty way he went and ripped the poster and said that it is not three times twelve I do not bother that what I was bothered was the attitude the mistake was not mine it was theirs then because they give me attitudes if I do not I gave attitudes to them. I do not recommend this store at all.

The service especially the employees is horrible. Kaffirs work who cares more about speaking in front of clients about the drunkenness they have caught and the bad words that they speak in front of clients, not to mention it.

The supervisor is well arrogantly

The worst thing that I can visit the employees are lousy without the most sense that it is to work, as they are at home so they are at work (bad)
