Amazing service. Walked in without am appointment and I was worked in with no fuss. Staff was friendly providing excellent professional service. Dr. Fleischer was very informative about the process of exam and explained how he came up with the best prescription for your ocular health. Front staff was able to look up my insurance card and made the entire process seamless. Would highly recommend this location.

I have a difficult prescription considering I have a stigmatism that requires prism as well as progressive lenses, not to mention I have glaucoma. Got my first pair of glasses the other day and I can see perfectly. Waiting on my second pair that I should receive by Friday. Service was extremely courteous and friendly with prompt delivery. Very satisfied customer

This is why you shouldn’t believe every bad comment you see because if I did, I would’ve missed out on an exciting experience! Upon my visitation, the associates were quick, fast, and to the point. The doctor was absolutely nice and answered any question I had. They even consulted me on which style of glasses would suit me and not by its price. I have recommended my family already and now I extend my recommendation to you all. Enjoy!

Worst experience ever!! Purchased a beautiful pair of round sunglasses (frames and progressive lenses) for over $400. Unfortunately, after wearing them for over 10 minutes at a time, they hurt and weighed terribly on my nose and on my skull above my ears, plus the vision was distorted as if I was in a fishbowl. Went back several times, each time being told to be patient, as their policy is No Refunds. After explaining that it was impossible for me to keep this pair, and even though they did not have many choices (their selection of sunglasses was limited), we agreed to exchange for a lighter round pair. Again, after wearing them a while, they were quite uncomfortable and hurt my nose greatly, and I experienced the same issues with the vision.Knowing they wouldnt refund my money, I brought them an old pair of vision frames... At least, I knew that these would not hurt or have a distorted vision. A week later, I picked them up and the vision was fine. To make my story short, there was balance of $180 (for the frames I never got) that was due to me. I went to this store with the intention of getting a brand new pair of sunglasses with progressive lenses, and I ended with progressive lenses on an old pair of vision glasses. I respectfully asked for that refund as they had no frames with narrow bridges to offer from their selection. The bottom line is the staff is nice as long as they take your money but after that you are on your own. I definitely do not recommend them. BEWARE!!!

Staff was fine one doctor didn’t show up, still waiting to be seen by the back-up doctor. It’s simple it’s called phone call, call people and let them know and not waste their day waiting if they can just reschedule or go somewhere else.

I drove to this location from Deerfield Beach after calling to get an arm repaired on my 6th month of having the frames. The male receptionist offered for me to pay $180 when the frames were $140 originally. The female receptionist kept talking over me from across the room as I was trying to convince him to help me by simply calling the manufacture and saying he received defective frames, which would have cost him nothing. Instead I went home without glasses I desperately need and completely dissatisfied with my experience.

I always get my eye exam and buy contacts online. It is always cheaper. But when I went in for my exam Max was awesome!! He without being pushy explained with certain rebates and giving me a good price for my contacts would save by buying from them. He was right and I’m glad I found a trustworthy honest company. max and the entire staff were great!!

We had a very pleasant experience in this store. After an eyes exam which was done quickly yet thoroughly we Selected a pair of Gucci reading glasses. Very stylish and reasonably priced. Will be back for sunglasses soon!

I have been a customer for many years in the Aventura location but this was my first time in the Hollywood store. I was very impressed with the new female doctor. She was very professional and knowledgeable. The salesperson was very helpful and gave me a great price on glasses even though I didn’t have vision insurance. Will definitely bring my husband and daughter here for their exam and new glasses.

Staff are extremely proactive when selling glasses. However, customer service disappears out the window if you have a problem. Purchased a high end brand, prestigious, quality Prescription eyewear, (Valentino). Appears that the frame is flawed as within months of infrequent wear, (I interchange between several different prescription glasses) one of the V emblems has fallen off. Im getting nowhere with recourse at the store franchise level, they are requesting that I pay the cost to replace the emblem. Head office and regional office were not helpful either. Highly unfair and a poor representation of Pearl Vision brand.Valentino frames are usually of an exceptionally high quality (I have owned several previously) and this is not the norm. Hence the reason why I suspect Ive perhaps been sold a fraudulent imitation frame at quite a high price might I add.Ive been getting similar stories about this branch via social media. Im doing everything in my power to get my experience out there so others can be protected against this horrible store.I look forward to your prompt response.Thank youJudith Farmer

This review is based off my personal experience. This place is horrible. Do not stop by RUN away. The eye doctors here change like clock-work. The warranty on the glasses is horrible. They are PROACTIVE in selling you glasses but if you have a problem Good Luck. This place is all about SELLS, SELLS, SELLS. You pay a bunch of money on glasses with worthless warranty. I ask to speak to a manager and I was told “the manager not here today”. I ask so if you have an emergency what happens “you have to wait until tomorrow.” Unbelievable.

This place is so professional and the Doctors are so nice. The sales people were very easy going and anything but pushy. I have been coming here for the past 10 years and can tell you that the quality of customer service and selection of frames and products were incredible. The price was heavily discounted and this store is constantly running promotions due to the fact of new ownership. My neighborhood eye care center just got even better than it used to be and Im saving more than ever on luxury designer glasses that keep me looking hot and my eyes healthy!!

I was helped by Aya P according to my receipt. She doesnt speak English well. She keeps upselling even if you tell her no. She added things to my bill without my consent and couldnt explain the charges when I kept asking. I just wanted a basic pair of glasses and I have no idea what Im getting. I feel concerned. I hope the glasses I receive are useable. Im never going to this awful place again after I pick them up.

Literal Definition of Rip-offI just visited Pearle Vision on Oakwood Plaza (Hollywood, FL) to use my Groupon today, and I cant express how upset I am with the level of their intention to rip-off their customers, especially Groupon customers.Weve purchased this $225 worth of Groupon for $50 with an understanding and expectation of being able to get a humble pair of glasses at the Pearle Vision store. However thats not the case.Least expensive lens price is $215 alone, only the lens. Im talking about the kind of lens with most outdated technology… If youd like an antiglare or other reasonable upgrades, price for the lens (yes still only the lens) jumps to $315 and $375 respectively.Then of course, you need to pick one of the frames at their store to be able to complete your eyeglasses purchase intention. Least expensive, and most hideous frames are priced around $120, which brings your lowest possible bill at the register approximately $350 with tax.$225 worth of Groupon which I was sold for a pair of eyeglasses is not even close the total. Also I have already paid $50 to Groupon on top of this.I understand merchants instant of up-selling the Groupon customers, however this is simply unacceptable and outrageous. $350 to $600 for an eyeglasses? We can buy an iPad for that amount, pay rent or make a car payment for Gods sakes…I actually know how dishonest most medical institutions already are in our country. But I wanted to give it a try anyway, since you, Groupon was involved. It was a bad mistake. And this is bad for your reputation as well. How can someone justify a $500 eyeglasses? I was so upset at the store personnels dishonest approach, and shameful business practice.I just stopped by the BJs next door, and found a $99 special for frame+lens a real complete eyeglasses deal. I will also check other stores, but never a Pearle Vision.

This is the worse place you can go to I was standing by the door for about 35 minutes no one offers me a chair or even ask me what was I looking for., they have the worse costumer service in the area I wouldnt recommend theme to any one stay away I warn you!!!
