Incompetent staff and wrong prescription. If I had not gone to an opthomotrist I would not have known that they provided me glasses set for long distance instead of computer. When I contact the store, the woman answering was far from capable in dealing with the obvious error. The manager contacted me and initiated a conflict over my attitude when addressing his staff. In response, I told this ahole S.. k my D..k and go F..K himself. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.

100% agree that the best this place had to offer is the service, really glad that I went there. The staff is super nice and explained everything that I need to take an informed decision. Really recommend this place.

Excellent patient care. I had an appointment on Saturday with Dr. Bauza for my annual eye exam and some new glasses. They were extremely coordinated and practiced safety guidelines for Covid upon entering. The receptionist, sales associate, and doctor were all SO pleasant to deal with. I have never had such a great experience at a doctors office, let alone a For Eyes. I let everyone know how pleased I was with my visit and I am sad I will only be popping in once a year lol :)

The staff at this For Eyes are all AMAZING and so sweet! They will patiently help you until you’re happy with your prescription and frame. They remember you by name and are so welcoming! I recommend this location to all my friends.

Zero stars for this location. Just Cynical. Turn away from these! This provider refused to take my vision insurance and medical insurance even they are in my Provider Network. They were straight to the point and asked me if I was buying glasses, I said not this time. Just because of that they would charge $100 for an eye exam that I had to pay out of pocket. I contacted the corporate office and they said they would investigate and get in contact with me. Never hear from them. The Bible advises 2 Timothy 3:1-5....lovers of money...turn away from these.

They are so kind and get everything done so quickly! Dr. Bauza is amazing, This is my second time seeing her and I have no complaints. The receptionist are also so sweet ❤️❤️ Everyone here looks out for you to get the best deal. Large variety of nice glasses as well.

8/29/2019 - came in for exam and glasses.Needed help picking out frames, Rafael approached me to help with a healthy dose of patience.Not only that, but he demonstrated a knack for helping find the frame most suitable to my features.I’ve been using FOR EYES for over 15 years and have always had an excellent experience.

Great deals and great selection- but the real show stopper was the staff. Shout out to Cheyenne and her crew who got my prescription faxed over and helped me decide on a great looking frame that worked for me. Friendly and professional.

Great experience! I did my eye exam here and also purchased Kate Spade glasses. They worked with my insurance and made the process seamless for me.

I went there less than ten minutes before closing because I needed my glasses adjusted. I know that its the most annoying thing when you are ready to go home and someone comes in the store. The staff was great and helped me with no problems. They were in fact very nice. Its the small things that make me satisfied.

Sharing can help others. And that is why I am writing this toda . I was told by the doctor and staff that progressive lenses was what I need. Of course, They are the most expensive lenses they have. After been told that I had 3 months to give then a try, i agreed. They made me noxious and gave me headaches, so i brought them back few day after. For eyes adjusted my proscription but insisted on the progressives. I came to pick them up the second time, and before even leaving the store I told them that I did not like the progressives. But they encourage me to try them for another week with the new prescriptions now. The 3 months try out period end up been a no refundable period. its really only a 30 days if I wanted to get the change lenses withou been charged for the most expensive one. Today I found out that the progressives doesnt even work on my frames, and that I better just go with reading only lenses. But now I paid a lot more money, with zero need, for a reading glasses that I should have going for from the beginning. its not only about the money, its about being mislead. You come to see a doctor to learn what is best for you, and not to have to go home learning that you made a bad choice to have cme here. Sad world... too bad. I would not recommend this place as a trustworthy eye clininc and store. I regret not reading the reviews posted here prio . Hopefully my review can help others. Im reaching out for corporate to get the assist i feel I deserve. I will post again more about this soon.

Ive been a customer for a few years and i have to say the service that i receive from Rafael is top of the line. Anyine that needs glasses go and see him.

It is incredible how the charisma in this optical laboratory feels from the entrance to the attention and simplicity of the doctor and his assistants, starting whit the manager, and the lady Mimi and the general all his work team. What professionalism !

Did eye exam twice in last couple years but they dont have the prescription records save in their system. They just told me sorry with the sad face. What a business ethics...smh

Broke the handle off my new Perry Ellis glasses. Stopped by Foreyes in Hollywood (didnt buy them there) asked if could help. Not only did they fix them in about 20 minutes while I waited but also didnt charge me a penny!!! I will buy my next pair there.

Staff was beyond lovely. HOWEVER, the product? Beyond horrible. My reading glasses lens actually fell out while in Publix. The eyewear is shabby, seriously sub-standard. The frames do not hold shape. Worn glasses for over 40 years. NEVER have I had such poor eyewear. I spent $750 in one visit and sadly must report I would not send my worst enemy to this establishment. Beyond poor quality frames and fittings. Not the location per se, believe it is simply the product and lack of training to fit lens to the frame.In future, I will deal with independent practitioners as I have in past. Pay a bit more, but the product is viable.Shame on you, For Eyes.
