I purchased a cricket brand iPhone charger. The salesperson and on the box the charger came in said I would have a year warranty if the charger stopped working within that year of purchase. I took the charger to get replaced and we’re told by the employee and the manager of this store I couldn’t do so after 7 days, and that I would need to contact cricket to get it replaced. I contacted customer service for cricket and were told they should honor the warranty. This store still decided not to replace my charger. I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchasing a charger from this location and the employee were unapologetic about any inconvenience it caused me. I have several friends in this area and we all will not support this store location

Lala, who is an employee at that cricket location is lovely. She is very professional. Anyone who is looking for quality customer service would greatly appreciate it there. Service is definitely standard.

As soon as I arrived I was informed that he was going to lunch, no problem. Now normally I would wait for him to return but he told me he was taking an hour and a half lunch with no guarantee of when he would return. He told me he would be back somewhere around 1 but cant give me a guaranteed time. It was 11:30 when I arrived. I then asked him if he knew of another store close by because Im not waiting around that long. All I got was no...umm ok?? Needless to say I wont be coming back to this location. I went to Hallandale and received awesome customer service.

Went there last week at 5:40pm, store was closed, but sign said that store closed at 8pm. I called their number and someone picked up and told me very rudely that there was a sign saying that they would be back shortly. When I asked when they would reopen, she said she was on her 45 minute break and would come back at 6:30pm.

My experience here at cricket has been nothing but amazing ! The manager Carolina and her employees bunny and Luigi are honestly the best. Their customer service is the only reason why I stay other than the outstanding service.who ever is in charge needs to give them all a raise . Never a time that i go in and they dont solve my problems. They are truly exceptional people.

Every time Ive had to visit the shop for any issues ive had, staff was always friendly, always helpful, and my account with cricket is now the longest account Ive ever had with any cellular service and I do not plan on leaving.

So I went into this Cricket with my friend because she needed to upgrade her phone and this guy Calvin was there. He was so cool and we made conversation and I didnt even know that we spent like 3 hours there, just talking! Hes the best salesperson Ive ever met in the South Florida area and hes a great asset to the company! Definitely deserves more than 5 stars!

The workers here are the most patient and helpful people i have met. I been with cricket a while now, switched my phone and needed to transfer my info. with windows it was a complicated process, It took roughly 4 hours! I would of quit a long time ago and tossed both phones away but they did not stop until they finally found a solution. I love the service I receive when I step in here. Carolina and Calvin put forth all the effort to get the job done and I thank them so much !

They the worse store Ive ever been to. They put hidden fees on your bill and when you expose them, they wont give you a refund. They are the worst place to do business.

Deceptive advertising on the offerup app brought me to this location. Once you get there the phones are not the price quoted unless you port your number over to Cricket. Salesman did not advertise as a business he gave the impression he was just a private individual selling a phone. When I got there and told him that was wrong he told me and another guy that was his idea to get people in there! What an @&&hole. I wasted time & gas that equals $$$$ if he can do this to me Im sure this business is on the seedy side of the fence. If you found on Craigslist or the offerup app tell the salesman ANDREW to please be up front before wasting your time. Clean store though 😏
