Scott from Gunn Appliance Services was prompt in contacting us about coming out to our home. His schedule allow him to come out on the same day. Scott provided us with a clear and knowledgeable answer in repairing our Samsung refrigerator. Once he analyzed the issue, he gave us a estimate on the amount to repair and estimate when the repair would be done. The part came in early and the repair was completed a day early. We will be recommending Gunn Appliance Services (Scott) to our friends and neighbors. Very happy with service from Scott and Gunn Appliances Services.

Very poor experience with Gunn on a GE refrigerator repair under an extended service contact. The technician came out and seemed to not be all that familiar with my refrigerator. As he left, he advised that I call the office on Tuesday (closed Friday and Monday I assume for July 4th). Shortly after he left, I called the office to ask a question about next steps. Left a message. Called Monday and left another message hoping to hear something on Tuesday morning. At 12:30 PM on Tuesday I called and spoke to someone who explained that my refrigerator needed a sealed system and that they dont perform that service. Further explained that someone should have told me that. No one did. It would have been nice if someone had told me that on Thursday. How can you even be a GE service provider if you dont perform all types of repair services? Thanks for wasting my time.

My dryer stopped heating. I called them and Scott came within 2 hours. He gave me a courtesy call before arriving. Very professional! He was able to diagnose the problem right away and had the part in his truck. He had the dryer working within the hour. I think price was a little high but I am no expert.
