I dont think that I have ever posted a negative review but for the customer service I am receiving is very unprofessional. I purchased a living room suite last month when 2 of the 3 pieces were delivered within 24 hours I requested the loveseat to be picked up. I realized it was not the right piece for the space. The next day they called in giving me a pick up for that piece which would be a week later. After the 3 day of having the loveseat, my husband tried using the controls and plugs, the plugs did not work at all. So I called customer service back and stated that I had originally agreed to pay the 20% for the return but then later realizing that the love seat was a defected piece of furniture I wanted to call and let them know. They stated no problem and that they would note this and there would not be a 20% restocking fee charged. Today I call to follow up on my refund and they gave me a refund amount that was not correct. I am told that per her manager Ms. Rayza that when returning a piece a restocking fee is charged and that someone should have come out to check the sofa prior to picking it up. Well I sorry but it is not my fault that someone on their end did not note this properly and schedule some to come out prior to the scheduled pick up date to verify this issue. I am not against paying for a restocking charge, but I am highly upset that I am required to pay for something that was not working when it was originally delivered defected. I made all the right calls in a timely fashion and they refuse to work with me. If they would just check the piece they picked up they would clearly see this has electrical issues. So be sure if you choose to purchase from Badcock Furniture you check all the bells and whistles immediately because you just might have a lemon like me and loose your money that I know many of us work very hard for due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in not striving pleasing their customers.
Please think twice before go there: terrible quality, terrible service and worthless warranty. This pictures you can see is my sofa after 8-9 month of using. In order not to change that with warranty they’ve changed just one price and told me I sabotaged and removed that pieces of fabric))) Crazy idea, for what? starving? Fabric just got away. It started with shrinking and bubbling and then you see what it is. Thanks you

I purchased a bedroom set from this location today and dealt with Queenie, she is so sweet and very helpful. I have been waiting on this set to come in since August 10th. I decided that I wanted to purchase it so when it comes in stock i would be able to have it immediately. I received a response to my email stating that the item would be in stock around September 8th. I called the store and was told that I could NOT make a pre-purchase because it could become a discontinued item, they told me to make an online account and ask to receive a notification when it would be in stock. I did so and received the alert today, I immediately went to the store and made the purchase. I asked about the 10% off sale they are offering but was told the only way I could get that is if i made a pre-purchase. So i spoke with Ken and he stated that he couldnt help me and referred me to speak with corporate. I called and got nowhere because the manager named Mike is not in on Mondays. I asked to speak to the store manager Martin Andrew and he is on vacation, needless to say the sale they offer is not real and it is a hook n reel discount. Very upsetting because I was so excited to get the bedroom set and waited 3 weeks. I could have went to Rooms to Go and purchased one and had it in my home already. Best of luck to whoever tries to receive the small discount from a multi million dollar corp, guess the 10% was worth a loyal customer! Happy Monday!!UPDATE AS OF 8/25/2020:Spoke with management today, gentleman named Mike from Corporate office and he went ahead and honored the discount i was asking for. Not as big as some of the other furniture stores, but you can find some great pieces. I purchased a dining table here for a little under $500. The same table was $700 at a different store and almost $900 on an online store. I also discovered the matching coffee and end tables. I highly recommend checking them out!
Horrible service and rude employees. Sent people to my mothers house. “Manager” tells my mom “bring it on” after she says not to come back to our house. Sassy attitude after she has asked multiple times to change the payment due date to be more convenient for her.
I’ve bought an 8 piece bedroom set while moving into my new place and scheduled it to be delivered. I waited all day for shipping. When I called, they told me it was out of stock. There was no courtesy call. I had to wait for my refund after 3 days. Next, I had to wait 2 weeks to find out for myself that it was back in stock instead of them letting me know.After purchasing and finally receiving my set, there was damage on one of my dressers. Another shipment had to be made 2 weeks later for replacement. Second dresser arrived and there’s damage to that one as well. Three dressers later and FINALLY! Customer service can only give me back $50 which isn’t even enough for what I went through.I’d never come back!
The staff at the store was very helpful the atmosphere of the store was beautiful everybody was pleasant and they made sure I got what I want I really love that Badcock in Hollywood the staff that is awesome

Rating this 1 star. I had a interview recently.4 years furniture selling experience as a LEAD SALES EXPERT with excellent customer. On the interview I had pointed out pieces I had recognized (sold before). The manager was impressed. This company have a high turn over rate ... Im disappointed that I wasnt pick to work at this company. The manager even went over pay and hours with me and I still wasnt hired. Why?? Seem to me they only hire people with no furniture sales experience which leads to employees quitting or getting terminated.I would have made a very good sales associate for this company. Ive called the manager twice to ask about the status of my application and both times he was unavailable and didnt return my call. Good luck with the turnovers!

These guys are great. I came in for furniture purchase and they worked with me hand in hand to get everything I wanted. The furniture here are top notch and the store is well cleaned!
They sold a sofa to parrent in law 70 years old guy plus they sold him $80 insurance for sofa . They told him 1 year no payment . Bank didnt sent him statements or contacted him . Apparently they put collection on his account. Sales people should think of their own parents before they finish the sale greedy way . I would never hesitate to shop anything else from here if they are the best .

Good furniture but kind of pissed off I couldnt get it delivered to my new house and they wouldnt ship it to the local store here so I had to haul it 160 miles in a rental truck. Dont think I will be using them again. Theres plenty of other furniture stores that would have not had an issue working with me on this matter, but my mother in law was the paying party so I couldnt say too much. (However, she too is not happy about how it went and I dont think she is going to use them again either.)
The furniture is reasonably priced he employees are disgusting!!! It’s a shame because with such nasty employees their running down the business I called and supposedly spoke to a manager to make a payment and under his breath you can hear him say omfg as if annoyed that he has to do his job if that wasn’t bad enough I called back and his coworker excused him by saying he sneezed as if I was stupid or lying supposedly this was the assistant general manager Keith!
Customer service and communication sucks. They allowed me to put a layaway on an items knowing my husband will be the one paying with his account and when it was time to pay they told me we couldn’t Do it that way.

This place is a hit and miss sometimes you get a great deal on TVs and on sectionals and sometimes the stuff that they have are just not as appealing but see for yourself.

If I could give them zero stars I would! Worst furniture ever! Worst quality furniture. After a couple of months the bed I bought was falling apart. Customer service told me the manufactures give you a year guarantee... when they bed starting breaking Ive had it for less than a year they sent a technician instead of replacing the bed. They placed 3 pieces of wood to hold the bed which they are cracking and one of them already came off. They bed sinks if I sit on it. I called them again and they said I dont have guarantee on it so they couldnt replace it. All they want is peoples money, they dont care about their clients. I dont recommed this place at all. They dont replace the furtinure as they should when you are covered by the guarantee. They send people to try to fix it so they dont have to replace it!!!
