The reason why I gave it only four stars is they are a little pricey. But the store is neat clean and organized. Easy to find things. And the staff they go above the call of duty customer service customer satisfaction is the reason why I keep coming back.

One of the few places still open later at night. Very polite staff, more than willing to help you out! Not to busy at all, and have almost everything you might need !

Nice and convenient neighborhood supermarket. They have a good selection although a bit pricey.Using the restroom on a cold day is not ideal. When you go to wash your hands the water is ice cold.

This store has a good selection of wines from around the world with our local Michigan wines prominently displayed in front of the wine aisle. There is a nice fresh produce section with organic and regular fruits, vegetables and herbs. A big bakery with lots of specialty treats like cannolis and truffle bombs. The deli has a great selection heat and eat meals like a salmon risotto or meat loaf with mashed potatoes. The only deli I know of to offer smoked brisket. There is an antipasti bar with delightful stuffed grape leaves. They also offer the usual fare like pasta salad, fried chicken and of course sliced lunch meats and cheeses. This store has regular grocery items too but its the special things that keep me coming back.

Large selection of quality produce, appealingly arranged. Excellent selection of beers and wines. All this as you enter the store. Great selection of food stuff, large deli, gourmet popcorn, frozen delights, fresh cut fruit and much, much more. All this and great prices. Fun place to shop and we always leave with more than what we planned on purchasing. Highly recommend.

Clean and organized store. Very very friendly staff. Prices arent the best and gluten free selection seems to less varied than in past years.

Nice clean store. Upfront people were very nice. Only drawback is that Spartan Stores are too dang expensive.

I like to go here because they arent as crowded as the bigger stores and I can get in and get out fast. Plus I love their pharmacy people. Very friendly.

Unfortunate Our Chicken was not well Cooked We bought a 24 Piece....and ...they just didnt have Flavor.....and kinda Dry....chicken looked uncooked.almost as if the bird had been frozen For A while By the Time it was cooked...yet Still no Flava Man....but the People Awww sooo Nice....had more than few...Just Saying Helo to you and nice to see the Smiles on lotsa customers....despite All Else....

Family Fare is always a positive experience when I go in the sales staff are very kind and very helpful in assisting me to find anything. The produce is always very fresh and the apples always shiny. I enjoy shopping here and I feel that the quality of the food is up-to-date and you never see anything that is a mess that is not cleaned up right away. Its designed perfectly with the Starbucks to get you a nice triple shot before shopping. Keep up the good work Family Fare!

I love this place! They have very friendly staff and their Fast Lane option is amazing if your on the go. U can order thru their app or online, chose a time to pick-up your groceries and never have to even get out of your vehicle. They do charge a small fee for this service or they also offer a yearly subscription for a VERY reasonable price. If you use this service more than 8 times in a year, the subscription will pay for itself. Definitely worth it!

I have been a long term customer, but will nit enter the store without a mask wearing policy. It is time for businesses to take action to protect their staff and customers.

I bought a Lunch Maker from Armour at Family Fare around 10:30 last night and the box was open. Someone taped the box and put it back on the shelf. Not to mention the tape had a strand of hair on it. Absolutely disgusting. Also, the store doesn’t stock until night or the next morning, which means they never have the stuff you need.

One of the best places I have been in Holland to shop for groceries.. I love that there is a little food place in the store, the bakery is really cute.. they have a wonderful selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, I absolutely love it..

Never disappoint when buying meats

I enjoy being able to shop for my grocery versus shopping in a mixture of retail and grocery needs. Theres nothing wrong the shopping in a superstore but if Im shopping for bread, meats and vegetables its more of a conveince shop with Family Fare.

Currently under construction so its a bit messy and loud right now, but they are putting some SUPER cool stuff in! A cashier told me they are putting in a cafe with a seating area, a meat smoker and a bunch of cool fresh food options. That added to the Starbucks already there, and its going to be a great place to sit for a spell! As usual, their meat sales are UNBEATABLE and the gas coupons you earn are usually amazing!!!

They were caring and very helpful in a difficult time making sure I was taken care of. I never once felt I was an inconvenience to them. Always clean, Friendly staff, Fresh produce. Lines are usually pretty quick to go through. Great grocery store. Also one of the more expensive grocery stores. Definitely sign up for their member card, for their sale prices. If their prices were lower it would be a definite fine stars!

The fruit and vegetables are always awesome here. Prices tend to be more than Meijer, but family fare has deals. Just be sure to read the flyer and you need their loyalty card. Staff is friendly but hard to find early in the morning (6 AM). Bottle return is convenient, clean and usually works.

I wouldn’t recommend working here! When their employee that has worked there for 22 years put in her 2 weeks notice, they refused to give the blind, long-term employee, all of her vacation pay.A lot of customers came a long way to shop there to see Dawn & Lady. Yep, another employer taking advantage of a disabled person. Shame on you Family Fare for not doing the right thing for your employee!!!Don’t shop here! Support a store that supports their employees & doesn’t take advantage them! I could give you a few more examples of things they’ve done over the last year alone, but I will leave it at this.

Clean, great selection, expanded vegetarian and organic foods. Beer, wine, and spirits. Great produce, and very reasonable prices. Wide aisles, friendly and helpful staff. They are also great about hiring those with disabilities, even have accommodated a cashier with a service dog. My favorite place to shop!

This supermarket has adapted well in response to the covid19 pandemic taking all necessary precautions and raising the bar to keep customers safe and comfortable while shopping.

I recommend this Family Fare not only are they always well-stocked but they have great staff as well. Kind and always willing to help if you need help in finding anything also what I love is that their fruit is always nicely stacked & stocked as well as their vegetables. I am usually a after midnight shopper and every time I visit there they are always cleaning up and mopping the floors which is awesome. I will be back probably tomorrow to be honest LOL

Good selection of products, but not a convenient store for early birds. Recently for a couple of weeks now the store has been closed from either 11pm to 6am or 2am to 6am. I get up at 4 to go to work and usually want to get something to eat or a donut. Other than that if you go later in the day everything is fine

This store has been a very pleasant surprise, as we are transplants from Chicago prefer healthy, non processed and organic foods. They also have a nice wine selection and a very nice guy running that dept. the butchers are super good and know their stuff too. The veggies and fruits are top notch fresh. Bakery A+. Service is always friendly and warm.

Good store for fresh meat and bread but the produce is REALLY BAD and OVERPRICED. Veggie trays often have moldy veggies and many times the fruit is bruised and rotten.
