From out of town. This place was a great find. It has so much!!! Wine and alcohol, a Starbucks inside. Loved our sushi! Freash produce and plenty of ice. Staff was great and the place was spotless. You need it for your weekend getaway, they probably have it.

First time shopping at D&W Fresh Market. Visiting from CA. Big store. Decent prices. Clean and well organized. Wasnt crowded, like most grocery stores. Bakery items I bought were pretty tasty. Will be shopping here again during my visit.

This particular D&W is a flagship store and one of the nicest grocery stores in the area. Large variety of foods plus great deli selection, sushi, and anything for entertainment

Clean store. Prices are higher than Meijer or Walmart, so no long lines. Good for quick pickups. Never know when front customer service will be open (postal, cigarettes, etc) so phone first.

The store looked and clean wish the hot food was open but other than that it was a great trip

They store is ok but the staff has a big room to improve. One lady in particular was acting like it was a big deal when we where at a self checkout with more than 20 items in empty store and when only one cashier was on duty and she actually was busy. This lady was acting like we obligated her to help us and was very rude.

Overall good store. Produce section needs to be up-leveled, often very limited selection. Starbucks and ability to mail packages via USPS is nice.

This place is open later than Walmart so that is awesome. they have a LARGE selection and variation of foods. awesome red tap reduced bananas for 29¢. workers were very nice.

Good basic store to get food you need for the beach.

Has this D&W seen better days? Sadly yes. One would politely call it well worn. The produce section is small, selection of fresh produce limited. The selection of regular staples is limited, but then D&W allways catered more to more expensive; not necessarily better; tastes. Checkout was a confrontational experience, I had to bag my own because I have reusable bags. Had words with the cashier and literally had to shoo the bagger out of the way. meh. Its close but definitely will make the longer trip to a different store as time allows.

Excellent selections, prices and service.

This place has a great meat & seafood selection. The wine Stewart is very knowledgeable and will help you with your pairing for the night.

I eat gluten free and they have a lot of choices. Always friendly service.

Nice clean store, I like how they have meals put together like kabobs, stuffed burgers, marinated pork and much more. The people are really nice and everything is labeled very well so you dont have to search the whole store for something. They also have the best fresh flowers that last longer than any others I have bought at half the price of other places.

I use the pharmacy part of the store and Starbucks more than I ever shop there as there more expensive for certain items but they are conviently close

This is a neighborhood Spartan store, it has a have a little of this and a little of that ... More focus on a few specialty areas... Have a Starbucks or have lunch, they have great sandwiches. Then grab a bottle of wine on the way out .. the selection is amazing. Always good customer service here

The staff here consistently treat customer questions and orders as an inconvenience. Especially the butcher area.

D&W is always pleasant to visit. They offer a wide variety of products, always fresh and always nicely displayed. The aisles are wider than most so it never seems crowded, and its always easy to find help if you need it. Even though its a very modern store, it somehow gives the impression of being that old-fashioned market youve heard about from your parents.

Another smaller chain grocery store. Clean, big variety, friendly, helpful staff but more expensive than other big chain grocery stores. Will say they were more courageous, & stayed open for those who needed them when the other big chain store closed its doors early in the afternoon because a riot happened in a city 25 miles away.

I get sushi here every time I visit Holland. The chef is always right there working, so you know its super fresh. They also have a good selection of cold craft beer, especially local faves. Just remember you cant bring it to municipal beaches or parks if you want to avoid run-ins with the law. Nothing ruins a date like jail time 🤪🍻😎

I used to like coming here. Today, the service counter employee was only wearing a mask over her mouth and moved it down to not covering any part of her face every time she talked. Two other employees (baggers/cart collectors) were wearing the face shield only, were constantly pulling them up to uncover completely, and didnt even try to give customers space. I had to move a bunch of times so one employee didnt get too close to me. I expected better from you, D&W.

I cant find anything in that store. The bread is by the beer and the bakery is 8 Isles over. Shouldnt the bread be near the bakery. And the Jeanie O brand items are scattered over the store. I went in for two things and walked all over the store looking fo them.

Went for a candy fix.... Was able to find the candy easily. I was in and out in less than 10min

They have a good salad bar. I went there with my wife. We went at about 1:00 p.m. and it was pretty picked over though. I wish they would stock it better for us that have a late lunch.

I love this store. Great selection of prepared foods, salad bar, and outstanding choices at their deli. First stop in Holland is here to fill the cooler with a variety of goodies to eat that day and to take home (salads and other sides.) Its also one the most attractive grocery store Ive ever visit, clean. Friendly employees. They have a few electric carts for handicapped (me). There is some kind of coffee shop attached (not for me. 😂)

DW is a great supermarket with super friendly and helpful staff. If youre looking for a break from the huge savings stores and what to shop for more high quality, locally sourced items. I especially love the craft beer selection and can always count on finding that hard to find item.

Ive been living in Holland, on the north side for the past ten years. There are two grocery stores fairly close to my home, so I have stopped in to D&W only a couple times for veggies very quickly during that time. Today I thought that Id thoroughly check out your store for a change. And so, in the vernacular of todays kids... OMG!!! I went in for some high-quality Corned Beef and one of my favorite ice cream treats. D&W must be the most beautiful and well-stocked grocery store that I have EVER seen in all of my 62 years. Simply amazing would surely be the best words to characterise my experience. I do shop your sister store, Family Fare, but D&W is alone in its own class. And I mean alone!!Nice work.

Excellent store! Great for groceries and so much more. Lots of general merchandise. Make sure to sign up for a Yes card as the savings are considerable.

D&W Fresh Market offers a very wide selection of foods and also has a deli area and bakery that are exceptional in their offerings! Great selection of wine and beer too!

Good local neighborhood store. My really only, major complaint is there are too many self checkout lanes and only usually one manned lane. Shopping is all about the customer experience and self checkout lanes are really only useful for people purchasing under 10 items.

Prices are a bit high. Four stars for exceptional meant. This is the place to go if you want an amazing steak to grill.

RE: STARBUCKSI like to use this Starbucks in the morning because there is never a line. They seem to make my drinks correctly, however they never call the drinks back the correct way, and they always get agitated when I clarify that its made the way I asked. Today when I came in the store, one of the baristas was eating. When my order was put in, she walked over and made my drink without washing her hands. Given the season of sickness, I was taken aback. I am also surprised its ok to eat in the work area. These employees, while not overtly rude, are definitely not the same caliber as the partners at free standing Starbucks 🤷‍♀️

Prices for regular items are pretty high. That being said,their sales are REALLY good deals. The buy 2 get 3 free for example. The fresh meat is also priced high but very good quality. Me myself would never pay $23.99 a pound for beef tenderloin. Or $5.99 for ground Chuck.

This market is really nice! The Starbucks staff is very kind, fast, and work diligently. The bathrooms and the registers could be updated in the main area. The prices for one water is cheap. Though give or take Michigan tax. Overall if I ever am in the area I will stop here! Even though I am only 12!

I like the variety of choices of foods however some are slacking but it’s a give and take. I would generally go buy my steak there but the selection has been lately decreasing and it smells like a sewer.

The woman that checked me out was very friendly. Good customer service is always the way to my loyalty.

You can zip in and out of this store fast if you have to pick up just a couple of things. It never seems to be too busy. The store has an odd lay out with the alcohol in the middle section of the store and everything else around that. My guess would be that this is their biggest seller, so they make that the most convenient.

Overall, a nice store. They have a great selection of seafood, wine, and upscale deli options, such as an olive bar and sushi made fresh in house. The cheese case near the deli offers cheeses and meats that I have not found elsewhere in Holland. There’s even a small cafe area where shoppers can enjoy something from the salad bar (which offers a nice variety of items) or a beverage from the in-store Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and helpful.The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star rating is that there seems to be a problem with restocking lately. I have found wilting produce on several occasions. I almost always leave without one or more items on my grocery list lately, because they have not restocked those items. Sometimes, similar items are slid over to make the shelves look full, but they’re not the items I’m looking for. This is really the only weakness I’ve seen in this store.

Not impressed with the wait in rhe check out lane or the employees or lack of employees. Only 2 ppl registers open all the rest were self check out. Wont go back there again when visiting family.

More expensive than some other options, but generally quiet and peaceful. Staff are almost always friendly and helpful. Boars Head available at the deli makes it worth the trip for me.

Nice upscale market with a good wine selection and nice deli. Choice of 5 potato salads, something for everyone.
