Barista was very patient and sweet, taking my long, complicated order. She was all alone and working hard. Drink was great!

Starbucks sewer girl is rude and slow. Every time I come in there the smell keeps getting worse and her hair looks like a birds nest. They need a class on personal hygiene for their staff members. When I have time I drive across town just so I know I am getting a drink that I feel safe drinking without the extra worry. Wash your hair and change your attitude.

Ordered 4 Frappuccino’s the barista didn’t say one word until she handed them to us she said “ Umm can you guys not come back here and just go to a stand alone Starbucks if you’re going to order this much” I’ve been to hundreds of Starbucks from here to Atlanta and never once been told not to come back for buying too many coffees!!! Then to top it off she didn’t even put ice in the Carmel Frappuccino so it just tasted disgusting. Thank god I won’t be returning to this location!!!

I felt very uncomfortable with the girl at the counter. She smelled messy and her mask was unclean and her hair was knotted. She said inappropriate things on smoking weed. I will not be returning when I am back in town on business. This was a very rough morning due to the this visit.

Great place for coffee and all the other great drinks they offer. Great service by Caroline. Definitely will be back!

It’s a small store inside of Fresh Market, but there is plenty of seating.

I waited for the lady with 12 minutes on the clock still open only to be rudely told they didnt have the product I wanted and that they were closing. Didnt want the business too bad.

Rude staff and poor hygiene

Anti military Democrat organization. Wouldnt support troops by sending some freaking coffee while they were over seas putting their life on the life to give them to freedom to exist the way they do in the first place.

It was OK... For some reason the coffee was not as strong as it usually is. Staff was nice. Lemon loaf was awesome!!

My favorite Starbucks in Holland by far! Abby, Penny and the others are great. Its not just business at this Starbucks. Great customer service and a great attitude really make it a pleasant stop first thing in the morning.

Excessive wait times, order ahead is not available most of the time. Hours seem to change weekly. Giving the benefit of the doubt due to covid but the south side and north side locations have not handled this time well.

Hoping to see something made with peach or raspberry!! Just a suggestion
