We usually get good stuff here. This afternoon we ordered two double shot Cortados. The guy made us Lattes😖

Cozy interior with comfy booths, unique wooden detailing, and a massive amount of natural sunlight. They also have a drive-thru for coffee on the go. Prices are comparable to most coffee shops around Holland. Probably wouldnt recommend this place for a date due to not having more secluded nooks, yet for the same reason this would be great for groups! Id imagine sound would travel excessively through here when busy, but when I came on a Saturday afternoon it was practically empty and therefore quiet besides the music. The mocha I got was very smooth and creamy, and was as chocolatey as a hot chocolate (just the way I like it). They offer pastries as well, and even have a pay-per-page color printer you can use! Overall, I wouldnt mind stopping by here again if I was in the area.

*sigh* I used to love this place so much. They had the best lattes in town. But now the coffee tastes burnt and bitter and the syrups taste artificial. they still do the best job steaming milk for the foam part of the latte. But if the coffee and flavor is not good then theres not much I can say about it. Ill still go maybe once a month just in case they improve and get back to the way it used to be.

A friendly neighborhood coffee shop with yummy baked goods and even better coffee. They have a drive thru when I’m in a hurry and a fireplace with soft seating when I’m not. Great, friendly staff and free WiFi. Highly recommended.

I love the coffee here. Love it. The treats are also yummy. Most of the time the service is stellar and I really want to give five stars, but occasionally one of the girls working isnt all that friendly. Shes not awful, but not friendly either. I still highly suggest goin here. The manager is a helpful and friendly person and he does serve awesome coffee, and tea!

No greeting when we came in or left, only 2 people in the place. No name on the Barista sign - our first time and the Server was not helpful when we asked about the beans and being new to the brand? We were an inconvenience! Uncommon Grounds runs circles around this joint! 👎

This place is one of the best coffee shops in town. I go there almost weekly to talk and visit with friends. Its the best place because it has great coffee. I usually choose the way darker coffee because its taste great and, well, and it tastes great. Its so popular, its often packed with people that will never move out of their seats and just stay there whether its with friends or with a computer or with a phone or with something that keeps them in their seats for long periods of time. Im just as guilty as the next person. Maybe all the popular coffee shops like this one can give people miniature timers with an hour setting on it which can ring after an hour and then people can decide either to get up and leave or get up and get another cup of coffee or something so that the business can allow for others to enjoy the space. Or maybe Ive just had way too much way darker coffee in writing this review. Whatever you think go to this coffee shop and enjoy it and if theres no room just use the drive-thru.

Artful ambiance, clean & fresh - post modern. Excellent mocha. Great coffee, full of flavor and smooth. I like bitter dark, & it was, without any adverse effects. Great coffee beans.

Organic coffee means no upset tummy after sipping! I love this coffee shop so much. I take myself there for a treat every so often and indulge in a crafted espresso drink and a gluten - free, vegan cookie or muffin. This place never ceases to amaze me. ❤️😁

Best coffee shop in town. Most wonderfully authentic staff, great ambiance and good coffee! Also a great meeting spot for an intimate or open conversation. So glad that I found this spot.

Employees are friendly, and some are pretty good at remembering your usual order.Really though, its all about the beans. When I dont have time to roast my own, their brown-bagged varieties are the only ones I can count on to be fresh without picking through bags and checking dates. Anyone who pulls espresso shots at home knows what I mean. And for the price, I cant think of a good reason to ever buy stale beans at the grocery store.And they brew a pretty good cup from them too, with drive-through convenience thanks to the use of an old bank building.

So glad to have Simpatico on the north side of Holland! If you drink their coffee daily as we do, I highly recommend a subscription to their bulk whole bean program. It may be the best coffee decision Ive ever made!

The Coffee is absolutely out of this World with the TASTE. &Affordable.

For a place named simpatico, the barista was super ANTIpatico and the cortado I ordered is just a latte. The sparkling water came in a hot glass. When I said thank you... zero response from the other barista who grabbed the top of the glass with his hands... gross.Nice decor. Untrained and at best apathetic staff. Terrible customer service. Could be a 4/5 if the staff were just nice.Coffee descent not amazing.
