Visited at the Farmers Market ordered a smoothie and iced coffee and 3 couples got their drinks before us and they ordered after us. It wasnt even busy so I asked at the window what was going on and the barista said oh I didnt see your ticket and we still waited for 2 more people to get drinks.I also saw a mango smoothie that was sitting out in the sun for a good 15 minutes because no one had picked it up and instead of tossing it they shook it up and gave it to someone who ordered a smoothie.As long as we waited the smoothie they gave me was very runny like soup.I understand they were working, but people pay for good product.WE EVEN LEFT A TIP!!!!At the time we were there it wasnt even busy no line nothing. If I wanted a refund believe me I wouldve asked for one, but I really wanted to try out the drinks so I patiently waited, but as it was getting busy and people after us were getting their drinks then it became a problem. Im not sure what system you all use, but how were we the only ones that she didnt see a ticket for, but clearly saw us standing right next to the truck in the pick up area. What I wouldve done was ask if I was waiting for something and say sorry for your wait.

I would rate 5 stars, but the drive thru situation has to be addressed. I constantly see people pull out due to the long wait times. Currently have two cars in front of me and I’ve been waiting almost 10 minutes. I’m willing to wait, but if this could be figured out then this place would be the best place in town.

Love the baked goods here! Their white chocolate raspberry scone is my all time favorite. The coffee is smooth and delicious (I’m not very picky when it comes to coffee). The staff here has always been very friendly and welcoming. I highly suggest checking them out.

Always greeted with smiles and hellos which is rare in this day and age. Always clean inside and out. Good food with amazing low acid caffeine!

Smoothies werent that good and not to impressed with the iced coffee. I love that they have a gf option but thats about it.

I’ve stopped a few times at this coffee shop only to purchase coffee beans. I don’t ask them to be ground I’m just there to purchase and leave. Every time the cashier asked me if I want to leave a tip. I feel that’s appropriate for an employee to do that there is a tip jar sitting right on the counter. I called to speak to the manager and she was not completely rude but she defended there practice. She also told me that is customary If you go to the bar and order a drink the bartender asked if they want to leave the change for a tip. That is not true. The last words the manager said was I can choose not to leave a tip and I will still get the same type of service with a tone in her voice. 👎🏻

Very relaxing atmosphere. Ive never seen this place too busy. There staff is always very nice. They have a large list of latte flavours

Baked oatmeal is awesome and the coffee is truly smooth and delicious. And as of today they are open for dining in. Friendly and helpful baristas 👍The music is really lousy though. Thats why Im giving 4 stars and not 5

Had a nice chat with an old friend here. Nice little place. Donut store nearby, as well as some kind of reseller of used goods, and an automotive repair facility. Also a small drug store thats good for cute knick knacks aka assorted useless junk. I believe there is also a dominoes 🍕 pizza manufacturing facility that has other foods as well.

I usually go to this place a couple times a week using the drive through. Delicious coffee and the service is always top notch - super friendly and prompt.

Simpatico is the place to buy coffee on the southside of Holland. The coffee and treats are awesome! We also buy most of our coffee beans here. They have great refillable containers - save a tree. ✌️

My husband and I enjoy going here, and do so often. The coffee is smooth and delicious, the staff is friendly and the interior is clean and pleasant. There is minimal parking and seating at the south side location, but they have recently put in a drive-thru window.

The coffee is indeed smooth at Sympatico. I wish this crew would have opened up shop in downtown! I enjoy both locations and will often drop in at the start of a road trip since the south side stop is on the way out of town. Great baked good too.

Incredible coffee and the low acidity means I can drink more of it! The atmosphere is great as well, I really enjoy reading here. My only gripe is that the internet isnt just slow, it is outright unreliable and makes it very hard for a mobile worker to get anything done.

I first discovered Simpatico coffee in South Haven, Mi 5 years ago at the farmers market. Their coffee left a big impression on me. I buy coffee there weekly to grind. I love thier oxacan! So delicious. I will be a lifelong customer.I love that I can get a fresh brewed cup so that I can try thier other blends. If you are a coffee lover then you must try thier coffee. The staff at both locations is always excellent as well. Its fantastic coffee with great ethics, you cant go wrong.
