Came here to test drive a vehicle a year ago and was treated rudely. The other review that said they are predatory on women is true. The 2 guys that work here are bullies. They sell high mileage cars for top dollar. They will tell you that you can’t find another car like theirs but you can ! Tons of online sites and other dealerships in town. Don’t send your wife here. Also get their high mileage cars inspected before you buy one. Always check your book values and online listings for better prices. You can tell the way The owners reply on here to people is very unprofessional. The giant car dealership Elhart is just down the road and so is barber ford.

After shopping around for over a month, we are very happy with the car we found here: it was in impeccable condition for a good price. It was an easy, hassle-free purchase and, best of all, we both could tell the owner is trustworthy. He noticed and cared about every detail and seemed so transparent about everything, nothing to hide. This is a clean operation with good guys running it, so different from many other places. Im leaving a review because it seems rare to find a place like this, and we appreciated the way we were treated here. We would not hesitate to buy here again and highly recommend!

Im a critic at heart and these guys passed the test! Found them while looking for Honda Pilots below $20K. We drove up from Kalamazoo to take a look at the three they had on their lot. Test drove the one we liked the most. Noticed a vibration at higher speeds (my fiancé is a body tech with a mechanical background so it was something he noticed, I likely would not have had he not pointed it out). Took the car back and shared our thoughts with Todd. I told him that if they could get it figured out we could talk about the car since we otherwise liked it, the price was fair for the good condition the car was in and these bad boys are hard to come by. I was impressed with his response, he said there was no if about it, that if it stopped us from buying it, it would stop someone else and they would get it taken care of. They told us they had the new tires rebalanced (two of four were out of balance) and an alignment done but they still noticed the vibration when they took it out on the highway after these things were done. So they had a tire company take a look at the tires and discovered one of the four was not measuring properly. They had a new set of better quality tires put on the car. They called us to let us know of the corrections, I thanked them and continued to shop. After about a week, a few more test drives and realizing they had the best car for the best price within 75 miles of Kalamazoo, MI, we called them up. We went on a Monday night to do another test drive, noticed the vibrations were gone, checked out the new tires and decided to purchase the car. They stayed late on Tuesday night (Monday night they were already scheduled to be open late) to complete the paperwork and give us the keys. Other reviews are correct in the fact that these guys are no hassle and I really appreciate that! We had already dealt with the used car salesman type on the big Kalamazoo lots and I dont have any patience for it.Would absolutely bring my business to them the next time around and would recommend them to friends and family. Happy car shopping!

Purchased a 2007 jeep commander from LSA, literally within a month I had to put 1400 into it for a transmission issue and then almost every 3 months after that we where in the shop and now again only after 3 years our motor is bad, we also have always done regular maintenance, LSA knew this jeep was junk and still sold it. The engine blew up two years later out of no where. We had several mechanics tell us they definitely knew this was bad.

Do your self a favor, and avoid this dealership at all costs. The owner is not only dishonest, but predatory. As a single mother, I went in to the dealership assuming I needed to be careful, but I had no idea the lengths this business would go to in order to make money. They sent me out in a vehicle that had lots of problems, but told me it was in perfect condition. When I returned the vehicle, all of a sudden I was accused of scratching the vehicle, scratching the glass on the back window, and damaging something on the tires. How could I prove I didnt? My advice to everyone: AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.

Just bought an incredibly clean Mazda5 here. Staff is definitely no haggle, price on the car is the price. They were the only place with the vehicle I wanted and they knew it so that worked in their favor for sure! They are all business so dont expect the suave niceties that you get on another lot. But, that can be nice as the whole process was super fast since they are not chit-chating with you. (like...at all...) On the drive home, back tire goes flat. Take it to our regular mechanic and he laughs and says those tires were put on backwards to start with! Still waiting to find out why the tire went flat when these are brand new tires. If nothing else is wrong with it, Ill adjust the rating. But until then...it was OK.~~~ UPDATE: 4 Hours after Purchase:Just got done with the tire guy. He says the sensor in the rear tire is totally shot, and needs to be replaced ($$) also says the tire is totally shot from driving on it soft for so long. I told him I just bought it and he says, the dealer had to know about it, and almost surely has been putting air in the tire routinely. I wont lie, I am pissed that I have not even owned the car 12 hours and already put over $100 into it, for something Jason told me was Brand New. Poorly done, Dude. Poorly done. FYI I did call them to see if they would work anything out for me since they repeatedly told me the car price did reflect brand new tires. I got their voicemail. I am always open to updating this rating if they are able to make this right. We will see.~~~Update: Tire guys tell me that the tires that were put on the Mazda are discontinued, and you cant buy them new anymore. I have to get a different brand, (but equivalent) tire to put on. Jason at Lakeshore calls me back and is very nice about everything and says that the wholesale place he got them from has many more in stock and for $50 I can buy the same tire from them. He stands by the fact that I must have damaged the tire in my 1.5 hour drive home. Unless the tire guys can Prove it was a manufacturer defect on the tire. What can you do? Im not driving another 3 hours round trip to pay for a $50 dollar tire from a place that carries cheap discontinued tires. Lesson learned, I guess. Overall I have decided that I just hate buying cars. Were going into a Mazda dealer this weekend to give the car a general check up ...better safe than sorry.
