Best knowledge and service this side of Mississippi. Store moved from Holbrook so it’s working out some kinks but overall Parts Department is Exceptional when it comes to service and supply kudos to John & Paul!!

I am a do-it-yourself which accounts for most of the business the staff here is great. Fully knowledgeable Mary Ellen goes above and beyond along with John and the rest of their coworkers. These guys dont Googl. I have bin left hanging with rong parts on line and at other places its a pain and time consuming. This store 04494 is 100% to me. I drive a 64 impala and a 99 s10 i have other newer cars but those i enjoy. I also sleep better knowing my parts will be there next day.

So far a really great place to workSo updateAfter a few months of working there I like it the work is not that hard and the people get along great for the most part they work with you best they can on schedule needs very low stressful job. Update after working there for a year it’s a lot of bull and lies and backstabbing going around there which that’s every job but for what they pay it’s not worth going through it at all management talk about you behind your back and there arguments between managers in front of employees not a good atmosphere most of the time

This place is always closed outside of normal business hours, and the website inaccurately reports the hours. Ive had to cancel many orders and then go pick them up a half hour later at a different store that is open at 2PM on a Saturday. I think they close at around 4pm on weekdays so dont bother trying to get something here after work, and they are closed all day Sunday so make sure you finish all your automotive projects during the week.

I dont go to advance no more .no knowledge in the field .never work with me and I had a problem and the management hung up on me .so I never got my part .so I went to OReillys with in 60. Min. Problem solved
