I recently was returning a package. I had just sneezed while wearing my mask and threw it in the trash. The associated at the store was so kind that he conducted my transaction at the door so I didnβt have to go in the store.
The UPS Store at 330 Washington in Hoboken is fantastic!We showed up on a very busy Sunday right before Christmas to have documents notarized, Justin was on top of it.This store was well staffed, well organized, the employees were focused and not staring at their phones, we will return to this UPS Store for all our future needs.

Go to FedEx or anywhere but this UPS store. I shipped a package express, which you know isnβt cheap and they tried 1 attempt to the receipt and sent it back. What happened to 3 attempts? I called customer service no one would help redirect the package back. I went to the store and received zero help. The store called me when the pack came back and I asked them for a refund since they didnβt fulfill on the service but they said they did their part... lies! I will be disputing the charge. Oh and the package came back torn up... I wouldnβt to trust ups with any of my packages anymore.. especially with this unhelpful store which is a shame because Iβm been shipping items from this store for 3 years when a fedex is just as close by.

This location is top notch. Staff are professional, helpful and friendly. It is a busy location, sometimes there is a line, often there are many packages awaiting pick-up, but I think the number of people relying on this location is a testament to the high quality service and exceptional staff. One of my favorite parts about the staff is that they have a sense of urgency and are genuinely invested in you getting the service you need. Bravo!

Terrible! I wasnt sure what happened... i was going to drop out a return but would also need to print the label there.... they charged me 1.99 plus tax for the 1 sheet of black and white label!!!! there could be a hidden price but they should tell me because i was asking the counter how to print the label before i did anything!
Easy going, smart employees here. Better than Staples or Office Depot. Also, if there is not a long line and your fast. You can park in bus stop real quick (no promises from me and that is not supported by UPS store and their affiliates : )
This UPS store is the most unprofessional store I have been to . The clerk forgot to put the label on my box once printed because it had a line and my $800 package is lost now. They bully my mother into not put the label infront of her and gave her a recipe. When confronted they just seem not to care at all. While I was waiting to get a resolution. It was another package with no label and the girl was Oo good I cough it on time. The βmanagerβ or owner answers o that would be another headache. Iβm more upset about their attitude that the lost package he just didnβt even had some kind of understanding Thorβs us . If you want to loose your package go here.

This has been my best experience with UPS so far. They helped me sending stuff back to Amazon. I sent several items in one package. Everything worked well. The staff seemed to enjoy their job here.
The UPS store at 330 Washington is my go to place for business printing. Justin and his team are very helpful and quick in having print jobs completed, and I feel like my business is appreciated. They are honest with shipping rates, and have actually advised me once to bring my package to the post office to save me some money. Very helpful for a small business owner to have this level of integrity in a local business community!
Since packages have a history of getting stolen when theyre delivered to my apartment, I have them shipped here. There is a fee of $5 per package but Id rather pay that than worry about whether or not my package will get to me. The service here is so friendly- they all know my name and its like seeing friends. Im happy to do business here.

The clerk helping me was nice, going through 4-5 things I had to ship to different destinations. There was a manager type walking around, and he quickly yanked the stapler from my hand yelling we dont use it for that! it can damage the stapler! I was literally stapling an envelope. You can probably throw their 5 dollar stapler from a 2 story building, and itll come apart and you can put it back together and use it again. But I guess it cant withstand the pressure of me using it to staple an envelope!!! Plus he yanked it from me...like after he said dont use it, I would forcefully staple stuff with it. No apologies, nothing. Disgusting experience, avoid at all costs.

I recently had a terrible experience at this location! They do not let you close up your own box, and when I came back to stick a card into my already closed-up box, it turns out that items were missing! They didnt even apologize or explain why, so I immediately requested a refund. Will never go back!

Obviously, this store does everything a UPS store should do. But the customer service is unbeatable. The employees will literally run around the store making sure you get what you need fast. Theyre professional, and willing to work with you to get done whatever it is you need.

The customer service is friendly, however, be aware that this and other UPS stores are not actually run by UPS. I just discovered this because a package I sent by 2-day ground was, first, delayed because it wasnt sent off of the premises until 11 hours after I dropped it off. Then, after I called to find out why it was delayed, was lost. I dont yet know who is to blame, but they were wrong in telling me the package would arrive on time. Now, working to recover my package, I have to deal with this store as a separate entity from UPS itself. Id have gladly paid for overnight if Id been properly informed.

Worst UPS experience. Wouldnt let me manually fill out a label with my account number. Wouldnt let me use their tape measure to get dimensions of my box to input into ups website to create a label, even rolled their eyes when I asked to use scale to weigh box. Then wouldnt let me use their tape to affix my label to the box (told me I had to buy a roll). ZERO customer service and they werent even busy. SKIP THIS PLACE!! USE FEDEX!!

Please dont ship your expensive stuffs from this branch. I lost my iPhone 6 (Brand New) which never got shipped from the store and sadly I didnt opt for the insurance. I also filed a Police complaint for the same which was held for almost 4 months but finally I had to give up on it. The guy who was suppose to ship my package was Quentin. Please be careful. And do not trust anyone in this store.

Not a good customer experience. It was disheartening to see that they could not figure out a way to accommodate a service costing less than 50 cents (I was only carrying my credit card, which had a minimum of $10)

Had packages sent here in the past, always thought it was a little pricey at $5 a package but everyone was very nice and I felt comfortable having packages sent here. Went to send a package and used one of their envelopes but with NO pens around, I used one of the sharpies they were selling for $1. When I went up to pay, the first thing she says is it is also $1 for the pen you used. She was in the back room obviously watching me on camera and must have seen me looking for something to write with. So instead of coming out from the back to offer me something to write with, she waited for me to use one of the pens for sale; Thanks A Lot Jasmine!! I just paid for the envelope and use of the pen and Ill send my packages via carrier pigeon before I ever go back here again. Justin Ho and is staffare very nice but they will take you for every cent you have. Go to FedEx or Post Office!!

Justin, the manager from the UpS store is not helpful at all and very inconsiderate! He acted as if he didnt care with my issue (2 damaged packages) and said βhe would get to it when he had timeβ. This issue occurred in November 2017 and itβs already january 4th, 2018! He told me he would call me back and has not called me once! Before shipping my packages they packed it themselves and the other one i packed but they inspected it and said it was fine. I also added insurance to both packages and they are still trying to not pay me full refund for he damaged packages and cost of shipment!! This is unacceptable and i demand all my money back!

Beware, this business adds extra fees when mailing a package for you, even when shipping fees are prepaid by a retailer. I was told I was being charged for a box ONLY by Justin, the owner, but the receipt revealed a hidden service fee when it was rung up. While they refunded the charge, they did not mail the package. Deceptive and not friendly, just exaggerated politeness when caught in a lie.

I work in a retial setting at a very prestigious place, and ever since I have started working at we will call it pineApple I have had a strong feeling on how customer service should be. I have to constantly remind myself that not a lot of places have the same dedication to excellence that my company does. However, this UPS store has exceeded my wildest expectations for customer service. I recently had multiple packages that needed to be shipped out all over the country, and they were all odd shaped boxes. Not only was the service rep extremely helpful, but he got everything I needed in a timely manner and for a great price! I would whole heartedly recommend this store for ALL of your shopping needs. I recently moved about 30 minutes away from Hoboken and I still make the trek out there everytime I needd to ship something out!
Worst Experience Ever..!! I lost my brand new HTC One M8 which I was suppose to send it to San Antonio to my sister as a gift. They stole it coz they knew about the phone in the package. The guy who was gonna ship my package was Quentin and my tracking updates showed me that my package never left the store. I didnt receive any compensation from the manager or from the owner as well.
