The staffs here are extremely friendly and helpful. I have a few boxes to ship out and they don’t have the big boxes at the moment. They were so smart and find a way to fix two small boxes into a big one and finally solved my problem. Especially Sherece, she is really cautious at the shipping, tapered everything again and again! Shipping procrastinators be aware - arrive by 5:30 if you want a package to go out that day (they are open until 8, but last ground ship goes out at 6, and if you dont have a label yet, allow 20 minutes to sit at a kiosk to navigate a clunky site to create and print one)

Its almost hilarious how the service here keeps getting worst. 3 people in the back doing nothing, no control over whos next, and the attitude of some of the staff, the worst.
I have visited this place once before when a representative helped me with my package and even suggested what was the fastest way to get my package picked up same day, but today I was totally surprised by the attitude of the person on the desk. I arrived to pick up a package from IKEA which was shipped to this store and the order details I had from IKEA didnt have a tracking number. The woman took my license and the order details email and started trying to find a tracking no. Meanwhile I noticed my package sitting on their shelf with my last name in big letters and IKEA on it, so I just pointed out that she could just get that package and match the details and give it to me. But she was adamant on finding the tracking no. and went on for 15 minutes looking for it in the system, this while other people are waiting behind me in the line. I suggested if that matters so much why dont you just pick up the box and see the number from there, but she just wouldnt listen. Finally she gave up and gave me the package by verifying my name on the box which she should have done in the first place. She murmured something like as a courtesy we are doing this but we dont give out packages just based on id. If that is any rule and I dont think it is, it just sounds plain stupid to me.
I sent a package with documents with Fedex Ground, but it got stuck somewhere on the way and was not delivered on the appointed day due to the cold weather in February. I came to this office to find out what is with my package and when it can be delivered. The staff was very nice and helpfull, said that the package would be delivered very soon, but it was the wrong decision to send it with Fedex Ground, was necessary to use Express, only Fedex Priority Express guarantees delivery on the scheduled day. Well, I took the advice, I needed to ensure that the documents were delivered to the recipient ASAP, so in this office I printed the documents again and sent them with the recommended Fedex Overnight, paying $ 57 for shipping. Then a surprise awaited me. Due to the weather, both packages were stuck in the South, but the first package with Ground was delivered on the very first day, as the weather in Louisiana changed better, and another with Express Overnight hovered in Memphis for another three days, and then was riding in Fedex Express truck for two days in Louisiana in 40 min way to the destination! They were in no hurry to deliver it, just for two days in a row the driver picked up the package in the morning and in the evening at the end of the shift returned it to Fedex facility! Only on the third day was the package finally delivered! Priority Overnight was delivered to the same address 5 days later than Ground! Worst mail delivery service, they charge a lot of money and are not going to deliver your documents on time, freed themselves from the money back guarantee. Do not listen to the staff in the office, send in the cheapest way, it will come faster than Priority Express. Better yet, use a different delivery service. Shame on Fedex Express.

I had a phenomenal experience with the store manager today. I was there to drop a specimens. It was first time ever dropping this off at a fedex. The manager, whose name I did not get was amazing. He explained to me that this type of drop-off differs per location. I appreciate the help and the guidance for future drop-off. Thank you sir!

I went in yesterday and today to send a few important documents. Craig helped me yesterday and Rick this afternoon - both were so helpful that it was the best service Ive ever at at this location.

Their staff are not well informed about company policy. I used them to mail something to a PO BOX location. I learned the hard way that FEDEX does not have the ability to deliver to PO BOX. It got routed to a different location and I have no visibility into who ordered that change. I have no way of contacting someone where it was dropped off. Had I been informed of this at the Hoboken FEDEX I would have used another service. Toll free Customer Service is a dead end. What a headache. Go with US Post Office in the future.
Im reviewing my recent visit to this location. I dont live in the neibourhood but had to go here because the other location in my neibourhood was temporarily closed. I had an urgent job and had to print and ship some documents immediately. The staff members here were really helpful, they listened to my needs and were really willing to help out. Especially Sindy, she explained the paper options to me and helped me get the printing job done as fast as possible, bound the documents and shipped the package. Everything was handled in a professional manner. Also the printing quality is pretty good. I would definatly choose FedEx again for future print & ship needs.
Super unprofessional staff. It takes them 20-30 minutes to do the easiest thing that could be done in 5 min at other places. Waiting is super long for their low efficiency. 0 empathy showed as well
Support depends on who is servicing your need. Zippy was very helpful when the person was only trying to force me to leave. Zippy was very helpful in supporting me going out of her way and helping me with the solution. I am glad she was there to help me... I am really grateful and thankful. Customer service needs to be trained better as each of them says something different from the other.
I’ve been there twice and to be honest I don’t have anything to say. It’s like they don’t have staff.
Called about an order that I had printed. They were suppose to call me before printing and just went ahead and did the job. I called to make sure they understood the instructions and they had to call me back. When they called back she said they understood the instructions and hung up before I could even speak.
The most unhelpful Fedex center Ive been to. Rude, unprofessional, and arrogant staff.I now go to the UPS store on Washington St instead, and am glad I do!
I share other comments on professionalism, but I’d go further. It appears staff wants to impede progress of customers. The experience is worse than the DMV and post office.

Sent me a message saying my package was left on my front doorstep. Then I check my doorstep to find nothing. I call them and they say I wasn’t home. I was home all morning.... they’re too lazy to ring my bell. It’s ridiculous. They called and said I was to get my package next week. I still haven’t received my package!!! It’s been a week and a half! FedEx needs a good lesson on how to deliver a package!
Assistant Manager zippy was very helpful and skilled she really made me understands what it takes to send a package with fedex. She deserves the managers position. 👍🏻
Unhelpful and was rushing to close. Wouldn’t spare a second for their customer after normal office hour and even turned system off before they are supposed to close. Also staff’s attitude is really bad. Very unpleasant experience.

Simply dont come here. The employees simply dont want to do their job. I got to the store before they opened to get a passport picture done for my infant. Her response was You need a white background and I asked nicely do you have one? Her reply was no and I cant help you. Mind you there is no customers other then myself. I then asked for the usage of the computer to print and her response was Im sorry the printer isnt working. I walk over to the printer and what do I see? Its working but just lacked ink? I gathered my things and left knowing that theres a UPS store on Washington that provides the same service.When I arrived at the UPS store on Washington, I gave the exact same request to the clerk.Response: oh sure no problem! Walks to the back grabs a white foam lays it on the ground I put my son down and literally 5 mins we were done. Then I asked about the printing and the clerk simply says sure just send me the file. A min later everything was done and paid for. (10 min total)Upon finishing my sons pictures another patron came in flustered and we started talking. She too came from FedEx with exactly the same issue of being treated like we werent welcomed. We both felt that we were pushed away and mentioned this happening to the UPS store owner. He smiled for a second then said thats terrible! 😆 Loved the response! So take it from me if you want great service and a all around good experience dont come here, go to the UPS store on Washington! Heck tell em I sent yah! 😂 They now know me well and I feel like one with the community there!

Someone else will help you is the motto of this place. Ive been here many times over the years and this place deserves an award. It takes talent to be this bad, for so long and so consistently. Almost 100% of the time its a negative experience. Fedex - I cant take your brand seriously anymore.
Experienced, patient staff, but a little cold/harsh the few times Ive been in. No one smiles here. Understandable because they have to deal with a LOT every day, but the clipped answers they often offer to customers make me anxious while I wait in line.

Disgusting company. I could not get the parcel. I waited all day at home. They said that I was not at home. I have not left a tag on the door. Then they told me that I could pick up the next day. I arrived at the warehouse but my package has already been sent to another warehouse. Very bad job. Hate this company

Apparently they dont close at 11 on fridays...I got out of work late passed by before closing time and was told the alarm was on and couldnt pick up my package.It was a total waste of a drive.Now if I show up tomorrow at 7:59 am Will someone be there to open at 8am? Or do I have to wait till 8:30 because the alarm hasnt been disarmed.If I have a better experience tomorrow Ill think about changing my review.

Waste of time. I needed a medium art box which you can only get at a center. After waiting in line I was given a plain medium box (art box has foam padding.) When I said this is a regular box not an art box, I was summarily dismissed no thats a medium art box and the clerk went to the next person in line.
Went to FedEx today to return a package. I was a little confuse about the instructions sent by the seller, but the woman at FedEx that attend me was very helpful to explain the process. Thank you! :D

Staff was unresponsive and not interested in helping (and didnt all I got for an answer was shoulder shrugs). I always choose FedEx for prints because of the great customer service Ive received at other locations but my visit here just was unpleasant.
I visited this location on the afternoon of Aug 28th. The staff were simply nasty and although they were never technically rude, their general demeanor and attitude was cold, unwelcoming and not helpful. It was not what I expect from Fedex. After the representative advised she would not help solve my issue, the manager nonchalantly said the same without bothering to review the issue. Both advised they could not help citing company policy and if anyone else had helped me in the past for a similar scenario it was as a courtesy. A courtesy they were unwilling to extend. My problem was solved on the following morning when a different set of staff were willing to extend that courtesy. Based on other reviews, its probably better to simply avoid this location unless you have no choice.

Do not, I repeat, do not have a package delivered here to be picked up. Theres an excellent chance your package will be sent back or just disappear into some black hole. They dont look too interested in helping you anyway so why make them do any more work than they have to? Only stop by if you need some of their overpriced office supplies or copies.

Went to this facility upon the recommendation of an employee at the Secaucus facility. They do not take packages at the main facility in Secaucus. No parking in Hoboken. A mess. Finally went to 35th and Kennedy Blvd in Union City.
Lines are usually long, but its better than USPS for when you need to ship something.
Should have listened to reviews but I figured I only needed to print one thing two pages! The printer put a $10 hold on my account and then wouldnt read my flash drive! Couldnt get someone to help me, at least the three hole punch worked... I walked out after that.

Google, the information provided when you call the Phone number, and the sign on the door say they close at 9PM. Apparently they just close early, whenever they want. Terrible location!
