My adjustable bed is very cool. It had a problem about a month in - but Ariane in customer service helped track down the problem - and now I’m back to sleeping soundly!

Please be mindful when you buy this mattress. I bought a full size bear mattress about a year and half ago and I kid you not, my backs been hurting until I switched to a firmer brand-less mattress couple weeks back. Its way too plushy, didnt really contour or wrap my body around and again, the back pain came naturally with this mattress. I say this was a causation but again it could just be a correlation but for those who want somewhat firmer memory foam mattress, stay away from this.

The king-size Bear Mattress that was delivered directly to my home, in a box, is amazing! I’ve never slept better in my life. My body feels rejuvenated each morning. I would recommend this product to anyone searching for a new mattress right now.

Great customer service. I emailed a question about my Bear mattress and they got back to me within a few hours on a Sunday. I doubt any other brand has customer service like this.

DO NOT BUY** I bought this mattress about a year and a half ago and I already need a new mattress. Theres a reason they only offer a 30 day warranty... The mattress does not keep its form... it sinks in the middle and has become extremely uncomfortable. I do not recommend this mattress to anyone unless you want to waste your money.

One of the worst experience. I just arrived first there is no name on the building to determine where Bear Mattress is. Also I spoke with the women and she said “we are not showing any mattress due to Covid” then why is the store open. You just lost a customer good luck.

I slept on the bear hybrid for one night and my back hurt pretty bad. Its not supportive in the middle and to hard at the ends. The bear customer service advised me to sleep on the mattress for 30 days before initiating a return. I made it 4 nights, I now have terrible back, neck and shoulder pain. There is one spring in particular I can feel in my rib cage. I strongly disagree waiting through this one more night is going to eventually solve the issue. You couldnt pay me to sleep on this mattress one more night. I tried to request the return. I was made aware again of the 30 day wait in the policy. I was insistent to start the return policy. I cant understand the logic of a policy when both parties involved know for a fact nobody will be sleeping on this bed. I have nowhere to store it. What good would a policy due for a person that will not use the mattress. To just hold my money for 30 days for the sake of a policy? So eventually I the return was initiated after 6 days now. I said thank you, the salesman hung up on me. What a poor customer service department. He even blamed me for not reading the reviews that its common that it causes pain for awhile while you adjust. I asked to show me 1 review that stated that, he would not produce one. If hes not willing to find it, how does he expect a consumer to find it? Im sure bear mattress sales would skyrocket if the main page of the website read, causes pain for one week or so, maybe 30 days. If after 30 days you are sill in pain caused by our mattress you can finally return it. Or 31-100 days, but not 29. No way, you need to adjust one more day. They assured me it was industry standard. I asked them to call Casper, who will return a mattress after the day of being delivered and then I will give them the next in line to call. No comment on that one. By the way my Casper mattress took no time to get used to and caused no pain.

When you spend a third of your life sleeping, a great mattress is important. The one I got from Bear makes those 8 hours each day feel amazing. I Wake up feeling rested and ready for the day!

DO NOT BUYFull disclosure... I’ve had this mattress for eight months. At first I thought it was OK as my previous mattress was very old, however over the last few months the mattress has become extremely uncomfortable and there is absolutely zero edge support. I mean you can not sit on the edges of this bed. The website is completely misleading and customer service only offered me options of buying more products. Please do not invest money in this mattress there are many many other options and better products. I am very disappointed and will like throw this product out and buy a new mattress.

I slept on a bear mattress that was in a hotel when I was traveling for work. It was the best sleep Ive had in a while so I ended up buying one for my apartment. My boyfriend & I love it and really enjoyed the whole experience!

I REALLY wanted to like this mattress. We purchased the hybrid, and being an athlete the marketing lured me in. It took a long time to receive the mattress (apparently there was an error in the fulfillment facility). After trying the mattress, I tried to return it as it was making my existing back pain worse. When I called, I was told Id missed the return window, but that I could get a topper for 50$. Ironically, I missed the deadline by a few days as I wound up having to have a minimally invasive back procedure. Long story short, the agent realized I had purchased the upgraded model and sent me another mattress layer free of charge. I appreciated this and really wanted it to be happy with it afterward. Since the mattress provides the ability to move the layers around (per the agent’s instructions) Ive spent several months trying different configurations, all with the same result: discomfort and pain. It was made to sound easy but take apart a mattress and moving the layers around isn’t all that easy. Unfortunately, on June 24th I had to have back surgery due to the continued worsening of the pain – I’m not saying that the mattress resulted in me having to have surgery, rather it made my pain worse. SO, I’m writing this from the actual bed, in pain (of course some due to surgery but the mattress doesn’t help), and frustrated that I spent over $1,500 dollars and now will have to give this mattress away (which is harder than it sounds despite the fact that its basically brand new). Im was open to the idea of paying for return shipment or trying another model, but I did not receive a reply. Interestingly enough, the review right before mind described on of the symptoms of back pain and a lack of support in the middle: Dune Digger was spot on.

Love this mattress! I’ve tried a few and this is by far the best. Woke up one day feeling like I was on a cumulus cloud, kinda scary lol.. but also a delight!

I purchased my bear mattress online. It’s a horrible mattress. The cover broke within a few months and I had to pay for a replacement cover. $100! We ordered it on 2/9 it still hasn’t shipped out. I called customer service and they said they didn’t know what happened and that it could ship out Monday. Horrible service all around. Wish I would have spent my money on another mattress.

Incredibly comfortable and the sleep is high quality, I look forward to laying down at night and my girlfriend couldnt be happier. For the first time in my life I own a mattress which is better than a hotel mattress. I am more likely to sleep in on the weekends. The package was easy to handle.Cons: The smell two days after opening gave me headaches, I highly recommend letting it air out for a week before use. What did I inhale?
