Prices are higher then normal. Owner is always eating everytime i go in there. The owner and a worker were gossiping about another worker instead of asking if i needed assistance. Also a lady came in with a product she bought that was dried up when she got it the owner refused to give her any money or discount for the inconvenience, the lady was older i felt she took advantage of her. I prefer to go to beauty and beyond they treat you better and so are the prices .

I went into the store today And had horrible customer service not from the associate in the store but from the manager I went to purchase some braiding hair and it was marked 1.99 I picked up seven packs because it was on sale and each individual pack was marked that price the sales associate took me to the front and asked the manager about the price that was on the hair and he said that it was one of the new associates that put the wrong price on all of the hair and that he will have to charge me the original price for the hair which was like three dollars and some and that he will not honor the price that is on the hair not to mention there were other customers in the store that felt like he should honored the price that was marked on the Hair as well I have shopped with this store numerous of times and sent a lots of my clients to this hair store but the poor customer service I received today I did not purchase anything..
