The way Shanna (or similar name) came to the counter and LOUDLY stated my exchange/return, with a RECEIPT could not be honored. I was told “the return doesn’t qualify because it’s a different policy for candles”. I pointed out the HUGE sign (see pic) that’s states “RETURN ANYTHING, ANYTIME, FOR ANY REASON”, nope that doesn’t apply to MY return WITH a RECEIPT! The entire interaction was aggressive and frankly embarrassing. To have an employee (you’re expecting to assist you) barge up to the register and rudely scold me on why my qualified exchange/return (as stated) doesn’t qualify for a exchange/return. I’ve been shopping at this store for years, waited excitedly for them to reopen after being closed for months for remodeling. New interior comes with nasty attitudes, apparently.

Love love LOVE bath and body works in hinesville and pooler. The one in hinesville, the associates know me by name. I don’t know if that’s a good thing because their customer service skills are on point, or bad because it means I spend way too much money in there. Either way, they deserve a raise !

The lady with the braids was extremely rude. My mother simply had a question about the different pricing of items in store vs. online for the semi-annual sale and she made it seem like she had a huge problem about us asking.

Hinesville bath And body was great. I went to the one in Waycross last week, I found out they dont do the rewards program! I bought alot too! I was very upset. They didnt act like they even cared. So I wont go back until I find out different.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The atmosphere is inviting and the store is very clean. My signature scent isnt always available because of the season but they always help me find something as close in comparison as possible.

I always love this place just because of the wonderful smell when I walk in. I enjoy smelling all the different fragrances. The only downfall is that when theres a sale; for example, the buy 3 get 2 free... Well I didnt know that wasnt really true, you dont really get the 2 for free.

If you love lotions, body sprays, etc- this is your place. The mix of smells can be overwhelming while in store, so if you have a sensitivity to that stay away. Staff is always polite and attentive, and always trying to help you get the most for your money. Warning- this store can be addictive!

Friendly staff, clean store, great sale, I absolutely love bath and body works. I use their lotion and body spray everyday, several times a day, so I go through a lot of it. It can be costly unless you watch the sales and coupons witch I absolutely love. I dont want to have to do without the coupons nor bath and body works.

I love this Bath and Body Works store. No matter what I buy (big or small) the associates always treat me the same. I love how elaborate the displays always are and hoq great it always smells. My favorite things to buy are the foaming sugar scrub & the hand sanitizers.

Had the worst experience there yesterday. I went in and the cashier was on her phone. I went up to her and she stayed on her phone for a hot minute before she answered my question. Then when she finally answered me she had no knowledge about the products or sales going on in the store. Very bad customer service.

It is a ok place no bathroom its very hard to find what you need they dont have a lot there the shelves are organized its true you do save a lot but the quality is not always the best I only go there for certain things its not my go to store because if I go for other things that I dont usually go for then Ill come out empty handed.
