This is unacceptable, spending money to purchase items but no bags to put the items in. I understand going green to safe the planet but give the customers a bag to their purchased items in then to walk out the store with small items that kept falling. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT SALLYS. No consideration for the customers. VERY UNHAPPY.

I am extremely pleased with Sallys Beauty. There is a very nice employee that always goes above and beyond to assist me. She is pleasant when anyone enters the store but her christian spirit speaks volumes because she doesnt have to help me. I have a physical disability and she opens the door for me, and if she she sees me waiting outside in the cold for my daughter to come, she will ask if I want to stand inside. That means alot because that shows shes paying attention. I am a regular customer a few doors down getting my hair styled. The love that she has on the inside shows up on the outside.

Neat, well arranged..Misha was attentive to her customers. Even directed me to products that would benefit my hair type.

I love to go shopping at sally beauty some of employees are nice and knowledgeable. But some employees need to learned how to be professional. I asked her just simple things because there is no price tags on it and I asked her to scan the price and she was annoying me. And Very rude.

They are rude. They never answer the phone either. Whoever works here needs to be fired

Ive been buying my beauty products here for years and will continue to do so. The manager is the sweetest person ever and always makes me feel welcome. The sales associates are always friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love Sallys 😍Im always able to find something I like or could use. Im just grateful that they have a store that unprofessionals can go and get stuff that they need to fix their hair or nails, whatever it be. The staff is always so friendly and nice. They always ask me if I need help bc I always end up staying in there for hours on end, but all in all theyre very helpful and friendly. I have been and always will be a fan, Sallys will always get my business.

I went into the store looking for a specific brand of hair that I had previously ordered. After realizing they didnt have it I began to look at the other types that may be comparable. I was the only one in the store all of 4 minutes & was never acknowledged by an associate until I walked out. At least I got a have a nice day lol

Walked in at 6:59pm on a Thursday and both cashiers hollered “we’re close”. Not good customer service at all considering their time of closing is 8pm.
