This was my second visit. But Ryan Walker step up and made my visit excellent. My wife came along and was delighted with the superb service. We dont like the hustle and difficulty of buying tires. But Ryan and the guys at Discount Tire made this a pleasure as always. Im locked 🔒 in for life with this place.

Needed 4 new tires and called Discount Tire. Logan helped me do all the ordering online to make sure I could get my discount. Set up an appointment to have them installed and they were done in less than 30 min while the kids and I waited in the car. My toddler loved watching them put the tires on from our window. The experience couldnt have gone better. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and polite. The place was clean (for a tire place! Lol) and organized. Im so happy I read the reviews and went with this place!

Made an appointment online and was able to get one same day. Had a svrew lodged in my tire causing my tire to constantly lose psi. They removed the screw and patched the tired for free. It only took them 20 minutes. Great customer service and will definitely be back when future problems occur. This store now has my business.

I cant believe this I had four new rims install on my original new tire.Only drove 8miles on my way home and had to be towed back to the store.Not one flat tire, but two rear flat tires, Wow 😲Blair are Blake the store manager made it right for my husband & I that day it was a long day.He really went above and beyond.Yes I would recommend this place, but speak the manager before having any rims&tires installed.

Super nice, super fast, made an appointment, got a little testy with Ryan but he stayed super cool and helped me see my math error, and now Ive got 4 new tires and a great experience from a place I will recommend and come back to (free rotations). The actual installation appointment took 15 MINUTES with 3 other customers being helped at the same time !! (Picking tires online and setting the appointment took about 10.) AWESOME

All I can say is amazing! I had 2 nails in my tire and they were able to fix it quickly. These guys were great! I would recommend them to anyone that needs new tires or service. They truly went above and beyond what I expected!

Took my Malibu there to get a tire replaced. It was a very pleasant experience. I was told all the options I had, not just the most expensive option like Liberty Tire Pros does. I went in to have my tires rotated and balanced. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and was very professional and nice.

I literally had a simple question about pricing, because when i had called they told me the complete total. i asked if installation was included and he said yes. we i looked at the receipt it broke it down and i had asked him why was i charged an additional installation fee. it was a simple question.. i wasn’t rude. i had already paid for the tires. barice or however you spell it i don’t care honestly proceeds to say “what you want us to do because we can take the tires off”. I LITERALLY JUST PAID FOR THEM AND I HAD A SIMPLE QUESTION !!!!! you’ll be changing tires the rest of your life with that energy. work on your customer skills.

I just want to take a moment to brag on the individuals who work here. When my vehicle was brought in, my front tires required being replaced. I called and spoke with Austin who was more than happy to help answer all my questions. I was informed that I had a damaged rim which would cause uneven wear on the tires as well as an uneasy ride -all of which I had been experiencing. After discussing prices, being told which rims were available (in stock), advised that it could all be completed same day for a reasonable amount of additional time, I decided to go ahead. I was satisfied with Austins level of professionalism when we spoke, especially when I became discouraged because the additional time would be longer than originally planned, to which he apologized for and reiterated that the job was being completely as quickly as possible. It was completed and done well. Not to mention every staff member interacted with was friendly and professional. I am satisfied with my visit here, the customer service is outstanding, so friendly - I highly recommend!

Just a note that this location demonstrated the reason why we prefer our tires from Discount Tire. We picked up a bolt in St Simon Island and drove on the spare to the Hinesville location (closest) for a free repair.Note that we were at 5 mm of tread depth and willing to put on a new pair of tires, but there was nary a mention of doing so except to say that we should put that on our calendar soon, knowing that we would go to a DT location _much_ closer to home.This level of customer service is why we keep DT tires on our vehicles and why Ive now twice gone out of my way on vacation to have DT take care of my emergency tire issue.

My two Military guys blew out their tire and You guys stayed open late, FOUND the tire they needed and took them right in and fixed it to send them on their way! Punctured tire on recently purchased vehicle, noticed it at 3:15pm. Looked for a place to get new tire and get out to replace myself. Stopped at Discount tire and they gave me a better deal than having to do it myself despite them closing at 5pm and me showing up at 4pm. They immediately took my car in and changed out my worst 2 tires (including the punctured tire) They were extremely helpful and Robert was a perfect friendly face that I needed after searching for quick help. Will come back again.

I am well pleased with the service that I received on the telephone and in person. My wait time was under an hour and the price for four tires, and the warranty is reasonable. I made an appointment to have my tires rotated during my one hour lunch break today. I must say I spent 20 plus years as an army mechanic and many years visiting tire repair and automotive shops but I have never been more impressed with what I just witnessed at the local Discount Tire here in Hinesville, GA. First of all they rotated my tires for free and also conducted a Road Force balance check on all four tires. The mechanics were moving so fast and efficient, as though they were a NASCAR Pitstop Crew. The shift manager named Austin and mechanic named Robert was very professional and courteous and took time to explain to me their operation. Overall I was thoroughly impressed with the entire operation and I even had time to eat my lunch, keep up the good work guys!

Called them and they were able to get me an appointment within 30 minutes while everywhere else was saying it would be anywhere between 5 days to weeks. Decently priced and quick good quality work. Was in and out in 25 minutes.

I got a flat and they gave me the best and worst options to change out my tires, both in shop and that they could order. I needed all 4 done and they couldve gotten me in immediately same day but I opted to make an appointment for the next day. They were quick and professional at every step. The guy gave me advice on how to get the most life out of the tires I chose and laid out clearly what came with their service. It was my first time using a discount tire and I loved it.

I called yesterday to ask how much it cost for my tires to be rotated. The manager responded with free. I was floored. He even set me up an appointment time. Never will I step foot in a Firestone again. The straw that broke the camels back was when I scheduled an appointment to have my tires rotated. I arrive and the guy told me they were a little backed up. I asked him what constitutes a little. He replied about 2.5 hrs. Mind you my appointment was scheduled a week prior. And this is the second time this occurred.

This was my first visit, looking forward to many more. Very warm atmosphere.

First time using discount tire and will continue to do so from now on. I shopped around for tires since dodge said my tire was unpatchable and i need to buy a new tire I was about to buy a tire from discount tire but once the tire was off the gentleman told me it was able to be patched and did in within 15 minutes and for free not like the liberty dealership that charged $40 for patching a tire previously.I would highly recommend stopping by here first before going to a dealership service center for any tire related issues.

Recommend to everyone. I called a few minutes after they opened. Got an appointment at 0900 (same day). Service rep came out to me while I sat in my truck. I drove into the bay. I stayed in my truck, they took off my tire that had a small screw, repaired it. I was in and out within 15 mins. No charge. I will definitely be buying our next set of tires from Discount Tires (we own 3 vehicles). Military discount.

The customer service was amazing (Chick-fil-A level) from the first call I made, waiting on my tow truck, to the moment I pulled up and hopped out. The employees were pleasant, engaging, and informative. My flat was able to be repaired at no charge. They offered to price tires for me, and walked me thru the ratings and different performance values. And then have me my tread depth on my current tires when asked. I will definitely be back to get my next tires.

When I say these guys saved Christmas I mean it! Last week we ordered and scheduled tire installation at walmart for this morning. I get a text this morning saying my tires are delayed. When I went in to see where they were I found out that walmart cancelled my order the day after I placed it! I spent over an hour arguing with them about my tires. Eventually I told them forget it and to refund my money. As soon as I called discount tires they told me they had my tires in stock and could get me in within an hour to have them put on, and they SAVED me over $100!! Im supposed to leave at 0400 to go home for Christmas so it meant a lot that they could get us in. They also work so fast! I was in and out in under 30 minutes! Usually at walmart Ill be there half the day getting anything done on my truck (even if I have an appointment). They were so friendly and understanding.10/10 would recommend these guys! When its time to replace my husbands tires I know EXACTLY where Im going!

Went in with a flat tire, they fixed no charge, switched out the donut with the fixed tire and returned the donut to the trunk, cleaned sidewalls of all the tires and sanitized the car interior where they touched

Awesome service. Blair(The Manager) was on the floor servicing customers. I let him know that I was about to take a drive and my tire light was on although Id just checked the tires yesterday. Puttingmy safety first, he took a look and scheduled me in. Didnt pull my chain about how long the wait was. My appointment was at 3:30 and I was pulling in the shop a lil before that. They found the tiny nail inside the tire and patched it right up. Also let me know that Id probably need me tires in 5k-10k miles. Ill be sure to go discount tires when I purchase new tires. Tried to make me purchase a brand new tire because I had drove on the tire but I had only driven two buildings down. Then made up an excuse why they couldnt put air in the tire so that I can go to another tire shop. I went to another tire shop, they patched my tire with no problem. Will never try discount tire again.

They went Alder Way and Beyond do you make me happy they put four new tires on my van and I pulled off and something was clicking and and it would they not mechanic state are people and they found what was wrong with it and they fixed it and I give them thumbs up and I will be back

They didnt have the tires that were reasonably priced in stock. They needed to be ordered. The tires that were available for my car were either cheap or somewhat exorbitant. I didnt think that was good business. The service, however, was really fast. But the availability of tires was a rip off.
